    A hybrid model using decision tree and neural network for credit scoring problem

    Nowadays credit scoring is an important issue for financial and monetary organizations that has substantial impact on reduction of customer attraction risks. Identification of high risk customer can reduce finished cost. An accurate classification of customer and low type 1 and type 2 errors have been investigated in many studies. The primary objective of this paper is to develop a new method, which chooses the best neural network architecture based on one column hidden layer MLP, multiple columns hidden layers MLP, RBFN and decision trees and ensembling them with voting methods. The proposed method of this paper is run on an Australian credit data and a private bank in Iran called Export Development Bank of Iran and the results are used for making solution in low customer attraction risks

    GAMBARAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN UNTUK TETAP MENDUDA PADA USIA DEWASA MADYA: SUATU PENDEKATAN KUALITATIF METODE INTERPRETATIVE PHENOMENOLOGICAL ANALYSIS (IPA)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran pengambilan keputusan untuk tetap menduda pada usia dewasa madya dan faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi pengambilan keputusan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis (IPA). Wawancara semi-struktur dengan subjek empat orang duda, cerai mati maupun cerai hidup, yang belum menikah lagi selama lima tahun pada usia dewasa madya. Kesimpulan dari empat kasus adalah subjek penelitian memiliki faktor yang bervariasi dalam keputusan untuk tetap menduda. Tiga tema dominan analitik yang disajikan di sini: faktor ekonomi, trauma pada pernikahan sebelumnya, dan masih mencintai pasangan sebelumnya. Selain itu, tidak semua peserta melakukan semua elemen dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. This purpose of this study to reveal the decision to remain for being a widower in adulthood madya age’s and the factors behind the decision.This research using qualitative method with Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis (IPA) type. Semi-structured interview with four widower, both caused by divorced or death, who has not been married again during the past five years in adulthood madya age’s. Conclusion of four cases are the subject of research have varied factors in the decision to not get married again. Three dominant themes analytic presented here: economic factors, trauma to the previous marriage, and still loving the previous spouse. Furthermore, not all participant doing all the elements in the decision making process

    Comparative Analysis of Water Resources Management Service Costs for Delta Brantas Irrigation Area

    A proper fuction of irrigation system needs sustainable water resource management, supported by Water Resources Management Service Costs (BJPSDA). BJPSDA is a partial reimbursement of the cost required for water resource management activities, especially for operation and maintenance activities, must be calculated and set by water resources management. There are two methods that are used to calculate BJPSDA, which is BJPSDA in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing No. 18/PRT/M/2015 and BJPSDA using basic service fee by considering the quality of service and value of economic benefits modelling. This study was conducted by comparing two BJPSDA methods in the Delta Brantas Irrigation Area and will be analyzed descriptively. BJPSDA of irrigation in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing No. 18/PRT/M/2015 is Rp. 255,-/m3, as cost recovery.. BJPSDA of irrigation value using basic service fee by considering the quality of service and value of economic benefit modelling amounted Rp. 338,-/m3, calculated from basic service fee amounted Rp. 177,-/m3, added with NME for agriculture water in Delta Brantas Irrigation Area amounted Rp. 161/m3, as a water value

    Analisis Perhitungan Biaya Operasi Dan Pemeliharaan Irigasi Untuk Mewujudkan Biaya Jasa Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Pada Daerah Irigasi Delta Brantas

    Daerah Irigasi (DI) Delta Brantas merupakan salah satu daerah irigasi terluas di provinsi Jawa Timur dengan luas total area irigasi seluas 21.984 Ha. Agar kebutuhan air irigasi selalu terpenuhi, diperlukan kegiatan pengelolaan sumber daya air, yang menimbulkan Biaya Jasa Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air (BJPSDA). BJPSDA dihitung dengan prinsip pemulihan biaya operasi dan pemeliharaan pengelolaan sumber daya air. Ada dua metode perhitungan BJPSDA yaitu sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPERA) No. 18/PRT/M/2015, serta menggunakan permodelan biaya jasa dasar dengan mempertimbangkan kualitas layanan dan nilai manfaat ekonomi. BJPSDA harus dihitung dan ditetapkan oleh pengelola sumber daya air, sehingga dibutuhkan analisis perhitungan dan penetapan nilai BJPSDA irigasi di DI Delta Brantas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menghitung BJPSDA irigasi sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPERA) No. 18/PRT/M/2015, serta BJPSDA irigasi menggunakan permodelan biaya jasa dasar dengan mempertimbangkan kualitas layanan dan nilai manfaat ekonomi. Hasil dari perhitungan BJPSDA akan dibandingkan dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Analisis Ability To Pay (ATP) dan Willingness To Pay (WTP) dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan dan kemauan petani dalam membayar air irigasi. Nilai BJPSDA ditetapkan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan memperhitungkan ATP-WTP. Nilai BJPSDA irigasi sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat No. 18/PRT/M/2015 Tahun 2015 adalah Rp. 255,-/m3, sedangkan nilai BJPSDA irigasi menggunakan permodelan biaya jasa dasar dengan mempertimbangkan faktor kualitas layanan dan NME air pertanian adalah Rp. 338,-/m3. Hasil analisa nilai ATP petani lebih besar daripada WTP petani, dengan nilai ATP Rp. 99,-/m3, dan nilai WTP adalah Rp. 64,-/m3. Penetapan nilai BJPSDA irigasi DI Delta Brantas dengan menggunakan prinsip cost recovery adalah Rp. 311,-/m3 atau Rp. 2.376.351,-/Ha. Sedangkan penetapan nilai BJPSDA irigasi DI Delta Brantas dengan menggunakan prinsip nilai air adalah Rp. 276,-/m3 atau sebesar Rp. 2.108.916,-/Ha, dengan NME atas kontribusi air maksimal yang mampu dibayarkan oleh petani kepada pengelola sumber daya air sampai dengan batas ATP, yaitu Rp. 99,-/m3 atau Rp. 756.459,-/Ha. ====================================================================================================== Delta Brantas Irrigation Area is one of the largest irrigated area in the East Java province with a total covering irrigated area of 21.984 hectares. This study was conducted by calculating BJPSDA of irrigation in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing No. 18/PRT/M/2015, along BJPSDA calculation using basic service costs by considering the quality of service and value of economic benefits modelling. The results of the BJPSDA calculation will be analyzed descriptively. Analysis Ability To Pay (ATP) and Willingness To Pay (WTP) used to determine the ability and willingness of farmers to pay the water irrigation fees. BJPSDA value determined based on the calculation and consider ATP-WTP value. BJPSDA value based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing No. 18/PRT/M/2015 is Rp. 255,-/m3, whereas BJPSDA value using basic service fee by considering the quality of service and value of economic benefit modelling is Rp. 338,-/m3. The result of farmers ATP greater than farmers WTP, with ATP value is Rp. 99,-/m3 and WTP value is Rp. 56,-/m3. Based on cost recovery, BJPSDA of irigation in Delta Brantas is Rp. 311,-/m3 or Rp. 2.376.351,-/Ha. While Based on water value, BJPSDA of irrigation in DI Delta Brantas is Rp. 276,-/m3 or Rp. 2.108.916,-/Ha, with value of economic benefit for water contribution of agriculture that farmers can pay amounted Rp. 99,-/m3 or Rp. 756.459,-/Ha, which is the boundary of ATP

