يتصف الإسلام بصفات جليلة أودعها الله بهذا الدين الخاتم والتي من أهمها الشمول،  فقد جاء الإسلام منهجا شاملا للدين والدنيا، الحياة والآخرة، وتضمن تشريعات سديدة ونظما فريدة تمكنه من تحقيق الدور المنوط به لهداية البشرية وقيادتها في كل زمان ومكان، حتى يرث الله الأرض ومن عليها، وتأتي النظم الإدارية التي تنبثق من تربة الشريعة الخالدة في هذا السياق. إن إدارة الامتياز وفق المنهج الإسلامي لها أصول نظرية وتطبيقات عملية تميزها عن المنظور الغربي، ويمكن استثمار هذه الأصول والتطبيقات في تطوير مفهوم جديد للامتياز، يجمع مزايا النظم الحديثة، وسمو القيم الإسلامية. إدارة الامتياز وفق المنهج الإسلامي ليس مجرد شعار أو قيمة نظرية في الإسلام، بل هو سلوك وممارسة حقيقية، مما يجعل تبنيه في المنظمات أمرا ميسورا ومثمرا.Islam has sublime qualities which Allah bestowed on this religion, which the most important is the comprehensiveness. Islam has come as an approach for religion and life, as well as later life. It includes right legislations and unique systems which enable it play the hoped-for role to guide humanity and lead humans in all times and in all places until Allah inherit the earth and all things on it. The administrative systems emanate from the very soil of the Islamic Sharia in this context. The Excellence Management, according to the Islamic approach, has theoretical origins and practical applications which distinguish it from the Western perspective. Such origins and applications can be utilized in the development of a new concept of excellence. The Excellence Management combines the merits of modern systems with sublime Islamic values in accordance with the Islamic approach. It's not just a theoretical motto or value. It's a behavior and a real practice which make its adoption at organizations a possible and fruitful matter

Syndrome de moelle bas attachée

Le syndrome de la moelle bas attachée est une complication du dysraphisme spinal. Affection est souvent découverte chez l'enfant, peut être asymptomatique et rencontrée chez l'adulte. Nous rapportons le cas d'une jeune fille de 20 ans qui consultait pour une symptomatologie urinaire faite d'une dysurie et d'une impériosité mictionnelle évoluant depuis 2 mois. L'échographie rénovésicale ne montrait pas de lésion spécifique en dehors d'un résidu post mictionnel estimé à 80cc. Le bilan biologique était sans particularité. La cystomanométrie objectivait une vessie hyperactive. Une IRM du rachis lombaire a révélé un cône terminal en position basse audessous de L5 (A) avec un cordon médullaire de signal homogène en situation postérieure (B). Une intervention chirurgicale a permet une amélioration du retentissement urinaire. Au cours de cette affection, le niveau du cône médullaire se trouve en dessous du niveau L1-L2, et souvent associé à des malformations congénitales à type de filum épais ou de tumeurs bénignes. Les examens urodynamiques ont une place dans le diagnostic et dans le suivi des syndromes de moelle fixée. L'IRM est l'examen de choix pour confirmer le diagnostic et établir un bilan complet et précis. Le traitement est essentiellement chirurgical.Pan African Medical Journal 2015; 2

Comparison between DRF for displacement and acceleration spectra with uncertain damping for EC8

The damping force exerted by a structure during an earthquake differs significantly from that specified in the design process. This introduces uncertainties in the design process of structures under earthquake loads. Accordingly, it is desirable to consider not only the effect of randomness of the seismic load but also the uncertainties in the structural parameters. This paper investigates the effect of uncertainties inherent in the damping ratio on the use of damping reduction factor (DRF) for the evaluation of high damping response spectra for linear structures with viscous damping. The DRFs are evaluated from both acceleration and displacement response spectra. Effects of period of vibration, level of damping ratio, soil class and uncertainties level of damping on the DRFs are evaluated and discussed. A numerical analysis implies that the maximum relative error estimated between the deterministic DRF and the DRF considering uncertainties in damping is about 14%. This implies that the damping uncertainty with = 20% leads to an error in DRF of Cv=13 % which is a significant error in estimating the structure response

