Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a posouzením vybrané části nosné železobetonové monolitické konstrukce obchodního domu. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a posoudit železobetonovou konstrukci stropní desky nad prvním nadzemním podlažím a jednoho sloupu. K vytvoření modelu a získání vnitřních sil byl zvolen program Scia Engineer 14. Konstrukce je navržena podle norem ČSN EN.This bachelor thesis deals with design and assessment of chosen parts of load-bearing reinforced concrete cast-in-place structure of a department store. The aim of this thesis is to design and assess the reinforced concrete structure of a slab above first floor and one column. Scia Engineer 14 computational software was chosen to model the structure and to obtain the international forces. The structure is designed according to ČSN EN.

New trends in water treatment

Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části zpracovávám přehled nových trendů v upravování pitné vody. Druhá část je zaměřena na uvedení příkladů využití některých zmíněných nových technologií, které je možno nalézt v praxi, tedy na provozovaných úpravnách vody.This bachelor's thesis is divided into to two parts. The first part contains an overview of new trends in water treatment. The second part shows examples of use of some mentioned type of new technologies, which can be found in practice, that is on water treatment plants.

Pension with hippotherapy

Předmětem zpracování diplomové práce bylo vyhotovit prováděcí projektovou dokumentaci stavby penzionu s hipoterapií ve Veselí nad Moravou. Jedná se o zpracování dokumentace penzionu o dvou nadzemních podlažích a objektu stájí. V objektu penzionu jsou umístěny ubytovací pokoje, jídelna a především byt správce. V budově stájí se nachází 12 ustájovacích boxů, sklady krmiva a higienické zázemí pro hosty.The subject of the diplom work was to prepare a detailed project documentation of the penzion with hippotherapy in Veseli nad Moravou. This is a document processing house with two floors and the building stables. The object of the pension are located accommodation rooms, dining room and especially apartment manager. The building is located 12 stables are housed boxes, feed stores and higienické facilities for guests.

Using of aerogel to improve thermal insulating properties of windows

For the best possible thermal-technical properties of building structures it is necessary to use materials with very low thermal conductivity. Due to the increasing thermal-technical requirements for building structures, the insulating materials are developed. One of the modern thermal insulating materials is so-called aerogel. Unfortunately, this material is not used in the field of external thermal insulation composite systems because of its price and its properties. The aim of this paper is to present possibilities of using this insulating material in the civil engineering - specifically a usage of aerogel in the production of windows.Web of Science14111

Preparedness of Teachers in the Area of Population Protection

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je příprava pedagogických pracovníků v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. Protože lidé jsou čím dál častěji vystavováni mimořádným událostem je důležité, aby věděli jak se mají v těchto případech chovat. Pouze vzdělaný občan dokáže pomoci minimalizovat následky. Důležité je začít vzdělávat děti a mládež už na základních, středních i vysokých školách. A proto potřebujeme dobře vzdělané a informované pedagogy. V první části práce jsme se zabývala charakterizací ochrany obyvatelstva a její historii v našich podmínkách. Dále jsem popsala legislativní vymezení této problematiky. V další části jsem popsala jednotlivé organizace, které poskytují další vzdělání pro pedagogy. V konečné části jsem se věnovala současnému stavu vzdělávání, jeho zhodnocení a také budoucímu vývoji.Theme of my bachelor´s thesis is Preparedness of Teachers in the Area of Population Protection. Because people are more often exposed of emergency cases is important to know how to behave in these incidents. Only well educated citizen will able to minimalize consequevences. It is important to start to educate children on primary school, high school and university. That is why we need well educated and well informed pedagogues. In first part I delt with characterization of civil protection and with history in our country. After that I descripted the legislature of those problems. In next part I decribed individual organization which provide training for pedagogues. In the last part I dedicated and rewiewed about the current situation and about future development.

Tests of the embedded laminated glass connection under short-term tensile and eccentric shear loads

The embedded laminated glass connection belongs to the group of the most widely used ways of the glass components connecting. As it becomes common to use glass as a material for load-bearing elements, the connection must be able to bear stresses arising during the lifetime period. To find out the load capacity of the connection under different loads, experiments have to be performed. Within the ongoing research at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Czech Technical University in Prague, two series of experiments of the embedded laminated glass connection have been performed. There were two sets of identical samples. Both sets included several combinations of glass panes and types of foils. The first series of tests was focused on the characteristics of this type of connection under the short-term tensile loads. The second one was dealing with the characteristics under the short-term eccentric shear loads. Due to using the identical samples for both series of tests, it was possible to compare the obtained results. The experiments show that the tensile load capacity of the connection is much higher than its eccentric shear load capacity. It also reveals reaching the tensile resistance limit of the weakened glass pane as a dominant mode of failure. However, further research consisting of numerical modelling and additional experiments is in progress

