Investigating marketing of children's food stuff and methods of advertising in Iran

Marketing of food stuff to increase sale is possible with different methods. Capillary marketing is one of the most influential techniques in the issue of more sales in organizations especially in terms of selling food stuff. Food stuff should be sold in a short time due to the short durability. People who make better use of capillary marketing to supply their products and services can sell better and faster. Dependency of Iran's economy on oil incomes and affectability of such incomes from political, economic and international issues cause vulnerability and fragility of the economy. One of the ways of coping with this situation is developing new products that improves inland economic condition and causes an increase in non oil exports. Meanwhile, in addition to the role of food stuff in inland economic development, it can have a determining role in non oil export. Most of the families don't have financial ability to respond steamy needs of their children. Such children are just happy with watching colorful food and being influenced by messages they don't tend to traditional food. In fact, advertisements tell children what to wear play and eat. In this study we are going to discuss marketing of children's food stuff and its advertising methods in Iran. Electron-electron and spin-orbit interactions in armchair graphene ribbons

The effects of intrinsic spin-orbit and Coulomb interactions on low-energy properties of finite width graphene armchair ribbons are studied by means of a Dirac Hamiltonian. It is shown that metallic states subsist in the presence of intrinsic spin-orbit interactions as spin-filtered edge states, in contrast with the insulating behavior predicted for graphene planes. A charge-gap opens due to Coulomb interactions in neutral ribbons, that vanishes as Δ1/W\Delta\sim 1/W , with a gapless spin sector. Weak intrinsic spin-orbit interactions do not change the insulating behavior. Explicit expressions for the width-dependent gap and various correlation functions are presented.Comment: Will appear in PR

Quantum spin Hall phase in neutral zigzag graphene ribbons

We present a detailed description of the nature of the wavefunction and spin distribution of the zero energy modes of zigzag graphene ribbons (ZGRs) in the presence of the intrinsic spin_orbit (I-SO) interaction. These states characterize the quantum spin Hall (QSH) phase in graphene ribbons. We provide analytic expressions for wavefunctions and show how these evolve as the strength of the interaction and the ribbon width are changed. For odd-width ribbons, we show that its insulating nature precludes the existence of a QSH phase. For these systems the I-SO interaction is predicted to have a stronger effect as shown by the enhancement of the gap as the interaction strength is turned on

Graphene zigzag ribbons, square lattice models and quantum spin chains

We present an extended study of finite-width zigzag graphene ribbons (ZGRs) based on a tight-binding model with hard-wall boundary conditions. We provide an exact analytic solution that clarifies the origin of the predicted width dependence on the conductance through junctions of ribbons with different widths. An analysis of the obtained solutions suggests a new description of ZGRs in terms of coupled chains. We pursue these ideas further by introducing a mapping between the ZGR model and the Hamiltonian for N-coupled quantum chains as described in terms of 2N Majorana fermions. The proposed mapping preserves the dependence of ribbon properties on its width thus rendering metallic ribbons for N odd and zero-gap semiconductor ribbons for N even. Furthermore, it reveals a close connection between the low-energy properties of the ZGR model and a continuous family of square lattice model Hamiltonians with similar width-dependent properties that includes the π\pi-flux and the trivial square lattice models. As a further extension, we show that this new description makes it possible to identify various aspects of the physics of graphene ribbons with those predicted by models of quantum spin chains (QSCs)

The construction of a building whose project was carried out in BIM, totally oriented towards industrialization, presents itself as an opportunity for a comprehensive 4D analysis that compares traditional and industrialized solutions (onsite and offsite construction approaches) in terms of time and needed resources. The research concentrates on proposing a BIM-based framework to quantify the 4D analysis of this practical case study. It is focused on assessing the impacts on the planning of the execution stage, both off-site and on-site, and on exposing the detailed impacts of the industrialized solution when compared to a traditional one. The effective construction of the building in the study began in 2022. Sustainability and circularity are implied. The suggested case study is a hotel in Guimarães that has lately received media attention due to its innovative pre-fabrication methodology. Prefabricated modules are used to construct the building. This approach will be evaluated and compared to existing traditional alternatives. Considering this, a theoretical framework was developed by proposing a framework based on a 4D BIM comparative analysis for both approaches of construction: traditional construction and total prefabrication. Quantifying the advantages of using prefabrication over conventional construction, By using the large extent of building information modelling (BIM) technology, and the potential benefits of using an intelligent schedule engine for the 4D comparative analysis.Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree Programme – ERASMUS

    El Salvador\u27s Food Clock

The initial concept stemmed from an honors project collaboration. The project was a research paper on the evolution of El Salvador’s food culture. Topics discussed were El Salvador\u27s food culture, focusing on the history, staple foods, food medicine, dietetics, and how the country has been impacted by the expansion of globalization. Additionally, the relationship between medical conditions and how dietitians respond to them are further explored. Globalization has negatively impacted El Salvador\u27s health status, dietary practices, and ingrained poor habits that will be carried on for generations

This policy review describes the efforts to develop an ecosystem to boost innovation in creative industries. Since the 2017 re-imposition of the US-led sanctions on Iran, creative industries in the country emerged as a competitive advantage which could help lessen reliance on foreign countries and generate revenues through self-sufficiency. Accordingly, the Iranian government has invested in creative industries ecosystem to foster entrepreneurship and innovation. This policy review briefly touches on Iran's experiences in the implementation of the policies in this regard
