    Analisis Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Dengan Metode Camel Pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri, Dan BNI Syariah

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah penulis ingin mengetahui kondisi tingkat kesehatan keuangan pada Bank Mualamat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri, dan BNI Syariah dengan menggunakan metode CAMEL yang terdiri dari Capital, Asset Quaity, Manajement, Earning, Liquidity pada periode tahun 2011-2013. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang mendeskripsikan keadaan berdasarkan data yang berupa angka yang telah dikumpulkan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan keuangan yang berfokus pada laporan neraca dan laporan laba rugi tahun 2011- 2013 pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri, dan BNI Syariah. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah pada laporan keuangan yang dapat diperoleh dari website. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi yaitu pengumpulan data dengan cara mengumpulkan data sekunder yang sudah didokumentasikan yang berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang diperoleh dari website masing-masing dari bank untuk mendapatkan data laporan keuangan berupa neraca dan laporan rugi laba. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank dengan menggunakan metode CAMEL ditinjau dari penghitungan rasio diketahui bahwa dari analisis Capital (Permodalan) ketiga Bank Umum Syariah yang dimulai dari tahun 2011 hingga tahun 2013 yang dihitung dengan rasio CAR tersebut semuanya mencapai predikat sehat kecuali untuk Bank Muamalat Indonesia tahun 2012 yang mencapai predikat kurang sehat. Asset Quality (Kualitas Aktiva) ketiga Bank Umum Syariah yang dimulai dari tahun 2011 hingga tahun 2013 yang dihitung dengan rasio KAP dan rasio PPAP tersebut semuanya mencapai predikat sehat. Management (Manajemen) ketiga Bank Umum Syariah yang dimulai dari tahun 2011 hingga tahun 2013 yang dihitung dengan rasio NPM tersebut semuanya mencapai predikat sehat. Earning (Rentabilitas) yang dihitung dengan rasio ROA untuk Bank Muamalat Indonesia dari tahun 2011 hingga tahun 2013 mencapai predikat cukup sehat. Sedangkan untuk Bank Syariah Mandiri dari tahun 2011 hingga tahun 2013 semuanya mencapai predikat sehat. Selanjutnya untuk BNI Syariah tahun 2011 mencapai predikat cukup sehat, sedangkan untuk tahun 2012 dan 2013 mencapai predikat sehat. Earning yang dihitung dengan rasio BOPO untuk ketiga Bank Umum Syariah dari tahun 2011 hingga tahun 2013 tersebut mencapai predikat sehat. Liquidity (Likuiditas) ketiga Bank Umum Syariah yang dimulai dari tahun 2011 hingga tahun 2013 yang dihitung dengan rasio CR dan rasio LDR tersebut semuanya mencapai predikat sehat. Penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank dengan metode CAMEL dari ketiga Bank Umum Syariah tersebut semuanya masuk dalam kategori sehat karena melebihi dari ketetapan Bank Indonesia yaitu lebih dari 81% (>81%). CAMEL untuk masing-masing Bank Umum Syariah dari tahun 2011, 2012, dan 2013 yaitu untuk Bank Muamalat Indonesia adalah sebesar 88,08%, 86,58%, dan 91,23%. Sedangkan Bank Syariah Mandiri adalah sebesar 88,44%, 93,36%, dan 87,65%. Selanjutnya BNI Syariah adalah sebesar 84,68%, 88,01%, dan 85,11%

    ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the Effect of Transformational Leadership on Private Junior High School Teacher Performance: The Role of Mediating Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Jembrana Bali.     Analysis Of The Factors That Affect The Productivity Of Rattan Furniture Craftsmen In The Village Trangsan Kartasura District Sukoharjo Regency

