Delegation of authority among levels of government or organizational structure is common in the administration of government affairs period of regional autonomy. Mataram’s mayor Regulation No. 22 Year 2013 About Partial Delegation Of Authority Mayor To Sub-District And Village Heads, is one of the local laws governing the delegation of authority in Mataram. The problem in this study consists of First , the correspondence between the Mayor Mataram Regulation No. 22 Year 2013 on legislation higher ; Second, Mayor Mataram Implementation Regulation No. 22 of 2013 ;Third, efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the regulations mayor. This study used a Normative and Empirical approach, the data obtained in the form of primary and secondary data in the form of legal materials. The data collection techniques performed by the study documentation and interviews. Then the obtained data were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the Mayor Mataram Regulation No. 22 of 2013 as the legal basis delegation of authority to the sub-district and village heads in the city of Mataram, was contrary to the Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2008 Mataram. This raises a legal uncertainty and lead to overlapping of authority between agencies associated with the delegation of authority. Besides the fact that it met affairs delegated to the sub-district and urban village mayor in Mataram , mostly a long and routine affairs that has been carried out by sub-district and village heads in Mataram. The new affairs mentioned is House Rental management, implementation of environmental cleanliness Management, and restructuring street vendors (PKL). Regarding the constraints encountered in the implementation of the delegation include budgetary constraints, facility / infrastructure support and the absence of additional personnel and community participation to support the execution of these tasks is low .Keyword : Delegation of authority of, Mayors and Village Chie

    Pendukung utama bagi tercapainya sasaran pembangunan manusia Indonesia yang bermutu adalah pendidikan yang bermutu. Pendidikan yang bermutu dalam penyelenggaraannya tidak cukup hanya dilakukan melalui transformasi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, teori-teori, ataupun hal-hal yang bersifat kognitif saja tetapi juga harus didukung oleh peningkatan profesionalitas dan system manajemen tenaga pendidikan serta pengembangan kemampuan peserta didik untuk menolong dirinya sendiri dalam memilih dan mengambil keputusan untuk pencapaian cita-cita dan harapan yang dimilikinya. Upaya ini juga memberi jalan untuk menghargai persepsi dan nilai-nilai pribadi yang ditampilkan di sekolah. Focus pendidikan karakter adalah pada tujuan-tujuan etika, tetapi praktiknya meliputi penguatan kecakapan-kecakapan yang penting yang mencakup perkembangan social siswa. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dilaksanakan di SMP Islam Tastura Azzikra. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian adalah staff bagian BK dan siswa. Data yang terkumpul kemudian disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatifuntuk mengetahui penerapan bimbingan konseling berbasis pendidikan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Islam Tastura Azzikra melakukan pelayanan bimbingan dalam empat komponen pelayanan yaitu pelayanan dasar, pelayanan responsive, pelayanan perencanaan individual, dan pelayanan dukungan system. Ada 10 variable yang dipakai sebagai materi dalam bimbingan konseling berbasis pendidikan karakter. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya penyelenggaraan pendidikan karakter, terutama bagi peserta didik yang merupakan generasi penerus bangsa. Dan, salah satau upaya perwujudannya adalah melalui peningkatan serta pengembangan bimbingan konseling (BK)

    One of the purpose of landreform is to do a fair share of the people’s livelihood of farmers in the form of land , with the intention that there is a fair distribution of outcomes is to overhaul the structure of the land in order to realize social justice . To achieve this, it made landreform programs, among others, restrictions on the maximum area of land dominance and determination of minimum area of agricultural land ownership , and prohibition on acts that lead to breakdown of ownership of agricultural land into pieces that are too small . Then the program is poured in a legislation that is through Act No.56 PRP  1960 on the establishment of the agricultural land area .     Gender is a concept that refers to a system of roles and relationships between women and men that are not determined by biological differences, but are determined by the social, political, and economic environment. In the preparation of this article, the author uses literature study method. Library study is used to extract information related to writing. The result of the research shows that in general the reason for being TKW; earning a great income, seeking work experience, finding a life partner, and becoming a foreign citizen. Another result indicates that the poverty factor is the main driving factor for women to become TKW as an effort to overcome the burden of family social economic burden. Social status in rural communities tends to be measured in terms of material, such as residence, vehicle, land area and other things

    Pengembangan Permainan Tradisional Engklek Smart untuk Mengembangkan Kemampuan Kognitif Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di TK Nizomul Arifin Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk media pengembangan permainan tradisional engklek smart untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun. Pengembangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari sepuluh tahapan pengembangan kemudian diadaptasikan menjadi 6 (enam) tahapan pengembangan. Produk yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Adapun jumlah subjek penelitian pada uji coba lapangan awal sebanyak 5 orang, dan subjek penelitian pada uji pelaksanaan lapangan sebanyak 10 orang. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah lembar validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, dan lembar observasi. Selanjutnya, teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas dan uji-t. hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dengan skor 27 Dan rata-rata 3,8 dengan kategori “sangat baik” , sedangkan hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh skor 26 dengan nilai rata-rata 3,7 dan termasuk kategori “sangat baik” . hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang positif terhadap tingkat kemampuan kognitif anak sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pengembangan permainan tradisional engklek smart. Hasil uji coba awal diperoleh 54,5% anak termasuk dalam kategori “berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH)” dan 85,5% anak termasuk kategori “berkembang sangat baik (BSB)”. berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpukan bahwa media pengembangan permainan tradisional engklek smart layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun

On  Presidential Decree number 70 of 2012 on the procurement of goods or services still relied upon by the religious ministry of the republic of Indonesia in Hajj transportation procurement by the government through a public tender process and the law, socio- legal approach empirical through legislation. There are many factors which become obstacle in the implementation of the transport Hajj like structure where the lack of specialized agencies authorized to manage funds Hajj , the substance is not harmony factor .
