JUSTIFICATION OF MIXTURE COMPOSITION FOR RECLAMATION OF THE LANDS DISTURBED AS A RESULT OF UNDERGROUND COAL MINING

Underground coal development is accompanied by significant deformations of the earth's surface, changes in the hydrological mode of groundwater and surface water, as well as other negative consequences. Subsidence of the earth's surface leads to the flooding of its settlements, industrial objects, communications, agricultural and forest lands. As a result, there are areas with low productivity, reduced agricultural and aesthetic value. Thus, there is a need to develop the system of reclamation of disturbed lands for their further effective use

On the Schr\"odinger Equation for the Supersymmetric FRW Model

We consider a time-dependent Schr\"odinger equation for the Friedmann-Robertson-Walker (FRW) model. We show that for this purpose it is possible to include an additional action invariant under reparametrization of time. The last one does not change the equations of motion for the minisuperspace model, but changes only the constraint. The same procedure is applied to the supersymmetric case.Comment: 15 pages. Revtex. THE UNITED STATES FOREIGN POLICY SOFT POWER IN REGARD TO LATIN AMERICA UNDER THE DONALD TRUMP ADMINISTRATION

Formulation of the problem: The constituents of the soft power concept within the realization of the smart power strategy by political actors. Purpose of the research: External U. S. Relations with Latin America and the Caribbean under the Barack Obama Administration. Research methods: The following research methods were used to address the issues set in the article: general scientific methods - descriptive, hermeneutic-political, systemic, structural-functional, comparative. Formulation of the problem. Authoritarian regimes become more prone to democratization when faced with little choice or risk. In some cases, the risk of democratization for authoritarian factors is so low that ending authoritarianism may not mean leaving power at all. This article develops a single theory of authoritarian democratization in a relatively low risk environment. The power of the authoritarian factor is the most important factor of democratization under the leadership of authoritarianism. When the strength of the current party was significant enough to give incumbent authoritarian politicians considerable confidence in winning the election, ndemocratic regimes conducted reverse democratic experiments that eventually culminated in a stable, prosperous democracy . Evidence of the first wave of democratization in Europe, the democratic transitions in Asia and Africa, illustrates how the party force reinforced democratization led by authoritarianism.Key words: political parties, democratization, authoritarian regime, transitional regime, political theory.У статті розглядається Авторитарні режими стають схильнішими до демократизації, коли вони стикаються з незначним вибором або ризиком. У деяких випадках ризик демократизації для авторитарних чинників настільки низький, що припинення авторитаризму може зовсім не означати вихід з влади. Ця стаття розвиває теорію авторитарної демократизації в умовах низького ризику. Сила авторитарного чинника є найважливішим чинником демократизації під проводом авторитаризму. Коли сила діючої партії була достатньо значною, щоб надати чинним авторитарним політикам значну впевненість у перемозі на виборах, недемократичні режими проводили зворотні демократичні експерименти, які зрештою завершилися стабільною, процвітаючою демократією. Докази першої хвилі демократизації Європи, демократичних переходів в Азії та Африці ілюструють яким чином партійна сила підкріпила демократизацію, очолювану авторитаризмом. Таким чином, відбувається розвиток демократії й адаптація її до нових політичних реалій, що виходять з потреб суспільства. У цьому полягає сутність еволюційного підходу у вивченні демократії, що покладений в основу в даному дослідженні. Демократична організація життя, що суперечить природі, тому що є культурним продуктом людства, претендує на переворот у природному для суспільства порядку, тому їй виявляється серйозний опір, і будуються численні перешкоди. Найбільшим іспитам піддаються режими, що демократизуються, які не визначилися остаточно з пріоритетом форм свого подальшого розвитку. У таких суспільствах, найчастіше за наявності прогресивної політичної еліти, не склалося потреби в народовладді, не прищепилися демократичні цінності, що є наслідком переважного впливу традиційного характеру політичної культури.  Ключові слова: політичні партії, демократизація, авторитарний режим, перехідний режим, політична теорія

‘This is the life I want’: au pairs’ perceptions of life in the global city

London is an important destination for au pairs, who, like many other young migrants, are attracted by the social, cultural and economic opportunities the city offers. London also has strong demand for au pair labour, shaped by childcare regimes and working practices which have made in-home, privatised childcare popular with many families and a migration regime, including the deregulation of au pairing, which has funnelled migrants into low-paid domestic and caring work. This article examines the effects of au pairs’ perceptions of London . We argue that in the context of deregulation, au pairs aim to use the opportunities that London affords in order to develop networks and skills which they will use for future migration and careers, trading good conditions for the chance to be in the capital. Thus, positive perceptions of London work in host families’ favour as au pairs will accept poor pay and conditions in order to be located in London.
