    长臀遗传多样性的微卫星标记分析

    利用55对微卫星引物对珠江和海南长臀基因组DNA进行了扩增,有23对能扩增出清晰条带,其中有11对在珠江长臀中表现多态性,9对在海南长臀中表现多态。这些多态性位点的等位基因数在2~4之间,平均等位基因数2.91个。结果显示:珠江长臀的平均观测杂合度(Ho)是0.45,平均期望杂合度(He)是0.46,平均多态信息含量(PIC)为0.377;海南长臀的平均观测杂合度(Ho)和平均期望杂合度(He)分别是0.58、0.53,平均多态信息含量(PIC)为0.426。两群体间的遗传相似度为0.875、

    应用分形理论分析了海南东寨港红树林土壤粒径分布的分形特征及其影响因素,海南东寨港土壤的分形维数为2.302~2.575,分形维数的大小与土壤中的粘粒、盐分、有机质、全氮含量呈显著正相关,外滩红树林土壤的分形维数低于中滩和内滩;随着土壤质地由砂壤土、轻壤土、中壤土、重壤土的变化,分形维数逐渐增大;从陆到海土壤分形维数逐渐减小。群落类型、土壤质地、滩位、含盐量、有机质、全氮含量等是影响海南东寨港红树林土壤分形维数的主要因子。The analysis with fractal theory on the fractal characteristics and related affecting factors of particle size distribution in mangrove soils in Dongzhai Harbor of Hainan showed that the fractal dimension of mangrove soils ranged from 2.302-2.575.There was a significant positive linear relationship between the fractal dimension and the contents of soil clay,salts,organic matter and total nitrogen.The fractal dimension was lower in outside beach than in middle and inner beach,and changed with soil texture,being in the order of sandy loam<light loam<medium loam<heavy loam.From land to sea,the fractal dimension decreased gradually.The main factors affecting the fractal dimension were community type,soil texture,beach position,soil salinity,and organic matter and total nitrogen contents.教育部新世纪优秀人才计划(NCET);; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(40476040

    中国有着漫长的海岸线,沿海地区自古有着发达的农业经济区。本文从海洋文明的曙光、海洋类型的生产、生活、科技、自然观、文学、艺术、宗教、迷信活动、风俗习惯以及海洋政策等方面来论证:中国古代不仅有着海洋文化,而且是充分发展的。本文进一步认为中国传统海洋文化有着十分明显的农业性。如果把西方的海洋文化称为海洋商业文化,那末中国的海洋文化可称为海洋农业文化。两者均是海洋文化的基本类型
