    空调智能节电器是针对空调、冰柜等家用高能耗制冷设备而开发的新型节电器产品。它通过优化压缩机运行曲线,实现对空调、冰柜的节电控制。设计的空调智能节电器硬件由89S52处理器、瞬态型SC2272-M4遥控解码芯片、开关电源等部分组成;软件由初始化模块、键码采集、按键处理、参数保存、显示模块、压缩机控制模块等部分构成。该节电器可遥控设定节电率;并通过减少空调压缩机的启停次数,延长空调机的使用寿命;同时,采用小体积、低功耗的开关电源有效降低节电器自身耗电。该节电器经国家家用电器质量监督检验中心测试,节电率可达到15%-45%,市场应用前景广阔。The air-condition intelligence electric-economized device is a new type of energy saving product which is developed for high-energy consumed refrigeration equipments,such as air-conditioner device and icebox,in household. This device saves the energy through optimizing the compressor’s operating curve.Its hardware is made up of 89S52 processor,SC2272-M4 telecontrol decoding chip,switching power and so on,while the software is made up of initialization module,key code collection,key-press processing,parameters preservation,display module,and compressor control module.This device can be set the electricity-economized rate remotely.It can extend the life span of the air-condition by reducing the start-stop times of the compressors,and can effectively reduce the energy consuming of itself by using small and low-energy consumed switching power.Tested by the national household appliances’ quality supervision and inspection center,this device’s electricity-economized rate is 15%-45%,so it has a bright future of market application.福建省科技计划项目资助(No.2004J020)

    Bioaccumulation of Mercury in Crassostrea sp.Exposed to Waste Seawater Discharged from a Coal-fired Power Plant Equipped with a Seawater Flue-gas Desulfuriaztion System

    研究了巨牡蛎(CrASSOSTrEA SP.)对配备烟气海水脱硫装置电厂的脱硫海水中汞(Hg)的生物累积.在电厂的排水口(实验点)和参考点分别吊养牡蛎群,定期采集样品,测定海水中的Hg浓度和牡蛎的Hg含量(均以干重计).实验点和参考点海水中的总汞(THg)浓度分别为(120.6±55.5)ng.l-1(n=5)和(2.7±1.0)ng.l-1(n=5),甲基汞(MEHg)的浓度分别为(0.30±0.44)ng.l-1(n=5)和(0.28±0.31)ng.l-1(n=5).在7 d内,实验点牡蛎体内THg含量从(138.3±14.3)ng.g-1(n=6)迅速增加到(3 012±289)ng.g-1(n=6),且在后来的34 d内,一直保持在2 935~4 490 ng.g-1的高含量水平;而参考点牡蛎对THg未见明显累积,为60.7~137.5 ng.g-1之间.暴露期间实验点牡蛎体内MEHg的含量未发生显著变化,保持在55.4~73.1 ng.g-1之间.而参考点牡蛎MEHg含量呈略微下降的趋势,但变化幅度不大,在15.6~55.6 ng.g-1之间.本研究表明,燃煤电厂排放的脱硫海水中的THg可被牡蛎迅速累积至很高的含量水平,有不容忽视的潜在风险.脱硫海水中MEHg的浓度很低,其在牡蛎体内未见明显累积;在本研究的条件下,未观测到牡蛎自身合成MEHg或将无机汞转化为MEHg.A field experiment was conducted to study mercury(Hg) bioaccumulation in Crassostrea sp.exposed to waste seawater discharged from a coal-fired power plant equipped with a flue gas desulfurization system.Oysters were cultured in the discharge outlet of the power plant(studying site) and a control site,respectively.The total Hg(THg) concentrations(all counted as dry weight) of seawater in the studying and control sites were determined as(120.6±55.5)ng·L-1(n=5) and(2.7±1.0)ng·L-1(n=5),respectively,while methyl Hg(MeHg) concentrations were(0.30±0.44)ng·L-1(n=5) and(0.28±0.31)ng·L-1(n=5),respectively.The THg in oyster at the studying site increased dramatically from(138.3±14.3)ng·g-1(n=6) to(3 012±289)ng·g-1(n=6) within 7 d,and remained at high levels of 2 935-4 490 ng·g-1 for the next 34 d.In contrast,the THg in oyster at the control site showed no significant change,and kept at low levels of 60.7-137.5 ng·g-1.After 41 d exposure,the MeHg in oyster at the studying site had no significant change,ranging from 55.4 ng·g-1 to 73.1 ng·g-1,and the content at the control site showed a slight decrease,ranging from 15.6 to 55.6 ng·g-1.The study showed that THg in the waste seawater discharged at the coal-fired power plant could be quickly bioaccumulated by oyster to a great extent,the potential risk can thus not be ignored.MeHg concentration in the waste seawater was quite low,and no obvious bioaccumulation was found in oyster.Under the study conditions,no self-synthesis of MeHg or transformation of inorganic Hg into MeHg was found.国家自然科学基金项目(20777063;40976070

