Cloud based testing of business applications and web services

This paper deals with testing of applications based on the principles of cloud computing. It is aimed to describe options of testing business software in clouds (cloud testing). It identifies the needs for cloud testing tools including multi-layer testing; service level agreement (SLA) based testing, large scale simulation, and on-demand test environment. In a cloud-based model, ICT services are distributed and accessed over networks such as intranet or internet, which offer large data centers deliver on demand, resources as a service, eliminating the need for investments in specific hardware, software, or on data center infrastructure. Businesses can apply those new technologies in the contest of intellectual capital management to lower the cost and increase competitiveness and also earnings. Based on comparison of the testing tools and techniques, the paper further investigates future trend of cloud based testing tools research and development. It is also important to say that this comparison and classification of testing tools describes a new area and it has not yet been done

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá uložením předního kola vozu kategorie Formule Student. Obsahuje různé způsoby uložení a zavěšení kola formulových i osobních vozidel. Hlavní náplní této práce je tvorba výkresové dokumentace jednotlivých součástí uložení předního kola Formule Student. Dále je proveden kontrolní výpočet trvanlivosti ložisek při klidné jízdě po rovné vozovce.This thesis deals with assessment front wheel carrier of Formula Student. It contains various ways assessment and suspension of wheel formula and a car. The main contens is production of drawing documentation parts the Formula Student front wheel hub carrier. The next is realization of calculated the durability bearing to soft journey of straight on the roadway.

Innovative technology for electrical production process

Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou elektrotechnických výrobních procesů za použití optimalizačních a inovativních metod. Základním zaměřením práce je vytvoření přehledu zakládních optimalizačních metod jako je 6 Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Total Quality management, a dalších. V další fázi půjde o představení a popis inovativní technologie TRIZ. Závěrečnou částí teoretické práce je příkladová studie, ve které je představen postup řešení inovativních návrhů TRIZ, za pomocí alagoritmu ARIZ, k nalezení rešení automatizace meřícího systému.This work examines issues associated with improving electrotechnical manufacturing processes, including the application of optimization and innovation methods therein. The general aim is to create an overview of optimization methods such as 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Quality Management, among others. The next part describes TRIZ, a methodology for inventive problem solving. The final part of this work presents a case study in the use of the algorithm ARIZ, a component of TRIZ used for solving innovative design applications and developing automatic measuring systems.

SW support for emotional state analysis

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit SW nástroj s grafickým rozhraním, který je využitelný pro vytváření multimodálních emocionálních databází. V úvodu se práce zabývá popisem částí lidského těla vytvářejících hlas a jejich fungováním. Dále se text věnuje problematice zpracování lidského hlasu do digitální formy, velká pozornost je věnována parametrům řečového signálu s důrazem na popis příznaků sloužících k určení vybraných emocí. Práce se dále zabývá kategorizací emocí a popisem některých z nich. V závěru práce je popsán klasifikátor K-NN, který slouží k určení jednotlivých pocitů a vytvořený program.The goal of my bachelor work is the description of SW tool with the graphic interface which can be made use of for the purpose of developing the multimodal emotional databases. In its beginning my work deals with the description of the parts of the human body that produce voice (vocal cords) and their functioning. The text is a description of the procedure of transferring the human voice into the digital form where a special attention is paid to the parameters of the speech signal with the emphasis on the description of the symptoms that serve to the purpose of defining the chosen emotions. This work deals with the categorization of emotions and the description of some of them. In the closing part the K-NN classificator is described that serves to the recognition of the individual feelings by means of a produced software.

Emotional States of Humans and their Determination using Speech Record Analysis

Cílem diplomového projektu je nalézt metodu, jejímž prostřednictvím bude možné provést klasifikaci vybraných emocí z promluvy. V úvodu se práce zabývá popisem částí lidského těla vytvářejících hlas a jejich fungováním. Dále se text věnuje problematice zpracování lidského hlasu do digitální formy. Velká pozornost je věnována parametrům řečového signálu s důrazem na popis příznaků sloužících k určení vybraných emocí. Práce se zabývá rozpoznáním emocí a popisem některých z nich. Hlavní část práce spočívá v hledání optimální metody pro redukci segmentálních a suprasegmentálních příznaků řečové promluvy. Výsledků práce bylo dosaženo porovnáním úspěšnosti klasifikace vybraných emocí při použití více metod a porovnání jejich výsledků. Nejdůležitějším kritériem při posuzování výsledků byla redukce parametrů řečového signálu, vycházející z dosavadního výzkumu v dané oblasti.The aim of the diploma project is to find a method through which it will be possibleto classify the selected emotion from speech. At the beginning of the work deals with the description of the human body and their voice-generating operation. Furthermore, the text deals with the problem of the human voice into digital form.Great attention is paid to the parameters of the speech signal with an emphasis on describing the symptoms to help the selected emotion. The work deals with therecognition of emotions and a description of some of them. The main part is finding the best methods to reduce symptoms of segmental and suprasegmental speech utterances. The results of success was achieved by comparing the classification of selected emotions when using multiple methods and compare their results. The most important criterion in assessing the results ofthe reduction parameters of the speech signal, based on previous research in this area.

