The purpose of this study is to discuss training, work discipline and job satisfaction among employees of PT PB Brothers in Sragen. This study uses a random sampling method, to the employees of PT. Siblings in Sragen with a population of 3900 employees and a sample of 100 employees. This study uses multiple linear regression test with the analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, test the estimation of the estimator model, and the hypothesis test (t test).
The results of the study showed that the training variables that were approved and which were significant on employee performance were accepted.
