    油田输油管线钢X65的腐蚀行为研究

    研究了胜利埕岛油田用X65管线钢的管内腐蚀和管外腐蚀行为。通过失重法和电化学测试手段研究了油田中油水混合物流速和油含量对X65钢输油管线钢管内腐蚀行为的影响规律。采用动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了X65钢在土壤渗出液中的管外腐蚀行为,并结合X射线衍射技术(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)技术对X65钢腐蚀产物的晶型和形貌进行了分析。结果表明:X65钢的腐蚀速率随油水混合物流速的增加而增大,当油含量为5%(质量分数)时,其腐蚀速率最大;X65钢在土壤渗出液中的自腐蚀电流密度随浸泡时间的延长而增大,表面生成的疏松腐蚀产物膜会加速阴极去极化反应

    In vitro reconstitution of LHCⅡ recombinant with chlorophyll-a and characterization of its photoelectric properties

    The lhcⅡ gene from Chlamydomonas reinhardtii was cloned and expressed in Escherichia coli. The LHCⅡrecombinant was prepared using genetic engineering technology,and then reconstructed with chlorophyll a in vitro. The saturation curve of the complex of LHCⅡ/chlorophyll-a was obtained. The free chlorophyll a and the complexs of LHCⅡ/chlorophyll a (at same concentration) were fixed on the TiO_2 electrode,and the photoelectric conversion properties of these two materials were compared. One recombinant LHCⅡ bound with 8 chlorophyll a molecules. Under the conditions of AM1.5,light intensity of 100 mW/cm~2,shortcut circuit current of LHC Ⅱ/chlorophyll-a complex is 0.493 mA/cm~2,open circuit voltage is 0.491 V,fill-factor is 0.679,and the efficiency is 0.165%. In comparison,shortcut circuit current of free chlorophyll a is 0.596 mA/cm~2,open circuit voltage is 0.482 V,and fill-factor is 0.676, efficiency is 0.194%. The recombinant LHCⅡ protein obtained from E. coli BL21 was successfully combined with chlorophyll a in vitro with similar binding activity as its native proteins. The reconstituted pigment-protein complex fulfilled the light harvesting and electron transport functions in a dye-sensitized solar cell system,and showed promising photoelectric properties at lower concentrations.     Survey and Analysis on Corrosion Events in Several Important Fields at Coastal City Yantai

    In view of serious corrosion in typical coastal cities, taking Yantai as an example, we made a corrosion survey concerning the corrosion status of 40 bridges, 3 ports and wharfs, 12 municipal pipe network units, 13 industrial enterprises and 20 tourism and entertainment units in the city of Yantai by means of questionnaire survey and field survey. The data related with corrosion and protection status of 88 investigation objects were obtained, and it was found that the corrosion events were serious in various industrial fields of Yantai. The general status of corrosion issue in the city is seriously that, reinforced concrete structures all suffered from corrosion of diversified types, such as surface voids and pits, cracks, rust spots, exposed reinforcing bars, corrosion cracking and so on. Steel structures also suffered from corrosion of different severities, such as damages or thinning of protective coatings and corrosion induced leakage points etc. With the Hoar method, the annual corrosion cost of Yantai city was estimated to be 2,354,336.4 ten-thousand RMB, accounting for 3.9% of the national gross domestic product.</p

    Corrosion of Steel in Sea-bottom Mud of Nothern China Sea Area

    在青岛海区以及渤海南部的埕岛海区进行了A3钢、16Mn钢、2 0 #钢及Z向钢的实海滩涂埋片实验、埕岛海区的海泥属于砂质泥类型 ,青岛海区为海沙、埋片方式分为单独埋片和电连接埋片两种方式 ,三年的实验结果表明 :对同一种钢材而言 ,海沙中的腐蚀速度高于海泥中的腐蚀速度 ;单独埋片的腐蚀速度高于电连接埋片的腐蚀速度 ,但两者相差不大 ;钢材短期实验的腐蚀速度要高于长期实验中的腐蚀速度 ,而以海沙中最为明显Corrosion experiments of A 3, 16Mn, 20 # as well as ZCE36_225 steel were carried out in southern Bohai sea and Qingdao sea areas. The sea_bottom mud in southern Bohai sea area is the sandy mud and that in Qingdao sea area is pure beach sand. In this experiment, the compareing test of two modes with electric connected and non_electric connected modes was carried out. The experiment results showed that: 1) the corrosion rate of steel in sea_bottom mud has a strong relation with mud types.     JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ Searches

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel
