The aims of this study was to determine the effect of urbanization to the economic growth around countries in the world and analyzing factors that can influence the urbanization. The data used in this study are panel data (10 year time series data and cross section data with period as many as 182 countries around the world). HUBUNGAN STATUS GIZI DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA SISWA KELAS 4 SAMPAI 6 SEKOLAH DASAR BUNGA MATAHARI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL BANDA ACEH TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017

Gizi yang tidak seimbang baik kekurangan maupun kelebihan gizi akan menurunkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Anak yang menderita ketidakseimbangan gizi mudah mengantuk dan gairahnya berkurang, yang akan dapat mengganggu proses belajar disekolah dan prestasi belajar yang menurun.Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dengan prestasi belajar pada siswa kelas 4 sampai 6 sekolah dasar Bunga Matahari International School Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2017 pada siswa kelas 4 sampai 6 sekolah dasar Bunga Matahari International School Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling yang berjumlah 38 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah stadiometer, timbangan merk Gea, dan nilai rapor. Hasil uji analisis spearman untuk variabel status gizi terhadap prestasi belajar (? = 0.378) menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan status gizi terhadap prestasi belajar pada siswa kelas 4 sampai 6 sekolah dasar Bunga Matahari International School Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci: Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar, Prestasi Belajar, Status Giz

The Effectiveness of Providing Legal Aid to the Poor in West Kalimantan Province During the Covid-19 Pandemic

The implementation of policies issued by the Government to overcome the Covid-19 Pandemic has an impact on the provision of Legal Aid services by Legal Aid Providers to Legal Aid Recipients in West Kalimantan, the effectiveness of providing legal aid to the community. This research is juridical-normative. Sources of legal materials consist of primary data and secondary data which include primary and secondary legal materials. The technique of data collection is by collecting primary data through interviews with resources and data from the Legal Aid Administration System of the National Law Development Agency, secondary data collection through literature and document study methods. The results of the research that focus on the provision of legal aid by Legal Aid Providers in West Kalimantan are the policies taken by the Government in tackling the Covid-19 Pandemic, whether in the form of limiting community crowds or hearings and online visits for correctional inmates, which have quite an impact on the provision of legal aid. Hubungan Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Perilaku Masyarakat dengan Kesediaan dalam Mengikuti Vaksinasi COVID-19

Coronavirus disease 2019 or commonly called COVID-19 is an infectious disease that is now a global pandemic. COVID-19 is now a serious problem all over the world, the number of cases is also increasing every day. Therefore, it is not only necessary to intervene in the implementation of health procedures but also to immediately take other effective intervention measures to stop the spread of disease, namely through vaccination efforts. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and community behavior towards COVID-19 vaccination with willingness to participate in COVID-19 vaccination in Passo Village in 2022. This research is a quantitative analytic study using a cross sectional research design. Samples were taken as many as 100 people using a combination of purposive sampling and stratified sampling methods. The results showed that knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine was 44% (currently), community attitudes towards the COVID-19 vaccination program were 71% (good), community behavior towards COVID-19 prevention was 75% (good) and willingness to participate in the COVID-19 vaccination was 75 % (willing to be vaccinated against COVID-19). The results of the bivariate analysis using the chi-square stated that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p=0.024), attitude (p=0.027) and behavior (p=0.006) with willingness to participate in COVID-19 vaccination in the village in 2022

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Singapore Experience

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, secara parsial maupun secara simultan pada karyawan di PT. Singapore Experience yang terletak di Jakarta Selatan pada tahun 2018 dengan sampel sebanyak 70 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikoinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi), uji hipotesis dan analisis koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0. Motivasi kerja dan pengalaman kerja sebagai variabel independen dan produktivitas kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui nilai uji parsial (uji T) pada variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) thitung (1,248) α (0,05) yang berarti bahwa variabel motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja. Sedangkan untuk variabel Pengalaman Kerja (X2) thitung (3,504) α (0,05) yang berarti bahwa variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja. Selain itu, penelitian ini diketahui nilai uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,247 atau 24,7% yang berarti bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan pengalaman kerja secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. DEKONSTRUKSI DALAM DESAIN URBAN STUDI KASUS: PLAZA E’X, JALAN M.H. THAMRIN, JAKARTA PUSAT

An urban design is always interesting to be viewed. It is because an urban design belongs to the “urban” itself. So, an urban design must have a design that be able to facilitate the needs of the “urban”. The fast movement of Jakarta city needs an urban design which representing the fast movement of this city. A deconstruction concept can provide it. One example of urban design in Jakarta which using this concept in purpose is the E’X Plaza in Jalan Thamrin, Central Jakarta. The question research of this thesis is how the impact of the Plaza E’X as a deconstruction building to the Koridor Thamrin area in an urban context in the research area. What the writer wants to know is how the impact of architectural physical as a single building to a city, considered from the visual form of the image of the city in the area. The approach of this thesis is using the descriptive qualitative method and phenomenological method. This phenomenological method lets the area to tell the story of itself to the writer as a viewer, about the phenomena in it, and then it described qualitatively by the writer from the single first person’s point of view, in this case is the writer as a direct observer. The theory those used to help the writer tells the story about the E’X Plaza as a single building and the connection with the urban area is the deconstruction theory as the architectural approach, and the urban theories, one as the approach by Kevin Lynch with its five elements which formed the image of the city. Finally, there is a conclusion that functionally the E’X Plaza give the answer of the user’s needs of the entertainment center in that area which have its own style and class, for the young, funky and exclusive executive. Its existency works together with other buildings with different function, such as offices, embassy and hotels. But if it put inside a city visual form, the deconstruction concept of this building doesn’t give a strong impact to the visual form of the whole Thamrin area.
