Revive to live the experience: ethical dilemmas and political emotions that arise in Social Work, in the processes of reestablishing the rights of Boys, Girls and Adolescents.

El presente artículo surge del interés de compartir las experiencias vividas en la Comisaría de Familia del Municipio de Caldas-Antioquia (2019), en el marco de las prácticas profesionales de Trabajo Social, en clave de sistematización. La investigación es descriptiva, con un enfoque fenomenológico, en el cual se buscó recuperar los dilemas éticos y las emociones políticas que se presentan en la practicante y la profesional de Trabajo Social en el proceso de restablecimiento de derechos de los Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes (NNA). En los resultados y conclusiones se logra identificar emociones como el miedo que se genera ante la incertidumbre del cuidado; el enojo, a modo de búsqueda de la justicia, y la tristeza que surge como parte de la conexión con el sufrimiento del otro. Por otro lado, se evidencia que aunque los dilemas éticos están presentes en la toma decisiones en un proceso de restablecimiento de derechos, estos infieren en las vida de los NNA, en especial en casos de conflictos institucionales, en los ingreso o retiros del medio familiar. La experiencia que se presenta a dos voces ratifica la necesidad formativa más allá de los protocolos y jurisprudencias sobre comprender el lugar de la infancia y la adolescencia en el mundo adulto.  Los retos al finalizar la presente reflexión continuarán siendo sobre la base de la defensa y apoyo a quienes la requieren.This article arises from the interest of sharing the experiences lived in the Family Police Station of the Municipality of Caldas-Antioquia (2019), in the framework of the professional practices of Social Work, in the key of systematization; the objective was to recover the ethical challenges and political emotions that arise in the practitioner and the professional of Social Work in the process of restoration of rights of Children and Adolescents (NNA). In the conclusions, it is possible to identify emotions such as fear generated by the uncertainty of care; anger, as a search for justice, and sadness that arises as part of the connection with the suffering of others. On the other hand, it is evident that although ethical dilemmas are present in decision making in a process of restoration of rights, they influence the lives from children and adolescents, especially in cases of institutional conflicts, in the integration or removal of a child to the family environment. The experience presented in two voices ratifies the need for training beyond protocols and jurisprudence on understanding the place of children and adolescents in the adult world.  The challenges at the end of this reflection will continue to be based on the defense and support of those who need it

Configuration of the parental role without the presence of the mother in two typologies of households

Objetivo. En este artículo se presenta la investigación realizada sobre configuración del rol paterno sin la presencia de la madre en dos tipologías de hogar. Metodología. La investigación es descriptiva, con un enfoque fenomenológico-hermenéutico, en el cual se buscó analizar la configuración del rol paterno sin la presencia de la madre en hogar monoparental y extenso familiar. Resultados y conclusión. En la investigación se identificaron dos narrativas de la configuración del rol paterno: una surge desde la gestación y la otra al hacerse cargo del hijo sin la presencia de la madre. En ambas narrativas se hicieron evidentes factores potenciadores que facilitan a los hombres asumir el cuidado de sus hijos. Añadido a esto, el cuidado es un elemento transversal en la configuración del rol paterno, es relacional puesto que se genera en el vínculo y a la vez reafirma la paternidad. El cuidado es organizador de la vida del padre, lo moviliza a nuevas formas de relacionarse, transforma el rol y sus funciones, impulsando nuevas formas de ser y hacer en la vida del padre.Objective. This article presents the research carried out on the configuration of the paternal role without the presence of the mother in two types of households. Methodology. Descriptive research with a phenomenological-hermeneutic approach that aimed to analyze the configuration of the paternal role without the presence of the mother in single-parent and extended family homes. Results and conclusion. Two narratives of the configuration of the paternal role were identified in the investigation: one arises from the gestation and the other when taking charge of the child without the presence of the mother. In both narratives, empowering factors that make it easier for men to take care of their children became evident. Added to this, care is a transversal element in the configuration of the paternal role, it is relational since it is generated in the bond and, at the same time, reaffirms paternity. Care is the organizer of the life of the father, it mobilizes him to new ways of relating, transforms the role and its functions promoting new ways of being and doing in the life of the father