يلجأ الباحثين في ميدان إدارة الأعمال في كثير من الأحيان في تفسير الظواهر المدروسة إلى تحليل الوساطة لإثراء التحليل وتقريب الفهم بتوظيف العلاقة السببية من خلال فحص الآلية الأساسية لها،  الغرض الرئيسي من هذا الموضوع هو تقديم لمحة عامة عن تحليل الوساطة، وكيفية اجراء تحليلها، في بداية هذه الورقة استعرضنا بعض مفاهيم وساطة وأنواعها وتمت مناقشة مدى ملاءمة تحليل الوساطة المختلفة، في الأخير تطرقنا الى تقدير نماذج الوساطة وركزنا على طريقتي bootstrapping وPROCESS.Management researchers frequently conduct mediation analysis to enrich their understanding of a focal causal relationship by examining its underlying mechanism. The main purpose of this review is to provide an overview of what mediation analysis means, which approaches exist to establish mediation, and how to conduct mediation analysis with the state-of-the-art methodology. In the first part of the paper we review conceptual considerations of mediation for the most commonly used mediation model groups. We further discuss the suitability of different mediation analysis approaches, finally we focusing on the two Methods: bootstrapping approach and PROCESS

Effect of beam-column joints flexibility on the seismic response of setback RC buildings designed according to the Algerian seismic code

The Algerian seismic code assumes that the beam-column joints in monolithic reinforced concrete (RC) buildings are fully rigid. However, many experiments have proven the existence of relative rotations in these connections, and then the presence of relative transfer of bending moment. The present work aims to investigate the effect of beam-column joints modelling on the global seismic behaviour of reinforced concrete (RC) moment-resisting frames buildings, designed according to the Algerian seismic code recommendations. To consider the nonlinear deformation of the connections, an analytical model developed recently is used. This model includes two important deformation mechanisms; the first one covers the slippage of the continuous reinforcement within the column, whereas the second involves slippage caused by creating bending cracks at the extremities of the beams. Three multi-storey RC frames with different setback geometry, including a reference frame, are studied considering the connections as rigid/deformable. The nonlinear static procedure or pushover analysis is used to perform a nonlinear analysis of the studied structures and the results in terms of capacity curve, target displacement, storey drift, storey stiffness and the response reduction factor are presented. The results show the necessity of considering the beam-column connection flexibility when modelling this type of building

Elle facilite l'adoption de nouvelles procédures en PLS, par le défi de l'approche traditionnelle de l'analyse de la médiation en proposant des alternatives plus précises. De plus, l'objectif de cet article est de vérifier l'existence d'un rôle de la veille dans La position concurrentielle des PME. L'étude a trouvé la signification de l'effet indirect de la médiation.L’enquête a confirmé l’effet de L’influence comme un médiateur, il y a une partielle médiation de la relation entre la veille et La position concurrentielle

Kyste arachnoidien intra et supra sellaire: apport de l’IRM

Les kystes arachnoïdiens intrasellaires sont rares et souvent étendus en suprasellaire. Leur diagnostic doit être évoqué devant toute formation de nature kystique dont le signal est identique à celui du liquide cérébro-spinal. Nous rapportons le cas d'un kyste arachnoïdien de siège intra et suprasellaire révélé par une baisse de l'acuité visuelle et une hémianopsie bitemporale dont l'exploration par l'IRM cérébrale retrouve la formation kystique de signal liquidien identique à celui du LCS ,avec une prise de contraste localisée de la paroi postéro-latérale gauche du kyste qui correspond à la glande hypophysaire déplacée et étalée. Un abord chirurgical par voie trans-sphénoïdale a permis d'évacuer le contenu kystique et de décomprimer les voies optiques. L'évolution a été marquée par une amélioration immédiate des perturbations visuelles.Key words: Kyste arachnoidien, selle turcique, IRM hypophysair
