Applications of density matrix in the fractional quantum mechanics

The many-body space fractional quantum system is studied using the density matrix method. We give the new results of the Thomas-Fermi model, and obtain the quantum pressure of the free electron gas. We also show the validity of the Hohenberg-Kohn theory in the space fractional quantum mechanics and generalize the density functional theory to the fractional quantum mechanics.Comment: 1 figur

The study focuses on the twitter conversations about the XXII Winter Olympics Games in Sochi, Russia. Specifically, the study collects and performs content analysis of the tweets tagged with the hashtag #SochiProblems. This study draws a random sample of tweets from every day of the games to achieve a 99% confidence level with 5% confidence interval and uses the framing theory to analyze this sample. The results allow us to determine what substantive and affective frames dominated in the twitter conversations tagged with #SochiProblems hashtag and what was the main focus of the tweets’ content

A spaceborne optical interferometer: The JPL CSI mission focus

The JPL Control Structure Interaction (CSI) program is part of the larger NASA-wide CSI program. Within this larger context, the JPL CSI program will emphasize technology for systems that demand micron or sub-micron level control, so-called Micro-Precision Controlled Structures (u-PCS). The development of such technology will make it practical to fly missions with large optical or large precision antenna systems. In keeping with the focused nature of the desired technology, the JPL approach is to identify a focus mission, develop the focus mission CSI system design to a preliminary level, and then use this design to drive out requirements for CSI technology development in the design and analysis, ground test bed, and flight experiment areas
