Weight reduction can reduce liver volume, affecting the graft-to-recipient weight ratio. This study aimed to evaluate a decrease in liver volume after weight reduction and analyze the risk factors affecting liver volume reduction. Materials and methods From January 2016 to December 2020, we retrospectively reviewed data of 147 potential liver donors with steatosis who participated in a weight reduction program prior to liver transplantation at Seoul National university Hospital. Results Ninety-seven (66%) donors underwent donor hepatectomy after weight reduction. After weight reduction, liver volume showed a statistically significant decrease (from 1399.6 ยฑ 315.4 to 1283.6 ยฑ 171.2 ml, P < 0.05). There was a more significant reduction in weight (5.8 ยฑ 5.2 vs. 9.4 ยฑ 4.3 %, P < 0.05), AST (from 23.5 ยฑ 9.7 to 22.2 ยฑ 18.5 vs. from 27.2 ยฑ 15.8 to 17.7 ยฑ 4.4 U/L, P < 0.05), and ALT (from 23.5 ยฑ 9.7 to 22.2 ยฑ 18.5 vs. from 27.2 ยฑ 15.8 to 17.7 ยฑ 4.4 U/L, P < 0.05) in the large liver volume reduction (โ‰ฅ10%) group than in the small liver volume reduction group. Risk factors associated with large liver volume reduction, weight reduction (%) and ALT abnormalities were analyzed (odds ratio [OR] = 1.184; 95% CI 1.054-1.329, OR = 5.502; 95% CI 1.660-18.229; all P < 0.05). Donors with reductions in large liver volume after weight reduction and graft-to-recipient weight ratio were more likely to have risk factors. Conclusion Potential liver donors with 7% or more weight reduction or an ALT abnormality require liver volume/graft-to-recipient weight ratio re- measurement after weight reduction. Chapter 1. Unemployment rate is relatively low in the youth of high extraversion, emotional stability, and integrity. In particular, the unemployment rate of the high integrity group is 5.8 percentage points lower than that of the low integrity group. A person with high extraversion, emotional stability, and integrity is more likely to have a decent job. In particular, the employment ratio in terms of decent jobs of youth of high integrity is 25.6%, which is 8.7 percentage points higher than the youth of low integrity (16.9%). The fact that character or personality affects labor market performance suggests that personality education from childhood is very important in the implementation of the labor market

The Study on Cell-mediated Immunity in Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients Kwang Pyo Hong Department of Medical Science The Graduate School, Yonsei University (Directed by Professor Byeong Mun Park, M.D. and Professor Jung Koe Yeun, M.D.) Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory systemic disease associated with poly arthropathy and connective tissue inflammation. The etiology and pathogenesis are unknown, but autoimmune mechanism are currently the most widely held to be responsible. The experimental group consists of classic and definite rheumatoid arthritis patients (classified by American Rheumatism Association), and the control groups are, a group of healthy persons and a group with degenerative arthritic of non-immunological causes. The present study attempts to evaluate leukocyte migration inhibitory factor(LIF) activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes, natural killer(NK) cell activity of peripheral blood and synovial fluid, antibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) assay of peripheral blood, the levels of serum and synovial fluid immune complex from rheumatoid arthritis patients, degenerative arthritis patients and healthy controls respectively. In conclusion : 1. LIF activity of peripheral blood lymphocrtes from both rheumatoid and degenerative arthritis patients showed significant decrease compared to that of healthy controls. 2. NK cell activity of peripheral blood from rheumatoid arthritis patients showed non-significant decrease compared to that of degenerative arthritis patients and healthy controls. However, NK cell activity of synovial fluid from rheumatoid arthritis patients showed significant decrease compared to that of peripheral blood from same patients. 3. In ADCC assay of peripheral blood, no significant difference was observed among rheumatoid arthritis patients, degenerative arthritis patients, and healthy controls. 4. The level of serum immune complex did not show significant differences among the three groups, whereas that of synovial fluid immune complex of rheumatoid arthritis patients showed significant increase when compared with of degenerative arthritis patients. It is concluded that decreased LIF activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes, decreased NK cell activity of synovial fluid, and increased levels of immune complex in synovial fluid are likely local factors in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.restrictio

It is always considered an important issue to understand the need for the skills or skills required by the industry or profession as an important point of contact when developing policies, such as education and training, among various labor market information. In addition, an analysis that reflects the needs of the employer is needed to analyze or evaluate these skill needs. In this study, advanced countries introduced cases of analyzing real-time labor market information using big data analysis methodology and domestic cases, and explored the possibility of benchmarking by collecting and analyzing information from job advertisements. To this end, this study first examined the characteristics of traditional labor market information and real-time labor market information through preceding studies. Secondly, to analyze the accessibility of labor market information for skill demand analysis, we collected data on the job sites of the "Saram-in" which is privet sector and "Work-net" which is public sectors and analyzed them using big data methodologies. This study offers some further directions for development. First, we proposed a method for constructing a system for collecting and analyzing labor market information in real time and outlined the composition of the system. Second, we proposed a model of cooperation between industry, academia, research and public in light of the fact that it is at a later starting than in developed countries. Finally, additional research topics have been proposed from the point of view of the consumer of information. We suggested topics that can be expected in the future from the point of view of the education market, the vocational education market and local authorities.