    This research is about salary and work experience influences concerning productivity of rattan furniture craftspeople in Trangsan village, Gatak sub district Sukoharjo district has been was worked by 62 of 70 craftspeople. This is research as regard problems in the salary and work experience and their productivity of producing furniture. From the analyze data that was carried on showed that instrument validity test on variable that as salary (X1) and work experience (X2) concerning limited variable that as craftspeople productivity (Y) in Trangsan village of Sukoharjo has showed valid value where were each salary, experience and productivity variables rcount > rtable or rcount > 0,250, whereas reliability test on variables of salary, work experience and productivity showed reliable value where were crombach’s alpha salary 0,767) work experience (0,782) and work productivity (0,721) each > the value of critical (0,70) whereas the resulof classical assumption test for each variables, showed that all of variables was qualified test, consists of multi co-linearity, autocorrelation, heteroskedasitas and normality. For analyze of bifilar linier regression, after known the constant number (a) and regression coefficient each variable (b1 and b2), so the regression equation as Y = 5,280 + 0,336 X1 + 0,366 X2. From this analyze, so the variable that influence dominant concerning craftspeople productivity in Tragan village of Sukoharjo is work experience (X2) because the value of regression coefficient is biggest as 0,366. Significant of salary influence (X1) concerning craftspeople productivity in Tragan village of Sukoharjo has obtained probability value as many 0,003 < 0,05 so Ho was refused that mean there were significant of salary (X1) concerning craftspeople productivity (Y) in Trangsan village of Sukoharjo. Whereas significant test of experience work (X2) concerning craftspeople productivity the probability as many 0,000 < 0,05 so Ho was refused that mean there were significant influence of work experience (X2) in Tragan village of Sukoharjo. For the model constant test was obtained probability value as many 0,000 < 0,05 so Ho was refused that mean the model was used to test the free variable influence as salary (X2) concerning craftspeople productivity limited variable that as craftspeople productivity (Y) in Trangsan village of sukoharjo was correct. The result of determination coefficient was obtained Adjusted R Square value = 0,594 that mean known influence was given by free variable that as salary (X1) and wor experience (X2) concerning limited variable that as craftspeople productivity in Trangsan village of Sukoharjo 59,4% and the other else (100%- 59,4%=40,0% influenced by the else factors example discipline, safety, security and the other else

    The aim of this research to examine and analyze the impact of locus of control, goal orientation and complexity of tasks to employees performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The scope of the research is identified as all the employees at KPP Pratama Surakarta. The collection of data and information needed in the research conducted by field research. The data used are primary data obtained directly from the subject of research in the form of respondents' perception by a questionnaire to 110 respondents. The research shows variable locus of control significantly influence employees performance and negative not significant influence job satisfaction. Goal orientation has negative and not significant influence employees performance and positive significant influence job satisfaction. Complexity of the task has positive significant influence toward employees performance and employee’s job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has negative and also not able to be variable intervening between the performance of the independent variable

    The aims of this study is to analyze the factors - factors that can affect the employee job satisfaction and work discipline in the PT. PLN (Persero) AREA Surakarta. Research model that will be used in this research is a tiered structure model and to test the hypothesis used analytical techniques SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is run by the application SmartPLS 2.0.M3. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the style of leadership is not a positive influence on work discipline, organizational commitment is a positive influence on work discipline, leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment is a positive influence on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and positive effect on labor discipline. Model of the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on work discipline produces the R - square value is to show good models. It means that the variability of labor discipline constructs can be explained by the variability of the construct of leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The model of the influence of leadership style and organizational commitment on job satisfaction produces the R-square value indicates a moderate models, it means that the construct of job satisfaction variability can be explained by the variability of the construct of leadership style, and organizational commitmen

    The purpose of this research is to know the influence of good governance toward the performance of the employees of the regional apparatus unit in SeramTimur district. This research is a quantitative research.This research was conducted on 3 instances of East Seram Regency ie Department of Tourism and Culture, Social Service, Population and Civil Registry of East Seram Regency. The sample in this research is 20 samples consisting of each Regional Device Work Unit (SKPD) of East Seram Regency. So the total sample in this research is 60 samples. Data collection is done by questionnaire which has been given to the Regional Device Work Unit (SKPD) of East Seram Regency. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20 program. Banyak program-program yang diciptakan oleh kompetitor-kompetitor serta makin tumbuhnya lembaga pendidikan baru di Surakarta. Hal ini tentu akan meningkatkan persaingan untuk mendapatkan konsumen (mahasiswa) dan mengakibatkan dampak pada naik turunnya minat pendaftar di Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel bauran pemasaran terhadap minat kuliah di Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para mahasiswa tahun 2011-2012 Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta yang berjumlah 200 mahasiswa, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk, harga dan personel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat kuliah.     This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance at KSP Bhina Raharja, to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at KSP Bhina Raharja, and to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at KSP Bhina Raharja. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at KSP Bhina Raharja. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique, so that the sample in this study were all employees at KSP Bhina Raharja. This research uses SPSS IBM 25.0. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study state that the partial test shows that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at KSP Bhina Raharja, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at KSP Bhina Raharja, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at KSP Bhina Raharja

    This research aimed to find out about the effects of job training, work ability and motivation towards performance of barbershop employee in Kartasura area. The research was quantitative research with barbershop employee in Kartasura as population. Sample of research were 40 barbershop employee who works in Kartasura area. The data of evaluation test result were analyzed with instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicolinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis testing (multiple linier regression, hypothesis test (t-test), F-test and determination test). According to the statistic analysis using SPSS program, shows that job training has a significant positive effect on performance, work ability has a significant positive effect on performance and motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. However, together with job training, work skills and motivation have a significant positive effect on performance
