Ā© Author(s).At the present stage of higher education development related to the transition of a competent model of learning, the problem of professional training of future teachers is actualized. To determine the problems in the preparation of future experts in the field of primary education, it is not enough to list the competencies that a graduate must master. It is more reasonable to present a model of predicted results as a system of interconnected components. In this regard, the research is directed on identification and justification of the structural components of the professional competence of primary school teachers. The main methods in study of this problem are the comparative and modeling methods, allowing the consideration of different research approaches to understand the structure of teachersā€™ professional competence and to provide a model of primary school teachersā€™ professional competence as a system of interrelated components. The article reveals the essence and content of structural components of primary education teachersā€™ professional competence: professional and personal, contents of the training, professionally-active and motivational. Materials of the article can be used by post-graduate students, competitors and teachers of higher pedagogical educational institutions

Purpose of the Study: Risks have become an integral part of the modern world. Elevated risk levels resulted from an accelerated pace that modern society has developed at, extreme degree of digitalization and informatization of human life. The system of education is therefore challenged by additional tasks to educate future generations for situations of risk. In view of this, this research aims to find and justify a suitable measure to evaluate the effectiveness of the ā€˜at-risk teacher trainingā€™ model. The purpose of this empiric study is to examine whether the ā€˜at-risk teacher trainingā€™ model is efficient. Methodology: Beta-testing of the model of ā€˜at-risk teacher trainingā€™ has been run in the Institute of psychology and education at Kazan Federal University since 2013. The research tool used is the questionnaire on coping strategies developed by Heim. Main Findings: According to Russian researchers studying risks, a teacherā€™s willingness to work in risk situations is defined as the noxological competence. Noxological competence includes situational, motivational, cognitive, active, analytical, and reflexive components. Thus, the performance evaluation of the ā€˜at-risk teacher trainingā€™ model equals assessment of the noxological competence development of teachers. However, there is no single measure that can assess all components of the noxological competencies. According to this view, the authors designed the model of ā€˜at-risk teacher trainingā€™ building on the importance of action competencies in situations of risk which are essential for a professional teaching career in the modern world. Applications of this study: The research helped to identify student teachersā€™ motivation for communication, behaviour patterns in conflict situations, ability to understand non-verbal communication cues and gestures, which are referred to as essential professional teaching competencies needed to resolve and manage conflict situations. Novelty/Originality of this study: The authors suggested a possible suitable measure to evaluate the effectiveness of the ā€˜at-risk teacher trainingā€™ model

In this research the results of analytical studies are presented, which prove the lack of data on influence of aging process on dispersion of structural elements in ice cream with fat mass fraction of 6% or less, and experimental studies on definition of dispersion of air phase and ice crystals in milk ice cream. It was found that the process of the mix aging doesnā€™t significantly affect the dispersion of air phase and ice crystals in ice cream with fat mass fraction of 3%. In ice cream with fat mass fraction of 6%, made from a mix, the dispersion of the air phase increased along with the aging process, and the size of almost all air bubbles were less than 50 microns. At the same time the dispersion of ice crystals increased by no more than 10%. The decrease in dispersion of the air phase during the storage period was observed, mostly in ice cream with a fat mass fraction of 6% produced of the cured mix. The research results have the practical importance as they justify the need for the aging process in the production of ice cream with a low mass fraction of fat and determine the necessity of further research in this area.In this research the results of analytical studies are presented, which prove the lack of data on influence of aging process on dispersion of structural elements in ice cream with fat mass fraction of 6% or less, and experimental studies on definition of dispersion of air phase and ice crystals in milk ice cream. Get PDF
Calculations of magnetic susceptibility were carried out for H2O, CH4 NH3, PH3 and H2S using the variational method with non-empiric wave functions. It was established that the results are weakly sensitive to the basis set. It was shown that the results are comparable with the more precise results obtained by the coupled Hartree-Fock (CHF) method and agree well with experimental data. It should be noted that requirements to gauge invariance are considerably lower than in the CHF method. Ā© 1991

Upgrading of induction motors with energy efficiency enhancement at the electrical repair shops and sites of the running industrial companies

It is demonstrated that the main disadvantage of induction motors is a relatively low power factor. In order to enhance energy efficiency of the electric drives, it is proposed to use an innovative technology of their upgrading in the course of overhauls. A distinctive feature of the proposed overhaul is the recalculation of the stator winding considering the real state of the stator steel and uses the phenomenon of current ferro-resonance in the machine's electromagnetic system. This makes it possible to create an induction motor with the desired power factor, even equal to one. Upgrading allows increasing the efficiency factor and reducing the active power losses by 3-7% in the electric drive system and in the power supply system. Additional expenses for upgrading costs amount to 23-30% of the conventional overhaul costs. However, these additional expenses can be justified within 0.25-0.8 years due to energy savings. The results of this R&D project can be recommended for review to the power departments of the running industrial companies, electrical repair shops and energy saving centers. Nonempirical calculations of the effect of molecular fragments on proton chemical shifts in heterocycles

    Get PDF
We have calculated the relative changes in the proton chemical shifts for a number of six-membered heterocycles (1,3-dioxan, 1,3-oxazine, 1,3-dithiane, trimethylene sulfite, and also their derivatives). A procedure is proposed for estimating the chemical shifts due to the effect of model molecular fragments. In calculating the chemical shifts expected allowance is made for the way in which the given molecule differs in structure from a similar molecule for which the chemical shift is known. The chemical shifts were calculated in the approximation of gradient-invariant atomic orbitals in a Gaussian basis. The calculations reproduce correctly the effect of alkyl substituents and the trends in the chemical shifts as a function of the orientation of the substituents and of the heterocyclic component of the molecule.
