    2种钼簇化合物对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用及对凡纳滨对虾的保鲜效果研究

    通过合成2种高核钼簇(NH4)12[Mo36O108(NO)4(H2O)16].33H2O(Mo36)和[Mo36O112(OH2)16(H2bipy)4].28H2O (Mo36-bipy),其对酪氨酸二酚酶活性的抑制作用机理以及对凡纳滨对虾的防黑变保鲜效果进行研究。结果表明Mo36和Mo36-bipy对酪氨酸二酚酶IC50值分别为0.0358 mmol/L和0.0601 mmol/L,Mo36对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用为可逆竞争性抑制,Mo36-bipy对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用为可逆混合性抑制,且Mo36对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用效果优于Mo36-bipy。将凡纳滨对虾在4℃环境下贮藏10 d,通过对感官评分、颜色、pH值、TVB-N和菌落总数等指标检测,发现高核钼簇对样品具有一定保鲜效果。其均能适当提升感官分值、L*值,降低pH值与菌落总数。本研究结果为开发一种新型的抗虾体黑变的保鲜剂提供实验基础,并对多金属氧酸盐的应用研究拓展新的研究领域。国家自然科学基金项目(21871110

    Biological characteristics of artificial bones

    目的:制备表征多金属氧酸盐(POMs)纳米粒子掺杂的羟基磷灰石骨替代材料,并对其性能进行探讨。方法:用小鼠和白化兔,通过急性毒性实验、热原实验、皮内实验进行生物相容性检验。结果:材料为棒状,平均粒径为20 nm,长度为100 nm左右。尺寸与人骨更接近,且POMs纳米粒子掺杂的壳聚糖/羟基磷灰石(CS/nano-HAP)复合材料无热原性,无毒,受试材料浸提液无刺激性。结论:此多金属氧酸盐纳米粒子掺杂的羟基磷灰石骨替代材料具有良好的生物相容性。这种材料与骨组织结合是一种骨性结合,具有较高的界面强度。Objective To synthesize a novel polymer POMs-CS/nano-HAP and study its biocompatibility and safety.Methods The biocompatibility was evaluated through the experiments including acute systemic toxicity test,pyrogen,intracutaneous test.Results The crystals of POMs-CS/nano-HAP were equal on sizes, which average diameter was 20 nm and length was 100 nm.By comparing,the polymer were better than those reported,which were closer to the natural bone.The material had no toxicity,no irritation to skin.(Conclusion The) POMs-CS/nano-HAP artificial bone possesses excellent biocompatibility.国家自然科学基金资助课题(20171010

    Observation on 16 Cases of Fracture of Acetabulum and Femoral Head Treated with Internal Fixation with Absorbable Screw

    目的:介绍可吸收螺钉内固定治疗髋臼并股骨头骨折.方法:采用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗.结果:可吸收螺钉内固定治疗16例髋臼并股骨头骨折,术后随访3~11个月,平均7个月.平均手术时间为1小时20分钟,术中平均出血量为300 ml,按D’Aubigue-Postel评分法,本组病例随访,优10例,良4例,中2例,优良率为87.1%.结论:可吸收螺钉内固定治疗髋臼并股骨头骨折具有较好的实用价值.Objective:Introducing a method of internal fixation with absorbable screw treating fracture of acetabulum and femoral head.Methods:Internal fixation with absorbable screw was applied.Results:16 cases of fracture of acetabulum and femoral head were treated with this method.The average time of operation was 1 hours and 20 minutes, and the average blood loss was 300 ml.All patients were followed.Mean duration of follow-up was 7(3~11) months.According to the criteria of D'Aubigue-Postel,the curative effect of 10 cases was excellent,that of 4 cases good and that of 2 cases common.The excellent and good rate was 87.1%.Conclusion:The effect of this method was good and practical

    研究了过渡金属取代的Kiggen型结构的杂多酸盐Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40)对体外培养的小鼠黑色素瘤B16细胞的生物学效应,并分析了; 其对4种细菌的抗菌活性.结果显示:不同浓度的Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40)对B16细胞的细胞形态和数量有不同程度的影响,对B16细胞的; 增殖率、酪氨酸酶活性以及黑色素合成量的抑制呈现出明显的浓度效应.浓度为50~200mumol/L的Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40)能显著; 抑制B16细胞增殖(P<0.05或P<0.01);浓度为200mumol/L的Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40)对酪氨酸酶活性抑制极显著(; P <0.01),IC_(50)为166.5 mumol/L;; Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40)对藤黄八叠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌均有抗菌作用,且对球菌的抑制效果优于杆菌.实验结果; 表明,Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40)可作为具有防腐抑菌功能的新型酪氨酸酶抑制剂.The bio-efficacy of Keggen-type Fe-substituted heteropoly; salt(Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40))on mouse B16melanoma cell in vitro was; researched,and its antibacterial activity of four species of bacteria; was analyzed in this paper.The results showed that the cell morphology; and number of B16cell were changed by different concentrations of; Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40).And the inhibition effect of Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40)on; cell proliferation rate,tyrosinase activity and melanin content appears; dose-effect relationship.The proliferation of B16cell was inhibited; significantly after treat with 50~200mol/L of Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40); (P<0.05or P<0.01).The inhibition effect of Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40)on; tyrosinase activity is significant (P<0.01),its IC_(50)is; 166.5mol/L.Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40)have an antibacterial effect on the four; tested bacteria(Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus; and Sarcina lutea),and its inhibitory effect on the coccus is better; than bacillus.The result indicated that Na_6PMo_(11)FeO_(40)can be used; as a new tyrosinase inhibitor with antibacterial activity.国家自然科学基金资助项
