    Spatial sampling method for crop acreage based on remote sensing in hilly area in Minhou County,Fujian Province

    以福建闽侯县作为研究区,采用传统抽样(简单随机抽样、系统抽样、分层抽样); 、空间抽样(空间随机抽样、空间系统抽样、空间分层抽样)等方法对研究区农作物种植面积进行样本抽选、总体推算及误差估计,结果表明: 1 500; m*1 500; m格网为最优抽样单元尺寸,空间分层抽样方法的相对误差为3.86%,变异系数为6.03%,抽样成本为6.03,抽样效率高.与传统抽样方法相比,空间; 抽样方法显著减少样本容量,节约调查成本.Traditional sampling methods of simple random sampling,systematic; sampling,stratified sampling,and spatial sampling methods of spatial; random sampling,spatial system sampling and spatial stratified sampling; were applied to conduct sample extraction,population extrapolation and; error estimation in crop acreage in Minhou County. The results showed; that spatial stratified sampling had the highest sampling efficiency; with 1 500 m*1 500 m square grid as the optimal sampling unit size. And; relative error,variation coefficient and sampling cost was 3.86%,6.03%; and 6.03,respectively.     冬青油真伪鉴别方法研究

    通过比较傅里叶变换红外光谱技术(FTIR)、气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)、核磁共振波谱技术(NMR)、气相色谱-燃烧-稳定同位素比值质谱技术(GC-C-IRMS),建立了有效鉴别天然冬青油的方法。FTIR结果表明,样品均含有天然冬青油的官能团;GC-MS结果表明其主成分均为水杨酸甲酯;而NMR定性结果显示样品均为水杨酸甲酯的C、H结构,并利用核磁共振对样品进行了绝对定量;碳、氢稳定同位素测定结果显示天然冬青油、冬青油的δD、δ13C值偏负,合成水杨酸甲酯、疑似合成冬青油的δD、δ13C值偏正。结果表明,稳定同位素比值质谱技术可以有效鉴别天然冬青油。广东省普通高校特色创新项目(650465)广东石油化工学院自然科学研究项目(513036

    Hydrothermal modification of alumina carrier

    采用低温水热处理技术对-γAl2O3载体进行改性,通过XRD、SEM、BET及NH3-TPD等测试表征技术对改性后的氧化铝进行表征。研究结果表明,低温水热处理-γAl2O3时,-γAl2O3部分再水合生成湃铝石,焙烧后形成γ--ηAl2O3,此双结构氧化铝表面形态为均匀分散的球形细小颗粒,双结构氧化铝载体制备的催化剂表面酸性能与常规-γAl2O3制备的催化剂相比,强酸中心的酸强度减弱,弱酸中心的酸强度增强。γ-Al_2O_3 carrier was modified by hydrothermal treatment and characterized by XRD,BET,SEM and NH_3-TPD techniques.The results showed that γ-alumina transform to bayerite after hydrothermal treatment at lower temperature,while γ-η-alumina formed after calcination.Uniformly-dispersed fine spherical grains exist the surface of the doubly-structured alumina.Compared with untreated γ-Al_2O_3,strength of the strong acidic sites declined while that of weak acidic sites increased.国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)资助项目(2004CB217805

    Overexpression of VTE1 from Arabidopsis Resulting in High Vitamin E Accumulationand Salt Stress Tolerance Increase in Tobacco Plant~ *

    维生素E在动物细胞内具有抗氧化等重要作用,但在植物体内的功能却鲜为人知.本实验利用CaMV35S启动子与来源于拟南芥的编码生育酚环化酶(TC)的cDNA(VTE1)构建的嵌合表达载体,以根癌农杆菌介导的叶盘法转化烟草W38.实验结果表明,具有卡那霉素抗性的再生植株经RT-PCR检测,得到了与阳性对照一致的495bp的目标片段;转基因植株的VE含量比对照植株高2倍左右,个别株系高达11倍.实验还发现,在耐盐性实验中转基因植株对盐的抗性明显高于野生型烟草;同时,在不同盐浓度(150、250mmol/L)胁迫下转基因植株VE含量比未转化植株增加了1.3~1.8倍,首次证明VTE1与植物耐盐性之间的关系.图7参30Vitamin E is an essential antioxidant in the human cells, while its function in plants is unknown. In this study, tobacco W38 was transformed with a construct containing a cDNA insert encoding tocopherol cyclase (VTE1) from Arabidopsis under the control of the cauliflower mosaic virus (CaMV) 35S promoter. The transgenic tobacco plants were confirmed by RT-PCR, which yielded the same PCR product of 495 bp as the positive control. Compared to the wild type controls, up to 11 times of vitamin E were accumulated in different transgenic lines. Interestingly, the over-expression of VTE1 dramatically increased the salt stress tolerance in tobacco plants.     基于国产GF-1号卫星影像农作物空间分布数据,以正方形网格作为抽样单元形状,综合应用遥感技术、空间抽样方法、模拟退火算法及空间自相关理论,对福建省闽侯县农作物种植面积进行估算.结果表明:根据全局自相关指数Moran’s I及其显著性指标Z Score,选取1 500 m×1 500 m作为最优单元尺寸;对研究区进行剖分,构建抽样框,对比空间随机抽样、空间系统抽样及空间分层抽样的抽样结果,空间分层抽样方法的样本容量为37,相对误差为3.86%,抽样效率最高;运用模拟退火优化算法规划野外调查的最优路径,确定空间抽样调查方案.全国统计科学研究资助项目(2015LZ18

    The optical constants of GaN film investigated by spectroscopic ellipsometry

    采用椭圆偏振光谱法,在1.5~6.5 eV光谱范围研究了纤锌矿结构GaN外延薄膜.通过物理模型建立和光谱拟合得到了GaN外延薄膜的厚度和光学常数.所得厚度值与扫描电子显微镜测量的结果相差仅为0.4%.表明所采用的模型和Cauchy吸收色散表式适用于GaN薄膜.进一步采用四相逐点拟合算法得到更全面更准确的GaN薄膜光学常数.A wurtzite GaN thin film was investigated by spectroscopic ellipsometry(SE) in the spectrum range of 1.5~6.5eV.The thickness and optical constants were obtained by building physical structure model and spectral fitting.The difference of the thickness obtained by SE and by scanning electron microscope(SEM) is only 0.4%,which shows that the model and Cauchy absorbent formula are suitable to study the properties of GaN.Furthermore,the four-phase point-by-point fitting model was used to obtain the optical constants in more accuracy.“863”计划资助项目(2006AA03A110);; 基础科研资助项目(A1420060155);; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(60336020);; 厦门市科技计划资助项目(3502Z20063001