Notice of termination of employment

Cílem práce je rozebrat současnou právní úpravu institutu výpovědi z pracovního poměru a poukázat na některé diskutabilní oblasti. Dále práce uvádí některé možné úpravy de lege ferenda a to z toho důvodu, že výpověď, jakožto jednostranné skončení pracovního poměru, s sebou přináší negativní následky především pro zaměstnance, ale v některých případech i pro zaměstnavatele a snahou právní úpravy by tak mělo být těmto následkům předcházet nebo je alespoň minimalizovat. Práce se člení na sedm kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá postavením pracovního práva a jeho vztahu s právem občanským, a to z důvodu subsidiarity občanského zákoníku. V druhé kapitole jsou popsány právní skutečnosti, které vedou ke skončení pracovního poměru, s důrazem na právní jednání, protože výpověď je jednostranným právním jednáním, které musí splňovat zákonné náležitosti. Třetí kapitola uvádí vnitrostátní a mezinárodní prameny právní úpravy výpovědi. Hlavní část práce je obsažena v kapitole čtvrté, která se zabývá současnou úpravou institutu výpovědi. V této kapitole je, i za pomoci judikatury soudů, rozebrána formální a obsahová stránka výpovědi, její doručování, výpověď ze strany zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele, zákaz možnosti dát výpověď ze strany zaměstnavatele a nakonec hromadné propouštění. Obsahem páté kapitoly je neplatné...The aim of this thesis is to analyze current legislation of notice of termination and refer to some of the questionable area of this termination. The thesis also offers some of the proposals of amendments de lege ferenda. Reasons of these proposals are that notice of termination of employment as unilateral legal act brings negative aftermath mainly for employee, but in some cases also for employer and legislation should prevent these negative effects or at least minimized them. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter deals with position of labor law and his relationship with the civil law, due to subsidiary using of the civil code. The second chapter describes the legal facts that lead to the notice of termination, with an emphasis on legal act, because notice of termination is an unilateral legal act which must fulfill the statutory requirements. The third chapter discusses national and international sources of law of regulation of notice of termination. The main part of the thesis is contained in chapter four, which deals with the current legislation of notice of termination. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení energetické náročnosti Hotelu Mars ve Špindlerově Mlýně. Teoretická část pojednává o přeměně slunečního záření na elektrickou energii využitím fotovoltaiky. Výpočtová část analyzuje energetické potřeby a toky hodnocené budovy. Výsledkem je průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy, umístěném do části C.This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the energy performance of the Mars hotel in Špindlerův Mlýn. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the conversion of sunlight into electric power using solar-powered photovoltaics. The practical part is focused on the analysis of energy consumption and energy flux of the inspected building. The final part C concerns about the result of this thesis – the energy performance certificate of the analyzed building.

Formula Front Wheel Carrier Design Modification

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem náboje předního kola vozu kategorie Formule Student v systému CAD. Obsahuje porovnání konstrukčního provedení nábojů, různé způsoby uložení a zavěšení kola formulových vozidel. Je zde uvedeno několik variant navržených těhlic. V první fázi je navrženo uspořádání sestavy kola Formule Student a dále je provedena výpočtová simulace napjatosti náboje předního kola a jeho konstrukčních úprav pomocí MKP.This thesis deals with the structural design of front wheel hub of Formula Student the car categories in the CAD system. It includes comparison to proposal design of the hubs, different concept of wheel-seat and wheel suspension of a formula cars and a motor-cars. There is described a few version of design front wheel carrier. The first step is proposed assembly wheel of Formula Student and the next step is realized analytic simulation a stress by FEM of the front wheel carrier and his construction modifications.

Theory of inventive problem solving

Tato diplomvá práce se zabývá metodikou tvorby inovačních návrhů a jejich řešení. Konkrétněji metodikou TRIZ – Tvorba a Řešení Inovační/Invenčních Zadání (TIPS – Theory of Inventive Problem Solving). Tato práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části je tato metodika představena včetně jejích základních nástrojů. Poté, ve druhé části je zde take představen software Goldfire včetně jednotlivých nástrojů k podpoře řešení studenských prací. Ve třetí části je metodika TRIZ demostrováná na případu inovace větrné elektrárny s podporou software Goldfire Inovator. Ve čtvrté, závěrečné části práce jsou zhodnoceny přínosy metodiky TRIZ pro vzdělání a praxi.This thesis deals with methodology for creating innovative concepts and their solving. More precisely, TIPS methodology „Theory of inventive problem solving“. This thesis is divided into four parts. In the first part, this methodology and its five basic tools are introduced. The second part provides introduction of software Goldfire Inovator including the tools which could be useful for students working on their projects. Third part demonstrates TIPS methodology on the innovation of wind power plant supported by software Goldfire Inovator. The fourth part evaluates advantages and contributions of TIPS methodology for education and practice.

Diplomová práce se zabývá developerským projektem 21 rodinných domů na okraji obce Podolí u Brna, realizovaným stavební společností Kaláb, spol. s r.o. Popisuje organizační strukturu zmíněné společnosti a zkoumá její postupy při stanovování rizik, proces investičního rozhodování v předinvestiční fázi projektu, financování projektu, plánování a řízení času pomocí časových harmonogramů. Sleduje také jednotlivé kroky při realizaci projektu a záznamy o kontrole prací na staveništi. Zároveň práce přináší analýzu současného developerského trhu v Brně, zejména vývoje logistiky a kancelářské a rezidenční výstavby. Sleduje rovněž vývoj cen na trhu s těmito nemovitostmi a průběh výstavby nových bytů v ČR za posledních deset let.The thesis analyses a development project of 21 houses in the village of Podolí u Brna, which was carried out by Kaláb – stavební firma, spol. s r.o. It provides a description of the company structure and focuses on some of their processes, such as risk analysis, investment decisions in the pre-investment project phase, project funding, planning, and time management based on time schedules. The text also takes a close look at all the steps that were taken during the implementation of the Podolí project, and zooms in on regular on-site records monitoring how much work has been actually done. Furthermore, the thesis brings an analysis of the current developer market in Brno, focusing in particular on latest developments in logistics, and office & residential construction. And last but not least, the thesis also observes how prices in the real estate market have developed over the last decade and how new residential units in the Czech Republic have been lately built.
