Design of the Vehicle for the System of Sustainable Urban Mobility

Tato dizertační práce je reakcí na negativní trendy v městské mobilitě, které mnoho autorů vedly k závěru o nutnosti nového přístupu k dopravě osob ve městech. Vlastní práce má tvůrčí charakter, ale v koncepční rovině zohledňuje specifické potřeby udržitelnosti městské mobility a vychází ze stávajících pokrokových řešení dopravních prostředků. Výsledkem je vize jednomístného vozidla, chápaného jako element městské mobility, který respektuje charakter zón s volným pohybem osob, ale zároveň je vhodný i pro dopravu na delší vzdálenosti.This dissertation is a response to the negative trends in urban mobility, which led many authors to conclude on the need for a new approach to personal transport in the cities. The work has creative character, but in the conceptual level, it is taking into account the specific needs of sustainable urban mobility and build on the existing innovative transport solutions. The result of dissertation is a vehicle vision, understood as an element of urban mobility that respects the character of the zones of free movement of persons, but it is also suitable for transport over longer distances.

Design of sports craft.

Tato diplomová práce prověřuje širší souvislosti a významy sportovní plavby a plavby obecně. Jde o návrh rozvíjející koncepci malého sportovního plavidla s ohledem na charakter strojů budoucnosti, kde se řídící systémy aktivně podílejí na korekci jejich ovládání a umožňují nejen provoz náročných nestabilních systémů, ale především zpříjemňují řídící procesy ovládané člověkem. Navržené sportovní plavidlo je určeno třem aktivně žijícím pasažérům s kladným vztahem k adrenalinu, kteří touží být zároveň v co nejbližším kontaktu s přírodou.This diploma theses is concerned with the meaning of sport sailing and sailing in general. This draft develops a small craft conception with regart to the characteristics of the machines in the future, where control systems will actively participate with checking operations and facilitate not only running complex unstable systems but above all, smooth processes operated by man. The designed sports craft is intended for three actively living passengers with positive relations to high adrenalin activities who long for a very near contact with the nature.

Wavefront sensor

Při průchodu světla optickou soustavou může v důsledku vad materiálů nebo optických aberací docházet k deformaci vlnoplochy světla. Deformace potom vede k nepřesnému zobrazování a případné deformaci obrazu. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá metodami snímání vlnoplochy, které jsou důležité pro určení nežádoucích chyb optických elementů ~a specifikaci jejich vlastností. Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh a sestavení metody snímání světelné vlnoplochy po průchodu optickým aparátem za použití digitálního mikrozrcátkového zařízení. Práce pojednává o vlnových aberacích a geometrických vadách optických soustav. Rovněž jsou zde popsány druhy komerčních výrobků určené ke snímání vlnoplochy.When the light passes through optical elements it can cause deformation of wavefront light due to the damage of materials and optical aberrations. The deformation leads to unprecise imaging and deformation of an image. The diploma work mentions wavefront sensing techniques which are important for determination inappropriate errors of optical elements and the specification of their properties. The purpose of the master's thesis is to suggest and investigate wavefront sensing methods after the light passes through the optical element while using the digital micromirror device. The work deals with the topic of wavefront aberrations and geometric optical defects of optical elements. Different kinds of commercial products determined for wavefront sensing are described too.

TOK : a tangible interface for storytelling

We present the design of the first prototype of TOK - a tangible interface for children to create their own stories. Based on data collected with two groups of five years old preschoolers we present our findings regarding the interaction design of the system. The picture cards have shown to generate ideas, acting as input for the creation of stories, promoting creativity while proposing a framework that supports and guides the construction of logical structures. This is a first step in an effort to build a toolkit of tangible interfaces allowing children and teachers to build their own digital enhanced learning activities.FCT-QREN-COMPETE-U

TOK: developing a tangible platform for storytelling

This paper describes a first study of a tangible interface, consisting of a platform and a set of picture cards that children can use to create stories. The handling of the picture cards has shown to be highly motivating and engaging, helping children to build a storyline creating logical relations among different characters and objects. The interface works like an experimental space where children can play with the language and simultaneously reflect over it, individually or in a collaborative process. Project management construction of apartment building

Tato práce bude sloužit studentům pro pochopení problematiky řízení výstavby bytového domu. Měla by pomoci s představou managementu v oboru stavebnictví přímo ve výstavbě. Práce je také doplněna přílohami s ukázkami nástrojů řízení a příklady dokumentů, jež se k tomuto tématu vztahují. Rozsah práce plně koresponduje se zadáním a osnovami.This work will serve students to understanding problems of the construction of apartment building. It should help them with the idea of construction management directly under construction. The work is also supplemented with annexes, which includes examples of management tools and examples of documents related to this topic. The issue of human resource management in a business company

Tato práce bude sloužit studentům i veřejnosti pro pochopení problematiky personalistiky. Měla by pomoci s poznáním základních pojmů a problémů a pochopení základních otázek týkajících se této problematiky s ohledem na různě velké obchodní korporace. V této práci je po seznámení s danou problematikou provedeno danými metodami srovnání velké firmy s firmou malou.
