    THE METHODICAL ASPECTS OF DISTANCE LEARNING FOR ART’S EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES

    The article discusses the problem of methodical aspects integration in distance learning for Art’s educational programmes in Higher Educational Institutions (HEI). The relevance of research reflects the quarantine measures for the non-proliferation of coronavirus infection Covid19 in Art's universities of Kazakhstan in current state of distance learning. The novelty of the research is the implementation of educational policy according to the Kazakhstani state program within the conditions of distance learning. The aim of research is to reveal the methodological aspects for training Art students within distance learning in accordance with the topical problems in education, based on the new technologies and methods of digitalization. Primary methods of research are based on Case studies, which include theoretical review of the practical application of the MOODLE platform into distance learning. The result of the research is disclosure of the experience of the Art’s teachers in conducting the study process within the framework of distance learning technologies (DLT). The research illustrates the example of study process of the Department of Scenography of T. K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts based on the bachelor educational programs: Stage decoration, Multimedia scenography, Film and TV director, Stage costume, Theatrical makeup.

    DEVELOPMENT OF MODULAR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES BASED ON THE FORMATION COMPETENCIES

    Development of modular educational programmes based on the formation of trainees’ competencies solves the problem of ensuring a unified approach for the construction of educational programmes of specialties. The implementation of requirements of the Bologna process to ensure the quality of higher education in accordance with the Dublin descriptors implements the novelty of the research in the framework of the modular technology of education in Kazakhstan. The aim of the study is to reveal the process of development of modular educational programmes through the organization of pedagogical process of Formation of Professional competence of trainees. The primary methods used are theoretical generalization, justification and systematization. The study design includes discussions of authors from different countries, definitions of main meanings, schemes, figures, tables. The key results of study is to reveal the Structure, Model, Scheme and stages of the organization of pedagogical process of Formation of Professional competence. Specific asked questions for research in general prospects of implementation of modular educational programmes are formulated in the conclusion.

    The given article is considering the problem of insufficient formulation of theoretical bases of the Formation of Professional competence of students – future teachers of Vocational training in Kazakhstan upon requirements of a new educational paradigm, this impedes the integration into the global educational space. The analysis of the theories of EU, USA and UIS scientists revealed the novelty of the research in the implementation of the main directions of international experience in accordance with the requirements of the new educational paradigm, oriented towards competencies, based on knowledge, skills and attitude. The aim of the study is to reveal the professionally-pedagogical competence for the preparation of future teachers according to the structure of using primary methods of overview-theoretical analysis, including analysis and synthesis. The study design is based on the modern requirements of higher education, based on competencies of educational paradigm. The key results of the study will determinate suggestions on the Formation of the professional competence of future teachers on the example of the specialty Vocational training. On results of theories’ analyse will be revealed the structure of the professionally-pedagogical competence. The question of the study is how to improve the preparation of future teachers in Higher Educational Institutions, which is depending on modern requirements of educational paradigm based on competencies.