Congenital disorders of glycosylation: alpha -dystroglycanopathies

Alpha-dystroglycanopathies are inherited autosomal recessive diseases belonging both to the group of hereditary muscular dystrophies and the congenital disorders of glycosylation. Currently there are 20 genes of which are known to lead to this disease. Alpha-dystroglycan is a membrane protein which is at its mucin domain posttranslationally modified with oligosaccharide chains O-glycosidically bound via mannose. Defective biosynthesis of oligosaccharide chains leads to hypoglycosylation of alpha-dystroglycan, which loses its ability to bind to the laminin G-domain of ligands in extracellular matrix. This hypoglycosylation leads to the group of diseases called alpha-dystroglycanopathies. The most severe forms of alpha-dystroglycanopathies manifest with muscular dystrophy, ocular malformations and defects of central nervous system. Milder forms of this disorder may manifest only with muscular dystrophy without other clinical symptoms. Diagnosis of alpha-dystroglycanopathy is difficult due to the lack of standardly available biochemical methods, which would facilitate the targeting of the investigation process before molecular genetic analysis. The aim of the present study was to provide an overview of alpha-dystroglycanopathies focusing on the structure, alteration and pathology of...Alfa-dystroglykanopatie jsou autosomálně recesivně dědičná onemocnění patřící zároveň do skupiny dědičných svalových dystrofií a dědičných poruch glykosylace. V současné době je známo 20 genů, jejichž mutace vedou k tomuto onemocnění. Alfa-dystroglykan je membránový protein, který je posttranslačně modifikován pomocí oligosacharidových řetězců O-glykosidově vázaných přes mannosu. Porucha biosyntézy těchto oligosacharidových řetězců vede k hypoglykosylaci alfa-dystroglykanu, který tak ztrácí schopnost vázat se na lamininové G-domény ligandů extracelulárního matrixu. Tato hypoglykosylace pak vede přímo k nemocím nazývaným alfa-dystroglykanopatie. Nejvážnější formy alfa-dystroglykanopatíí se projevují svalovou dystrofií, oční malformací a poškozením centrální nervové soustavy. Mírnější formy poruchy se mohou projevovat pouze svalovou dystrofií bez dalších klinických příznaků. Diagnostika alfa-dystroglykanopatií je obtížná z důvodu nedostatečné palety biochemických metod, které by usnadnily zacílení vyšetřovacího procesu před molekulárně-genetickou analýzou. Assessment of the Financial Situation of the Company Kofola, a.s.

Import 06/11/2014Cílem diplomové práce je objektivní zhodnocení finančního zdraví a situace na trhu společnosti Kofola, a.s v letech 2008 – 2012. K těmto výsledkům jsou použity nástroje finanční analýzy se zaměřením na horizontální a vertikální analýzu, poměrové ukazatele a pyramidový rozklad vybraného ukazatele rentability. Diplomová práce je složena z pěti na sebe navazujících kapitol. Po úvodu následuje druhá kapitola, která je věnována teoretickému rozboru finanční analýzy, jako je vymezení základních pojmů, principů a postupů, jež jsou ve finanční analýze použity. Bude tvořit jednoduchý návod na zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti. Následující kapitola je věnována teoretickému popisu společnosti Kofola, a.s. Je v ní vymezen předmět podnikání společnosti, organizační řád a vývoj společnosti od samotného vzniku po současnost, spolu s vizí do budoucna. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci základních metod a postupů finanční analýzy na společnost Kofola, a.s., pomocí nichž je zhodnocena finanční situace podniku za analyzované období, tj. 2008 – 2012.The purpose of this diploma thesis is an objective evaluation of the financial health and situation on the market of Kofola, a.s. in years 2008 – 2012. In order to get these results I used tools of the financial analysis with a focus on the horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratio and pyramidal decomposition of a selected profitability ratio. The diploma thesis is composed of five interwoven chapters. The introduction is followed by chapter two that is dedicated to the theoretical interpretation of the financial analysis, such as defining the basic concepts, principles and procedures that are used in a financial analysis. It will serve as a simple guideline for the evaluation of the company´s financial situation. The following chapter is dedicated to the theoretical description of Kofola,a.s. It defines the company´s scope of business, organizational structure and development of the company since the foundation to the present, together with the vision for the future. Use of PhotoModeler program in forensic engineering practice

Hlavním úkolem diplomové práce je zjistit z pořízené dokumentace rozměry rodinného domu a následně je využít ke zpracování 3D modelu. Dále by také měly být otestovány a stanoveny optimální postupy pořizování fotodokumentace, práce v programu PhotoModeler a následné zpracování v programu Autocad. Výsledný model by měl dále sloužit k vytvoření řezů a odečtení hodnot potřebných k ocenění rodinného domu. Optimální postup by měl být kompromisem nejjednoduššího a nejpřesnějšího způsobu vytvoření 3D modelu.The main task of this thesis is to find out dimensions of family house from photos and after that use this dimensions to create a 3D model. Another task is to create and then test optimal procedure of taking photographs of house for the purpose of work in PhotoModeler software and subsequent processing in Autocad. The result is a model that serves for creation of sections and taking measurements necessary for valuations of a family house. The optimum process should be a compromise of the simplest and the most accurate method of creating 3D models.

Reinforced concrete frame structure of multi-storey administrative building

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a posouzením vybraných částí vícepatrové skeletové konstrukce administrativní budovy na mezní stav únosnosti a použitelnosti. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a posoudit železobetonovou konstrukci stropní desky nad prvním nadzemním podlažím, jeden sloup, základovou patku a schodiště. Kromě statického výpočtu je součástí i výkresová dokumentace. Vnitřní síly byly získány z 3D modelu vytvořeného v programu Scia Engineer 16.1.This diploma thesis deals with design and assessment of selected parts of the reinforced concrete frame of multi-storey administrative building according to the ultimate and serviceability limit state. The aim of this thesis was to design and assess the reinforced concrete structure of a slab above the first floor, one column, a foundation pad and a staircase. In addition to the static calculation, drawing documentation is included. Internal forces were obtained from the 3D model created in computational software Scia Engineer 16.1.
