METODE HERMENEUTIKA ALQURAN: ANALISIS TEORI BATAS MENURUT MUHAMMAD SHAHRUR - ABU SAHRIN

This study aims to analyze Muhammad Shahrur's Thoughts regarding to hermeneutic method of interpreting Alquran. Specifically in the scope epistemological study of the hermeneutical method, Muhammad Shahrur used a theory we called “the boundary theory” to interpret Alquran. This study used a literature study with descriptive analysis and using a discourse analysis approach. The conclusion about Alquran Hermeneutics is an explanation of “The Boundary Theory”, based the minimum and maximum limits. The end result gave birth to an applicative theory namely nazhariyyah al-hudud (limit theory / boundary theory). The boundary theory of Muhammad Shahrur's is consists to be lower limit (al-hadd al-adna / minimal) and the upper limit (al-hadd al-a'la / maximum). In particular, Shahrur's research on several verses of boundary theory provides a clear understanding of the limits that may be exceeded and must not be exceeded. That is to say, there are verses that give a minimum limit signal, there are also verses that give maximum limits, and there are also verses which give a minimum and maximum limit at the same time

The main problem in this research, discusses "Isa Al-Masih in Review of Islam and Christianity", while the main problems of the research are divided into two sub-problems, namely: 1) What are the views of Islamic and Christian religious figures about the history of Jesus Christ. 2) What is the position of Jesus Christ in Islam and Christianity. The approach used in this research is a comparative approach. as for the source of research data is the primary data obtained in this study is the Qur'an and the Bible (New Testament). and secondary data, namely the sources obtained from books, journals, articles, and other information related to the position of Jesus Christ in the Qur'an and the New Testament. The results of this study are the position of Isa Al-Masih in the Qur'an is Jesus as the messenger of Allah. Islam believes that Jesus is the Prophet and Messenger of Allah and the last among the Children of Israel. title as Ulul Azmi a special title for the apostle class who has extraordinary fortitude. have miracles of proof of the truth of the Prophets, extraordinary things seem to happen and what the Prophet said is true, he is my messenger and the proof is that miracle. Meanwhile, the position of Jesus in the New Testament as the god of Christians admits that they believe in Isa is contained in a teaching built by Paul. and the name Isa is not in the book because it was replaced with the name Jesus. as the Savior of mankind has sinned Jesus Christ came to the world and his death as payment or atonement for the sins of his people. Jesus' resurrection from the dead proved that his death was sufficient to pay the debt of sin or penance

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikir Muhammad Shahrur mengenai metode hermeneutika dalam menafsirkan Alquran. Secara spesifik dalam cakupan kajian epistemologis metode hermeneutika, Muhammad Shahrur menggunakan sebuah teori yang disebut dengan teori batas untuk menafsirkan Alquran. Kajian ini adalah studi literatur yang bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa di dalam Alquran terdapat penjelasan tentang “Teori Batas”, yaitu batas minimal dan batas maksimal. Hasil akhirnya melahirkan suatu teori yang bersifat aplikatif yakni nazhariyyah al-hudud (limit theory/teori batas). Teori batas Muhammad Shahrur terdiri dari batas bawah (al-hadd al-adna/minimal) dan batas atas (al-hadd al-a’la/maksimal). Secara khusus, dari penelitian Shahrur terhadap beberapa ayat-ayat Alquran memberikan pemahaman yang jelas tentang batas-batas yang boleh dilampaui dan tak boleh dilampaui. Maksudnya, ada ayat yang memberi isyarat batas minimal ada pula ayat yang memberi batas maksimal, dan ada pula ayat yang memberi batas minimal dan maksimal sekaligus

HIERARCHICAL APPROACH IN CLUSTERING TO EUCLIDEAN TRAVELING SALESMAN PROBLEM

-There has been growing interest in studying combinatorial optimization problem by clustering strategy, with a special emphasis on the traveling salesman problem (TSP). TSP naturally arises as a sub problem in much transportation, manufacturing and logistics application, this problem has caught much attention of mathematicians and computer scientists. A clustering approach will decompose TSP into sub graph and form cluster, so it may reduce problem size into smaller problem. Impact of hierarchical approach will bi investigated to produce a better clustering strategy that fit into Euclidean TSP. Clustering strategy to Euclidean TSP consist of two main step, there are : clustering and tour construction. The significant of this research is clustering approach solution result has error less than 10% compare to best known solution (TSPLIB) and there is improvement to a hierarchical clustering algorithm in order to fit in such Euclidean TSP solution method.
