This paper addresses the effectiveness of social skills training for the acquisition and improvement of communication skills required in the implementation and development of corporate social responsibility strategies in a SME (Small and Medium Enterprise). A quasi-experimental pre-post design was used, in which 56 senior and middle managers of such enterprise were trained (experimental group), while the comparison group was composed by 28 workers in the same job position at another company in the same productive sector and similar demographic composition. Results showed that scores of trained participants in both adoption of the other-party perspective and empathetic interest scales were higher after than before training. Their scores after training were also higher than those obtained by the comparison group in both variables as well as on an empathy heteroevaluation measure based on semantic differential. Findings and its practical implications for implementing and developing social responsibility strategies are discussed

The present investigation consisted in the execution of an intervention Project called: “Study of psychological expertise in cases involving people who integrates natives populations in the province of Salta, through educational pedagogical strategies with students of the Bachelor´s degree in psychology of UCASAL”. It was preceded by a Project originally planned to take place in the month of April of 2020 in the presently way, but the sanitary context raised by the COVID-19 virus made it readapted for virtual modality and concreted in the month of October of the same year. The work methodology used consisted in a workshop classroom, adopting a predominantly quality design, framed in an interpretative perspective through the development of four synchronous encounters (weekly frequency) that counted with the participation of specialist professionals and asynchronous Works (individual and group) with a group of nine students (volunteers) from the last year of the noun career. The objective of the intervention Project was to promote process of visibility, problematization and reflection around the psychological expertise practice with native populations, in the participants (who full filled the request of having attended the chair of Forensic Psychology). It was planted a project based on evaluation instruments and information sources consistent in interviews (individual and group), questionnaires of evaluation, digit documents sources and the observation of the recorded synchronous encounters. The data was analyzed in a qualitative shape, triangulating information through the cross control of the different sources. From the proposal it was estimated to stablish the bases for the development of new investigations, interventions and formations that allows to continue in this subject and others related in a deeper way.Fil: Corte, Facundo León. Individual skyrmion manipulation by local magnetic field gradients

Magnetic skyrmions are topologically protected spin textures, stabilised in systems with strong Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI). Several studies have shown that electrical currents can move skyrmions efficiently through spin-orbit torques. While promising for technological applications, current-driven skyrmion motion is intrinsically collective and accompanied by undesired heating effects. Here we demonstrate a new approach to control individual skyrmion positions precisely, which relies on the magnetic interaction between sample and a magnetic force microscopy (MFM) probe. We investigate perpendicularly magnetised X/CoFeB/MgO multilayers, where for X = W or Pt the DMI is sufficiently strong to allow for skyrmion nucleation in an applied field. We show that these skyrmions can be manipulated individually through the local field gradient generated by the scanning MFM probe with an unprecedented level of accuracy. Furthermore, we show that the probe stray field can assist skyrmion nucleation. Our proof-of-concepts results pave the way towards achieving current-free skyrmion control

Development of Magnetic Microwires for Magnetic Sensor Applications

Thin magnetic wires can present excellent soft magnetic properties (with coercivities up to 4 A/m), Giant Magneto-impedance effect, GMI, or rectangular hysteresis loops combined with quite fast domain wall, DW, propagation. In this paper we overview the magnetic properties of thin magnetic wires and post-processing allowing optimization of their magnetic properties for magnetic sensor applications. We concluded that the GMI effect, magnetic softness or DW dynamics of microwires can be tailored by controlling the magnetoelastic anisotropy of as-prepared microwires or controlling their internal stresses and domain structure by appropriate thermal treatment. This work was funded by Spanish MCIU under PGC2018-099530-B-C31 (MCIU/AEI/FEDER, UE) by the Government of the Basque Country under PIBA 2018-44 projectand by the University of Basque Country under the scheme of "Ayuda a Grupos Consolidados" (Ref.: GIU18/192)

Giant magnetoimpedance effect at GHz frequencies in amorphous microwires

Studies of magnetic properties and GMI effect of amorphous Co-Fe rich microwires reveal that they present GMI effect at GHz frequencies. Magnetic field dependences of GMI effect are affected by the post-processing conditions. In particular, we observed that in Co-Fe rich microwires stress-annealing allows improvement of frequency dependence of GMI ratio at high frequencies. We discussed observed experimental dependences considering both different magnetic structure and the anisotropy in the bulk and near the surface and close analogy between giant magnetoimpedance and ferromagnetic resonance. This work was supported by Spanish MCIU under PGC2018-099530-B-C31 (MCIU/AEI/FEDER, UE), by the Government of the Basque Country under PIBA 2018-44 and Elkartek (RTM 4.0) projects and by the University of Basque Country under the scheme of “Ayuda a Grupos Consolidados” (Ref.: GIU18/192). open8sìHybrid ferromagnetic(Py)/non-magnetic metal(Au) junctions with a width of 400 nm are studied by magnetotransport measurements, magnetic scanning gate microscopy (SGM) with a magnetic bead (MB) attached to the probe, and micromagnetic simulations. In the transverse geometry, the devices demonstrate a characteristic magnetoresistive behavior that depends on the direction of the in plane magnetic field, with minimum/maximum variation when the field is applied parallel/perpendicular to the Py wire. The SGM is performed with a NdFeB bead of 1.6 μm diameter attached to the scanning probe. Our results demonstrate that the hybrid junction can be used to detect this type of MB. A rough approximation of the sensing volume of the junction has the shape of elliptical cylinder with the volume of ∼1.51 μm3. Micromagnetic simulations coupled to a magnetotransport model including anisotropic magnetoresistance and planar Hall effects are in good agreement with the experimental findings, enabling the interpretation of the SGM images.openCorte-León, H.; Krzysteczko, P.; Marchi, F.; Motte, J.-F.; Manzin, A.; Schumacher, H. Development of Co-Rich Microwires with Graded Magnetic Anisotropy

In this paper, a gradual change in the hysteresis loop of Co-rich glass-coated microwire stress-annealed at variable temperature is observed. Such microwires annealed with a temperature gradient also present a variable squareness ratio and magnetic anisotropy field along the microwire’s length. The obtained graded anisotropy has been attributed to a gradual modification of the domain structure along the microwire originated by a counterbalance between shape, magnetoelastic, and induced magnetic anisotropies. Accordingly, we propose a rather simple route to design graded magnetic anisotropy in a magnetic microwire. This work was funded by and by the EU under “INFINITE” (Horizon 2020) project, by the Spanish MCIU under PGC2018-099530-B-C31 (MCIU/AEI/FEDER, UE), by the Government of the Basque Country under PIBA 2018-44, PUE_2021_1_0009 and Elkartek (CEMAP and AVANSITE) projects, by the Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa in the frame of Programa “Red guipuzcoana de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación 2021” under 2021-CIEN-000007-01 project and by the University of Basque Country under the scheme of “Ayuda a Grupos Consolidados” (Ref.: GIU18/192) and COLAB20/15 project
