PENCEGAHAN PENYAKIT BAKTERIAL PADA IKAN KERAPU : SEBUAH MINI-REVIEW

Abstrak - Ikan kerapu merupakan ikan komoditas utama budidaya termasuk di Indonesia. Namun dalam pengembangan budidaya masih memiliki permasalahan seperti kematian yang disebabkan oleh patogen dari agen bakterial. Penanggulangan penyakit bakterial pada ikan kerapu dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara seperti pemberian vaksinasi dan pemberian bahan herbal. Pada makalah ini diulas beberapa penelitian jenis vaksin dan bahan herbal yang sudah diuji pada ikan kerapu sebagai langkah pengendalian penyakit bakterial. But in the development of aquaculture has some problems including caused by pathogens from bacterial. Bacterial diseases in grouper can control with various strategies including vaccination and herbal treatment. Solutions antipériodiques de l'équation de Josephson avec impulsions

Mon mémoire porte sur l'étude de l'équation de Josephson avec impulsions à l'aide des propriétés des fonctions intégrables au sens de Henstock-Kurzweil. La première partie est consacrée à des théorèmes importants de l'analyse fonctionnelle ainsi qu'à l'intégrale de Henstock. Nous énoncerons par la suite des notions de base de l'analyse fonctionnelle et parlerons des propriétés importantes des fonctions HK-intégrables. Au dernier chapitre nous montrerons l'existence et l'unicité de la solution antipériodique de l'équation de Josephson avec impulsions

The Impact of Organizational Culture, Organizational Structure, and Job-satisfaction on High School Teachers\u27 Job-performance

This study was a causal espouse fact study intended to find out and uncover direct and indirect effects of organizational culture, organizational structure, and job-satisfaction on teachers\u27 jobperformance. The sample consisting of 143 out of 645 public high school teachers were selected from 10 senior high schools by using the stratified random sampling technique. The teachers were those having teaching experience of at least 10 years and they had been certified as professional teachers and received certification fees continuously, except for guidance and counseling teachers. The findings showed that organizational culture, organizational structure and job-satisfaction had a positive impact on teachers\u27 job-performance. The direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on job-satisfaction were 21.20%, and 10.00% respectively. The direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on job-performance were 23.20% and 22.80% respectively. The direct effect of organizational structure on job-performance was 29.50%. Meanwhile, the indirect effect of organizational structure on job-performance was not significant. Finally, the direct effect of job-satisfaction on job-performance was 18.60%

Comparative Analysis of Photovoltaic Systems across multiple environments

The Cal Poly National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Student Chapter proposes to participate in study through the NECA ELECTRI‐International Student Passport Initiative that will fabricate and install four (4) photovoltaic systems in impoverished areas of Ecuador. Following the installation, the NECA student chapter will monitor the operation of the systems and perform a comparative study of the systems across the various ranges of geography, humidity, elevation and ecological conditions

Implementation of School Based Management in Indonesia (Affecting Work Motivation, Job-Satisfaction, and Teacher Job-Performance)

The main objective of this research is to find out effect of SBM toward work motivation, job-satisfaction and job-performance. Questionnaires were distributed to 150 selected samples based on stratified random techniques and 143 of the 150 questionnaires returned and met the research requirements. It was found that, there is an indirect effect of SBM toward job-satisfaction through work motivation. Similarly, it was also found that SBM indirectly affects job-performance through work motivation. Total effect of SBM toward job-satisfaction and job-performance are 48.4% and 30.8% respectively. In addition, total effect of work motivation toward job-performance is 19,5%., and the grand total effect of SBM, work motivation and job-satisfaction toward job-performance is 76.5%. Therefore, it is concluded that SBM give a higher contribution toward teacher job-performance, instead of work motivation, and job-satisfaction at higher school level

