Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování části projektové dokumentace pro stavbu autodílen. Řešený objekt je situován v Hranicích (okres Přerov) na okraji průmyslové zástavby v lokalitě za sídlištěm Nová. Jedná se o třípodlažní budovu se dvěma nadzemními a jedním suterénním podlažím. Stavba se skládá ze dvou částí. Výrobní část je projektována jako železobetonový skeletový systém a nevýrobní část je projektována jako zděná v systému Wienerberger Porotherm. Objekt má sloužit pro údržbu a opravy pronajímaných osobních vozidel určených pro motoristický sport. Budova také obsahuje administrativní prostory pro vedení firmy a prostory pro doplňkový provoz - autoškolu.The goal of this diploma thesis is to partly elaborate the project documentation of a car repair shop. The building is situated in Hranice (Přerov district) next to the industrial estates near a town part called Nová. It is a three storey building with two aboveground floors and a basement. The building is divided into two parts. The industrial part is designed as prefabricated structure and the non-industrial part is designed to be bricked in Wienerberger Porotherm system. The building is intended for maintenance and repair of racing cars. There are also the office spaces for the company's management and a room for a driving school in the building.

Pension for Seniors

Projektová dokumentace řeší stavbu objektu Penzion pro seniory v Chomýži. Parcela je v těsné blízkosti centra obce. Jedná se o samostatně stojící novostavbu. Objekt slouží pro bydlení seniorů ve velmi klidné lokalitě. Nachází se zde v jedné části budovy byty 1+KK a byty 2 + KK. V druhé části objektu, která slouží nejen seniorům,ale i blízké veřejnosti, se nachází jídelna s výdejnou, dále cukrárna, praktický lékař, pedikúra a kadeřnictví. Objekt a přístupové komunikace navrženy bezbariérově. Cílem projektové dokumentace je zvýšení komfortu služeb v obci Chomýž.Project documentation addresses the construction of the building Pension for seniors in Chomýž. The plot is close to the village center. It is a detached new build. The building is used for senior housing in a very quiet area. There is one part of a building apartments 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. In the second part of the building, which serves not only seniors, but also close to the public, is dining with dispensaries, further a patisserie, general practitioner, pedicure and hairdressing. The building and access roads designed for the disabled. The aim of the project documentation is to increase the comfort of the service in the village Chomýž.

Library for Profiling and Visualization of Memory Consumption of C/C++ Programs

Chování programu z hlediska výkonu je důležitou, a pro některé třídy programů až kritickou stránkou běhu. Současné přístupy k profilování výkonnosti však nejsou zdaleka dostačující. Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozšířit současný stav profilovacích a vizualizačních řešení novými technikami, které mohou značně usnadnit hledání výkonnostních chyb programů v jazyce C/C++ a jejich následnou interpretaci uživateli. Práce stručně představuje existující nástroje, které se zabývají podobnou problematikou, a následně navrhuje nové řešení pro kolekci profilovacích dat a jejich ilustrativní interpretaci. Výsledná implementace je navíc integrována do platformy Perun --- Performance Control System --- pro správu výkonnostních profilů. Funkčnost implementace je demonstrována na řadě netriviálních programů.Performance is an important and, for some classes of programs, even critical aspect of user experience. The current approaches to performance profiling are, however, far from being satisfactory. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to extend the current state-of-the-art of profiling and visualization solutions, with novel techniques which can be used for a more efficient search of performance bugs in C/C++ programs and their subsequent interpretation to the end user. Thesis briefly introduces existing tools dealing with similar problems and then proposes a novel solution to collection of profiling data and their illustrative interpretation. The resulting implementation is, moreover, integrated in the Perun --- Performance Control System --- platform for profile versioning. The functionality of the implementation is demonstrated on a series of non-trivial programs.

Utilization of light emitting diode lighting

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou osvětlování prostřednictvím LED diod. V první části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy ze světelné techniky. Druhá část se zabývá stavbou tělesa LED. Vysvětluje princip vzniku bílého světla v LED. Uvádí problematiku chlazení. Podává přehled o na trhu dostupných zdrojích elektrické energie pro LED. Obsahuje přehled o možnostech regulace osvětlování pomocí snímačů pohybu a snímačů přítomnosti. Bude provedena základní ekonomická rozvaha, která vyhodnotí výhodnost použití zdroje LED. Přílohy obsahují katalogy výrobců LED, příslušenství pro LED a komentář dalších zdrojů informací.This bachelor thesis deals with problems of illumination by LED diodes. Basic concepts of lighting technology are defined in the first part. The second part is dealing with the construction of body LED diodes and explains the principle of white light formation to LED. Introduces problems of cooling. Gives an overview of the available power sources for LEDs. Provides an overview of how to control lighting by using motion sensors and presence sensors. Will be made basic economic balance sheet, which will evaluate the advantages of using LED sources. Attachments provide the LED catalogs of manufacturers, accessories for LED and comment on other sources of information.