    Effects of Ciji Hua'ai Baosheng Decoction on peripheral blood cells and spleen hematopoietic growth factors of tumor chemotherapy model mice with H22 hepatoma carcinoma cells

    目的:研究慈济化癌保生汤(CHBT)对H22肝癌化疗小鼠外周血细胞以及脾脏造血生长因子红细胞生成素(EPO)、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)以及造血功能的作用。方法:将肝癌H22细胞悬液(2×107/m L)接种于Kunming种小鼠右前腋皮下,约7d后,全部形成移植瘤,环磷酰胺(CTX)按200mg/kg(0.2m L/10g)腹腔注射,建立H22肝癌小鼠化疗模型。随机分为模型组,CTX(0.033g/kg)组,CHBT高、中、低剂量(117、58.5、29.25g/kg)组,连续给药10d,采用全自动血细胞分析仪检测外周血红细胞、白细胞、血小板和血红蛋白,运用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测脾组织EPO和GM-CSF含量。结果:与模型组和CTX组比较,CHBT高、中、低剂量组红细胞、白细胞、血小板数量明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);CHBT高、中剂量组血红蛋白升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);CHBT各剂量组EPO、GM-CSF含量升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:慈济化癌保生汤能促进化疗后EPO和GM-CSF的生成并增强活性,刺激血细胞的产生,维持外周血象稳定性。Objective: To investigate the effects of Ciji Hua'ai Baosheng Decoction(CHBT) on peripheral blood cells, spleen hematopoietic growth factors such as erythropoietin(EPO) and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF), and blood-producing function of tumor chemotherapy model mice with H22 hepatoma carcinoma cells. Methods: The suspension of H22 hepatoma carcinoma cells(2×107/m L) were subcutaneously injected into the right anterior armpit of Kunming mice. After 7 days, all mice formed the transplanted tumors, and then the cytoxan(CTX) at the dosage of 200mg/kg were intraperitoneally injected into the mice to establish the tumor chemotherapy model. The mice were randomly divided into model group, CTX(0.033g/kg) group, CHBT high, middle and low dose(117, 58.5, 29.25g/kg) groups. The experiment groups were treated for 10 days. The levels of red blood cells, white blood cells, platelet and hemoglobin in peripheral blood were detected by automatic blood cell analyzer. The contents of EPO and GM-CSF in spleen tissue were assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: Compared with model group and CTX group, the levels of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelet in high, middle and low dose CHBT groups were increased significantly(P<0.05, P<0.01), the levels of hemoglobin in CHBT high and middle dose groups were increased(P<0.05, P<0.01), the contents of EPO and GM-CSF in CHBT high, middle and low dose groups were increased significantly(P<0.05, P<0.01).     Application of Oxalyl Dihydrazide in the Combustion Synthesis of LaAlO_3

    通过金属硝酸盐和草酸二酰肼氧化还原的混合物燃烧方法合成了钙钛矿型lAAlO3粉末。混合物在350℃着火燃烧后产物为非晶态,进一步在500℃和600℃焙烧后得到单相结晶钙钛矿相。混合物的dSC分析得知,混合物的着火起始温度为340℃。这种软化学方法的应用使钙钛矿型lAAlO3的合成温度达到了迄今为止的最低温度。The LaAlO 3 Fine powder with perovskite structure has been synthesized by the combustion of redox mixture containing corresponding stoichiometric amount of metal nitrate, La(NO 3) 3·6H 2O and Al(NO 3) 3·9H 2O,and oxalyl dihydrazide, C 2H 6N 4O 2 at 350℃.The powder combustion product was amorphous.It could yields crystalline single phase perovskite aFter being calcined at 500℃ and 600℃.DSC analysis on the mixture shows that the process of combustion starts at 340℃.The application of such socalled soft chemistry method has reached the so Far lowest synthetic temperature of the perovskite type LaAlO 3.福建省自然科学基金;国家教委回国科研基
