    The easy access to globalization and the entry of the industrial revolution 4.0 has caused the development of the world of technology in Indonesia so that it will be more sophisticated every day. With the advancement of technology, not only information can be disseminated easily but also culture. One of the cultures that is very viral in Indonesia today is Korean culture, especially South Korea which iscalled Kpop Korean culture not only spreads the flow of pop music but also has an impact on selling points. What's more, today's generation of teenagers has the desire to shop and spend their money. Especially for are fans. Knowing this, business actors must find ways to increase sales of their products by appointing Brand Ambassadors to help market their products.The formulation of the problem in this study is Is there an influence of Brand Ambassadors and Consumptive Behavior on the Purchase Decision of UltraMilk X ITZY products. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Brand Ambassadors and Consumptive Behavior on UltraMilk X ITZY product purchase decisions. This research method uses Quantitative research methods with associative types. The population in this study is teenagers in East Surabaya who have purchased UltraMilk X ITZY Products. The data analysis method in this study is using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests (t test and F test), and R2 test (determination). The results and conclusions of this study show that Brand Ambassadors and Consumptive Behavior have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the Purchase Decision of UltraMilk X ITZY products.     Vaccination can increase the body's immunity and fight infectious diseases. The level of health of the Indonesian people is decreasing due to the high infant mortality rate, and one effort to overcome this is with a vaccination program for babies and young children. But this program still faces a problem: opposition from parents. Some say that parents' reluctance to vaccinate is caused by people's misunderstanding about vaccines, lack of education, lack of knowledge about vaccines, and the distance between Posyandu Nilla A and Posyandu Nila B, some argue that it is the same whether they want to carry out immunization or not, they will still experience fever, some say the reason is related to religion. This intervention aims to provide education to mothers who do not have access to basic health services. The method used is a lecture method using booklet media which provides direct information to mothers of babies and young children through open interaction. The results of the intervention showed that 81.0% of mothers had good knowledge and 19.0% of mothers had poor knowledge. The conclusion from this intervention is that most mothers know about vaccinations for their children, and it is hoped that good knowledge can help support good vaccinations for their childre

    In terms of marketing, Tokopedia always applies the principles of marketing mix theory, namely product, price, location, promotion, physical evidence, people, process. One of the e-commerce phenomena that is currently growing rapidly in Indonesia is the emergence of online trading sites. The purpose of this study is to analyze the business strategy management carried out by Tokopedia to create a business strategy through a SWOT analysis that uses internal and external factors to the Tokopedia company. This type of research is descriptive. The results of the research based on the SWOT analysis technique used are: 1) SO Strategy: Provide instructions for the payment process when making transactions to speed up the delivery process so that there is no difficulty for sellers, the more new brands with lower prices, the stronger they attract consumers; 2) WO strategy: Handle fast delivery of goods and alarm account owners to be more careful with products sold and provide product guarantees up to 1x24 hours after receiving goods; 3) ST strategy: The type of goods or products being sold is unique, cannot be imitated by competitors, maintains price stability by providing affordable prices and avoiding negative problems from cheap and affordable competitors; 4) WT strategy: Compared with the product, create a creative new appearance in other markets, if the delivery time exceeds the specified time, the guarantee to consumers will get a money back guarantee

     ABSTRAK PHBS merupakan perilaku yang didasarkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk hidup dan bersih agar tercapainya kesehatan yang optimal. Salah satu contoh PHBS yaitu konsumsi jajanan sehat. Jajanan merupakan makanan yang dapat langsung dimakan dan digemari anak-anak maupun dewasa. Sebagian besar anak-anak sangat menikmati makanan ringan karena mereka tertarik dengan variasi bentuk, warna yang menarik, dan cita rasa yang lezat. Saat ini, masih terdapat banyak individu dalam masyarakat yang kurang memperhatikan jenis makanan yang mereka konsumsi. Bagi masyarakat khususnya anak-anak, rasa yang enak, porsi yang besar dan harga yang pas adalah hal yang terpenting dalam hal makan. Banyak di antara masyarakat, terutama anak-anak, yang membeli makanan tanpa mempertimbangkan faktor kebersihan. Mereka sering kali menjadi korban jajanan yang tidak sehat. Dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam menjalani kehidupan yang bersih dan sehat serta mencapai tingkat kesehatan yang optimal, penting untuk memberikan peluang belajar dan menciptakan situasi yang memungkinkan individu, kelompok, dan keluarga terlibat dalam komunikasi, akses informasi, dan pendidikan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku yang mengarah pada kesadaran, kemauan, dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam menerapkan gaya hidup yang bersih dan sehat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan yang ditujukan pada siswa di SDN 02 Tambaksari Kecamatan Wanareja Kabupaten Cilacap. Hasil penyuluhan ini menunjukkan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan mengalami peningkatan. Dari hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa siswa memahami apa yang dijelaskan dalam materi PHBS yaitu pentingnya mengkonsumsi jajanan yang sehat. Kata Kunci: Jajanan Sehat, Penyuluhan Kesehatan, Siswa SD  ABSTRACT PHBS is a behavior that underlies public awareness to live and clean in order to achieve optimal health. One example of PHBS is the consumption of healthy snacks. Snacks are edible items that are instantly consumed and enjoyed by both adults and children. Children particularly find snacks appealing due to their diverse shapes, attractive colors, and delightful flavors. Presently, there is a considerable number of individuals who disregard the quality of their food. In the case of the community, especially children, the primary factors considered while eating are taste, generous portions, and affordable prices. People, specifically children, frequently purchase food without considering its cleanliness. They frequently fall prey to unhealthy snacks. To enhance the knowledge and abilities of the community in leading a hygienic and healthy lifestyle and attaining optimal well-being. Moreover, by facilitating learning opportunities and fostering an environment that promotes effective communication, information dissemination, and education, the goal is to improve understanding, attitudes, and behaviors, empowering individuals, groups, and families to embrace a clean and healthy way of living. The method used is counseling aimed at students at SDN 02 Tambaksari, Wanareja District, Cilacap Regency.The results of this counseling show that knowledge before and after the counseling has improved. The results of the pre-test and post-test show that students understand what is explained in the PHBS material, namely consumption and the need for healthy snacks. Keywords: Healthy Snacks, Health Conseling, Elementary School Studen