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je posouzení břehů nádrže Bystřička z hlediska vzniku abraze. Posudek je zaměřen na 2 hlavní body na severovýchodním břehu nádrže nedaleko od přítoku. Jedná se o oblast v blízkosti hotelu Beskydská Tatranka. práce je zakončena návrhem vybraných biotechnických opatření ke zpomalení či zastavení narušování břehů.The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is assessment of reservoir banks Bystřička in terms of abrasion. Judgement is focused on two main points on the northeastern bank of the reservoir near the tributary. It is an area near the hotel Beskydská Tatranka. Thesis is finished with design of selected biotechnical measures to slow or stop erosions banks.

Android Application for Gas Furnace Servicemen

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje specifikaci požadavků, návrh a implementaci aplikace pro zařízení s operačním systémem Android, primárně využitelnou servisními techniky plynových kotlů. Aplikace umožňuje budování patřičné znalostní báze, využitelné při úkonech prováděných servisním technikem. Uživatelské rozhraní aplikace je postaveno na funkcionalitě nabízené fragmenty. Pro uchování dat se používá SQLite databáze v kombinaci s externím úložištěm zařízení.This thesis describes the required specifications as well as the design and implementation of an application for devices running Android operating system which is primarily used by service technicians of gas boilers. This application allows the creation of an appropriate knowledge base which is useful for operations performed by a service technician. The application user interface is based on the functionality provided by the fragments. SQLite database is used in combination with an external storage device to preserve data.

Filipínský organický zákon 1902

Příspěvek z dějin státu a práva Filipín navazuje na dříve publikovaný článek o Maloloské ústavě. Zatímco ta je vyjádřením národního boje za nezávislost, Filipínský organický zákon tento národní charakter nemá, neboť byl přijat zákonodárným sborem Spojených států amerických, které po skončené filipínsko-americké válce okupovaly území Filipín. Obsahem je tedy bližší pohled na průběh války, následné okupační uspořádání Filipín (United States Military Government of the Philippine Islands), jež bylo nahrazeno správou civilní (Insular Government of the Philippine Islands). Závislost na Spojených státech v této etapě je zřetelná mimo jiné ze skutečnosti, že civilní správa podléhá americkému Ministerstvu války (Department of War). Zajímavostí a možným směrem dalšího bádání je zkoumání judikatury amerického Nejvyššího soudu (Supreme Court of the United States) v tzv. ostrovních záležitostech (Insular Cases). Jde především o otázky nabývání a pozbývání občanství a jiných ústavních práv na nově získaných územích. Těžištěm článku je pak rozbor Filipínského organického zákona z roku 1902. Zákon samotný má 88 oddílů (Sections). Pátý oddíl je Listinou práv, zavádí se náboženská svoboda. Sedmý oddíl konstituuje dvoukomorový zákonodárný sbor (the Legislature). Dolní komorou je Philippine Assembly, horní pak Philippine Commission. Oddíl 88 prohlašuje za zrušené všechny zákony nebo jejich části, které jsou s organickým zákonem v rozporu.The paper from the history of the state and the law of the Philippines follows the earlier published article about the Malolos Constitution. While the Malolos Constitution is the declaration of the national fight for indepen- dence, the Philippine Organic Act has no such national character. It was approved by the legislature of the United States of America as the USA occupied the territory of the Philippines after the finished Philippine-American war. The content depicts more detailed perspective on the war development, the consequent United States Military Go- vernment of the Philippine Islands that was substituted by the Insular Government of the Philippine Islands. The dependency on the USA in this phase is obvious mainly from the fact that the civil service was subordinate to the American Department of War. As a matter of interest and a possible direction of the further research is an examination of judicature of the American Supreme Court of the United States in so called Insular Cases. There are primarily the questions of acquiring and losing the nationality and other constitutional laws within the newly gained territories. The core of the study is the analysis of the Philippine Organic Act from the year 1902. The law itself consists of eighty-eight sections. The fifth section is the Charter of Rights, freedom of religion is introducing there. The seventh section establishes the bicame- ral legislature. The lower house is the Philippine Assembly, the upper house is the Philippine Commission. Section 88 declares cancelled all laws or their parts that are in contradiction with the Organic Act
