    The statements of the problem are (1) How is the student’s perception due to teacher’s ability in teaching on 2nd in class administration office education program at Palebon Vocational School Semarang (2) How is the student’s perception due to the class management toward students’ learning achievement on 2nd class in Vocational School Palebon Semarang?, (3) How is the student’s perception due to teacher’s ability in teaching and class management toward students’ learning achievement on 2nd class in administration office education program at Palebon Vocational School Semarang, the objectives of this research are : (1) to analyze the student’s perception due to the influence of teacher’s skill in teaching toward learning achievement on 2nd class at Vocational School Palebon Semarang. (2) to analyze the student’s perception due to the influence class management toward learning achievement on 2nd class in Vocational School Palebon Semarang. (3) to analyze the student’s perception due to the ability of teaching and class management toward learning achievement on 2nd class administration office education program in Palebon Vocational School Semarang. The population of this research was students of 2nd class in office administration program with the number was 60 students. Result of study showed that the ability of learning and class management was in a good category. This can be seen from the percentage of 61,7%. Teaching and class management was 58,3%, it was a very good category. Thus, The research gave a significant contribution towards learning achievement with multiple regression analysis: from the a regression analysis equality Y = 4,937 + 0,020 X1 + 0,024X2. The percentage effect of teaching ability towards learning achievement according determination coeficient value is 32,4%. Based on the result above, it can be concluded that student’s perception by the ability of learning was in a very good category for 61,7 %. Besides that, the influence of teaching ability and class management was 10,3%. Thus, it is suggested that teachers should improve their teaching method, and can apply the teaching equipment and media

    PENGARUH PEMANFAATAN LINGKUNGAN SEKITAR KELAS DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui seberapa jauh pengaruh pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar kelas terhadap prestasi belajar matematika; (2) mengetahui seberapa jauh pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika; (3) mengetahui seberapa jauh pengaruh pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar kelas dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri I Ngemplak tahun pelajaran 2006/2007. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri I Ngemplak Boyolali Tahun Ajaran 2006/2007 sebanyak 240 siswa, sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 siswa kelas VII F yang diambil menggunakan teknik random cluster sampling. Pengambilan data pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar dan motivasi belajar siswa menggunakan metode angket, sedangkan data prestasi belajar siswa dengan metode tes. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier ganda yang didahului dengan menguji persyaratannya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar kelas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika dengan nilai tx1 = 2,370 pada signifikansi 5%, (2) motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika dengan nilai tx1 = 2,254, (3) pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar kelas dan motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar matematika dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 4,300 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 3,320 pada signifikansi 5%, dan koefisien korelasi R12y = 0,434; dan (4) sumbangan efektif variabel pemanfaatan lingkungan kelas sebesar 10,03% sedangkan variabel motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 8,83%, dengan demikian pemanfaatan lingkungan kelas memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa dibandingkan motivasi belajar siswa

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam upaya mengembangkan budaya belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ingin mendeskripsikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, usaha – usaha kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan budaya belajar. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan desain etnografi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan budaya belajar siswa adalah gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Subah adalah tranformasional melalui optimalisasi elemen elemen yang ada di sekolah. The focus of this research problem is how the form of physical and spiritual endeavors carried out by a Muslim in the face of the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that understanding of the prevention of covid-19 by a Muslim must be followed by physical and spiritual endeavors. Both physical and spiritual endeavors, have their respective forms and ways. The most important thing from the two endeavors is that both must be carried out in a balanced and wholehearted manner for the common good

    The purpose of this study was 1. To know potential of different citrus fruit juice varieties into electricity. 2. To know juice of citrus varieties that have the potential to be superior in electrical 3. To know piece of research that can be used as a learning resource. 4. To know learning resources that can be generated from the research. The place is a laboratory study was conducted of science, University of Muhammadiyah Metro May 25, 2014. Oranges juice were taken from five different varieties are citrus, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, and lime. There are three variations of existing experiments in the study of differences in varieties, differences in the distance between the electrodes, and the difference in volume. There are five treatments and five repetitions in this experiment. In the process the research data used ANOVA analysis of non-parametric Kruskal Wallis test. The experimental results showed that the juice that comes from different varieties have different potentials in into electricity. Lemon juice is the most superior varieties as electricity. Part of research that can be used as a learning resource that the pH value of each citrus varieties, the use of digital multitester, and the voltage generated. The results of this study can benefit as a learning resource in the form of worksheets

    Studi Komparasi Metode Kontekstual Dengan Metode Ceramah Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Ekonomi

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Ekonomi antara pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah dengan metode kontekstual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah dengan metode kontekstual. Perbedaan tersebut ditunjukkan dari nilai hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan metode kontekstual pada siklus I dan siklus II lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan metode ceramah yaitu pada siklus I kelas kontekstual memperoleh rata-rata nilai 63,50 sedangkan kelas ceramah sebesar 62,83 dan pada siklus II kelas kontekstual memperoleh rata-rata nilai 72,75 sedangkan kelas ceramah sebesar 68,25

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan prestasi praktik kerja industri dan kelengkapan fasilitas praktik di sekolah dengan minat wirausaha siswa kelas XII jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMK N 3 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif.     The local elections directly that has been held since 2005 is a long process of struggle democracy in Indonesia. This research analyze about the local elections directly in some districts in the province of north Sumatra in the period 2005-2007. This research employe in a qualitative approach field research. Technique the data collection was conducted through focus group discussion (FGD), in-depth the interview, questionnaire and media review. The results research indicate that the election directly during 2005- 2007 in the north Sumatera is still dyed with several crucial problems, such as, Voter registration; candidacy, the existence of desk election; campaign; neutrality of the election stakeholders; neutrality supervision committee (Panwas); participation and voters behaviour; the preparation of moment and the funds of the local election; the role and the behavior of political party behavior; demonstrations and media violence. To intensify the quality of election, improvements to systems absolutely necessary, as complete mechanism voter registration; to intensify the participation of voters; political education voters; and strengthening the skill, the competence and integrity of the local election