KAJIAN PUSTAKA : PENGGUNAAN BAHAN HERBAL UNTUK PENCEGAHAN DAN PENGOBATAN PENYAKIT BAKTERIAL IKAN AIR TAWAR

Abstrak - Panyakit pada ikan yang disebabkan infeksi bakteri menyebabkan kerugian pada budidaya ikan. Penggunaan obat kimia dan antibotik pada ikan telah dibatasi karena efek residu dan resistensi obatnya. Sebaliknya dilakukan usaha meningkatan pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit ikan dengan memanfaatkan bahan herbal. Artikel ini mengulas penelitian-penelitian penggunaan bahan herbal yang berdampak pada peningkatan imunitas dan ketahanan terhadap penyakit bakterial dengan focus pembahasan pada jenis tumbuhan, kandungan kimia dan metode pemberian pada ikan. Artikel mengusulkan perlunya penelitian tentang pemurnian dan cara produksi bahan herbal secara massal yang lebih murah serta mudah diterapkan dalam budidaya ikan air tawar. The use of chemical drugs and antibiotics is limited due to residual effects and resistance. As a result, herbal are being increasingly used, studies have shown that herbal can be increasing the immunity and antibacterial activity of freshwater fish.. Analisis Program Rehabilitasi Sosial bagi Narapidana Narkotika di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Medan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses rehabilitasi narapidana narkotika dan upaya petugas dalam mengoptimalisasi program rehabilitasi sosial narapidana narkotika di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan rehabilitasi untuk warga binaan pemasyarakatan telah dijalankan dengan baik sesuai dengan pedoman yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan melalui KepDirjenPas Nomor Pas-168.OT.02.02 Tahun 2020. Selain itu, juga dilaksanakan Program Rehabilitasi Sosial yang dilakukan di Lapas Kelas I Medan dengan menggunakan modalitas terapi (Therapeutic Community). Metode ini dilaksanakan dengan berbasis komunitas yang fokusnya pada perubahan tingkah laku. Pelaksanaan metode Therapeutic Community dilakukan dengan beberapa kegiatan di dalamnya, seperti: morning meeting, crg, wrap up, general meeting, fhc, dan lain-lain

Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Persediaan Dalam Pengelolaan, Persediaan Yang Optimal Pada PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Distribution Medan

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan dalam pengelolaan, persediaan yang optimal pada PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Distribution Medan. Manfaat penelitian adalah memberikan bahan pertimbangan kepada pimpinan Perusahaan mengenai penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan dalam pengelolaan, persediaan yang optimal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Data yang dibutuhkan dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif – deduktif.Dari pembahasan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan pada PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Distribution Medan adalah berbasis komputer dengan menggunakan aplikasi program database. Metode pencatatan persediaan pada PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Distribution Medan adalah metode fisik (periodik) dengan menghitung fisik persediaan di gudang dan hal tersebut digunakan untuk menghitung harga pokok penjualan. Pengelolaan persediaan pada PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Distribution Medan belum optimal, karena Perusahaan belum menerapkan Economic Order Quantity (EQO) dalam menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang optimal, sehingga Perusahaan mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan kapan pemesanan dilakukan, agar biaya persediaan minimum. Penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan dan pengelolaan persediaan pada PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Distribution Medan belum optimal.

An Empirical Study of Macroeconomic to Portfolio Performance : Sub-sector Building Construction with Crude Petroleum and Natural Gas

The Indonesian capital markets have show a remarkable recovery after financial crisis at the 1990. Although there was down at 2008, but consistency growth has succeed to record an outstanding performance at 2016. This paper aims to observate influence variable of macroeconomic in Indonesia as inflation, exchange rate, interest rate and oil price to return of building contruction with crude petroleum and natural gas sub-sector, and benchmark period 2014 to 2016. The methodology in used is multiple linear regression model, the independent and dependent variables is issued macroeconomic and return of both sub-sector and benchmark. The primary results from this research is increase of exchange range has negative effect or decrease to stock return on the sub-sector building construction ( = 5%), sub-sector crude petroleum and natural gas ( = 10%), and benchmark ( = 5%). Increase of crude oil price has negative effect or decrease to stock return on the sub-sector building construction ( = 5%) and benchmark ( = 10%).