PT Pabrik Gula Candi Baru Sidoarjo merupakan perusahaan yang telah memproduksi gula kristal dengan bahan tebu. Sebagai perusahaan manufaktur PT Pabrik Gula Candi Baru Sidoarjo melakukan transaksi penjualannya dengan menggunakan kasbon. Permasalahan yang ada di PT Pabrik Gula Candi Baru Sidoarjo, akan dibangun aplikasi web yang bertujuan untuk membantu permasalahan di PT Pabrik Gula Candi Baru Sidoarjo dalam menangani penjualan gula kristal dan laporan laba rugi. Fungsionalitas yang dimiliki dalam aplikasi web yang dibangun terdiri dari pencatatan dan laporan penjualan, pengeluaran beban terdiri dari beban gaji, beban listrik, beban telp, beban air, menghasilkan laporan keuangan seperti jurnal umum, buku besar, neraca saldo, laporan penjualan, laporan laba rugi. Proyek akhir ini berjudul aplikasi penjualan gula kristal dan laporan laba rugi berbasis web. Bahasa pemograman yang telah digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini menggunakan codeigniter dan database MySQL.     The out-of-body experience: disturbed self-processing at the temporo-parietal junction

    Folk psychology postulates a spatial unity of self and body, a "real me" that resides in one's body and is the subject of experience. The spatial unity of self and body has been challenged by various philosophical considerations but also by several phenomena, perhaps most notoriously the "out-of-body experience" (OBE) during which one's visuo-spatial perspective and one's self are experienced to have departed from their habitual position within one's body. Here the authors marshal evidence from neurology, cognitive neuroscience, and neuroimaging that suggests that OBEs are related to a failure to integrate multisensory information from one's own body at the temporo-parietal junction (TPJ). It is argued that this multisensory disintegration at the TPJ leads to the disruption of several phenomenological and cognitive aspects of self-processing, causing illusory reduplication, illusory self-location, illusory perspective, and illusory agency that are experienced as an OBE

    Schizotypal Perceptual Aberrations of Time: Correlation between Score, Behavior and Brain Activity

    A fundamental trait of the human self is its continuum experience of space and time. Perceptual aberrations of this spatial and temporal continuity is a major characteristic of schizophrenia spectrum disturbances – including schizophrenia, schizotypal personality disorder and schizotypy. We have previously found the classical Perceptual Aberration Scale (PAS) scores, related to body and space, to be positively correlated with both behavior and temporo-parietal activation in healthy participants performing a task involving self-projection in space. However, not much is known about the relationship between temporal perceptual aberration, behavior and brain activity. To this aim, we composed a temporal Perceptual Aberration Scale (tPAS) similar to the traditional PAS. Testing on 170 participants suggested similar performance for PAS and tPAS. We then correlated tPAS and PAS scores to participants' performance and neural activity in a task of self-projection in time. tPAS scores correlated positively with reaction times across task conditions, as did PAS scores. Evoked potential mapping and electrical neuroimaging showed self-projection in time to recruit a network of brain regions at the left anterior temporal cortex, right temporo-parietal junction, and occipito-temporal cortex, and duration of activation in this network positively correlated with tPAS and PAS scores. These data demonstrate that schizotypal perceptual aberrations of both time and space, as reflected by tPAS and PAS scores, are positively correlated with performance and brain activation during self-projection in time in healthy individuals along the schizophrenia spectrum

    Mental time in amnesia: evidence from bilateral medial temporal damage before and after recovery

    The human mind is continuously involved in "projecting" the self in time in order to process past memories and predict future occurrences. "Self-projection" in time involves episodic and spatial memory, relying on medial-temporal structures, but also engages visuo-spatial imagery, relying on occipito-temporal structures, and self-location, relying on temporo-parietal structures. Here we had the rare opportunity to investigate the relation between self-projection in time and memory, using a novel behavioural paradigm, in a patient with subacute bilateral medial-temporal damage during a period of amnesia as well as after recovery. Despite her memory deficit the patient was able to "project" herself to past and future, yet with significant improvement after recovery. We discuss our findings with respect to the relations between episodic memory and medial-temporal structures with self-projection in time to past and future
