The effectiveness of the use of purified bacterial lysates of the most therapy-resistant strains of microorganisms – the causative agents of pustular skin infections in the treatment of acne vulgaris (acne vulgaris)
The objective of the work was to study the effectiveness of the use of purified bacterial lysates of the most therapy-resistant strains of microorganisms, the causative agents of pustular skin infections, by comparing clinical data and the skin microbiome in patients with acne. The results of the study are based on the data of a comprehensive examination of 35 patients with acne of 2-3 degrees before and after treatment, as well as data of the examination of 15 patients of the control group. Examination methods: clinical examination of the skin, determination of the quantitative composition and microbiological identification of the skin microbiome (bacteria of the genera Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Propionibacterium Corynebacterium, Micrococcus, Sarcina, Aerococcus, Acinetobacter, Brevibacterium, Citrobacter, Serratia, Lactobacillus; yeast-like fungi of the genera Malassesia and Candida, mold fungi ). In the studied patients with acne, the representative microorganisms of the skin microbiome were Propionibacterium acnes, S. epidermidis, and C. lipophilicum. In patients with acne, the stability of the skin microbiome was carried out due to the redistribution between S. epidermidis and C. lipophilicum. In patients receiving "Acnevac"® (Bioveta, a. s.), a component of a complex treatment, along with earlier periods of clinical improvement, there was noted an earlier normalization of the skin microbiome in comparison with patients receiving standard therapy. Approaches to the treatment of acne with antibiotics and chemotherapy require a revision. The state of the skin microbiome broadens knowledge on the pathogenesis of acne and the search for other means for the individual treatment of patients. Positive changes in the skin microbiome under the influence of treatment with purified bacterial lysates of the most therapy-resistant strains of microorganisms, the causative agents of pustular skin infections, make it possible to recommend its use for a longer term – up to 6 months
Inverse Scattering Problem for Vector Fields and the Cauchy Problem for the Heavenly Equation
We solve the inverse scattering problem for multidimensional vector fields
and we use this result to construct the formal solution of the Cauchy problem
for the second heavenly equation of Plebanski, a scalar nonlinear partial
differential equation in four dimensions relevant in General Relativity, which
arises from the commutation of multidimensional Hamiltonian vector fields.Comment: 15 pages, submitted to Phisics Letters A. This paper replaces

General method of synthesis by PLIC/FPGA digital devices to perform discrete orthogonal transformations
A general method is proposed to synthesize digital devices in order to perform discrete orthogonal transformations (DOT) on programmable logic integrated circuits (PLIC) of FPGA class. The basic and the most "slow" operation during DOT performance is the operation of multiplying by a constant factor (constant) - OMC. To perform DOT digital devices are implemented at the use of the same type of IP-cores, which allow to realize OMC. According to the proposed method, OMC is determined on the basis of picturing set over the elements of the Galois field. Due to the distributed computing of nonlinear polynomial function systems defined over the Galois field in PLIC/FPGA architecture, the reduction in the estimates of time complexity concerning OMC performance is achieved. Each non-linear polynomial function, like OMC, is realized on the basis of the same type of IP-cores according to one of the structural schemes in accordance with the requirements for the device to perform DOT. The use of IP cores significantly reduces the cost of designing a device that implements DOT in the PLIC/FPGA architecture. Keywords: digital signal processing, discrete orthogonal transformations, distributed computing, nonlinear polynomial functions, Galois fields, FPGAs, digital device
The results of using Blue cap® foam for skin care with signs of xerosis
A significant increase in the severity of clinical manifestations of various dermatoses accompanied by dry skin often increases the feeling of discomfort and itching of the skin, significantly reducing the patient's quality of life. This leads to the search for effective ways to correct the dryness of the skin and maintain the proper functioning of the epidermal barrier of the skin in various dermatoses. The aim of the study was to study the effect of using a combined emollient, which includes components of a classic emollient (with the inclusion of ceramides and substances with moisturizing and softening effects), as well as substances with antiseptic and fungistatic effects. The results of treatment of 100 patients with skin diseases and conditions accompanied by dry skin and itching were analyzed. The study group included patients with acne undergoing treatment with retinoids and external preparations with an irritating effect, patients with atopic dermatitis in remission, patients with seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, follicular hyperkeratosis, and skin xerosis. Using the method of corneometry, the dynamics of changes in skin hydration during the use of a combined moisturizer and changes in the indicators of the dermatological index of the quality of life of patients were studied. The data obtained showed a pronounced increase in skin hydration in terms of corneometry after 2 weeks of using an emollient (by an average of 31.6 units or 160%), and after a month of observation, the changes amounted to 36.7 conv. units, i.e. increased by 185%, which proves the effectiveness of using Blue cap® foam to normalize skin hydration. The level of the dermatological index of quality of life during this period decreased from 9.9±0.2 to 7.2±0.2 points, i.e. by 2.7 points or 27%,what also indicates an improvement in the subjective attitude of patients and promotion quality of life of patients. In the course of the study, a significant improvement in skin hydration when using the combined Blue cap® foam to correct signs of skin xerosis was proven. In the case of dermatoses accompanied by itching associated with dry skin, a marked reduction in itching was noticed, as well as a significant improvement in the quality of life of the patient after a month of using the combined moisturizer

Condition for convective instability of dark solitons
Simple derivation of the condition for the transition point from absolute
instability of plane dark solitons to their convective instability is
suggested. It is shown that unstable wave packet expands with velocity equal to
the minimal group velocity of the disturbance waves propagating along a dark
soliton. The growth rate of the length of dark solitons generated by the flow
of Bose-Einstein condensate past an obstacle is estimated. Analytical theory is
confirmed by the results of numerical simulations
Instanton -- Antiinstanton interaction and asymptotics of perturbation theory expansion in double well oscillator
Instanton -- antiinstanton pair is considered as a source of singularity at
the Borel plane for the ground state energy of anharmonic oscillator. The
problem of defining the short range instanton -- antiinstanton interaction
reduces to calculation of a smooth part of the Borel function, which cannot be
found without explicit calculation of several terms of ordinary perturbation
theory. On the other hand, the large order terms of perturbative expansion are
dominated by large fluctuations in the functional integral like well separated
instanton and antiinstanton.
The preasymptotics () of large order perturbation theory
contribution to the ground state energy of anharmonic oscillator was found
analytically. To this end the subleading long range asymptotics of the
classical instanton -- antiinstanton interaction, the one -- loop quantum
contribution to instanton -- antiinstanton interaction and the second quantum
correction to a single instanton density were considered.Comment: 12 pages, Latex, BUDKERINP 94-2
Representation of MarkovFunctions byMinimal Polynomials over a Finite Field
The method of representing Markov functions with minimal characteristic
polynomials over a finite field is proposed. These polynomials are defined on the basis of
integrated stochastic matrices. The representation accuracy of stochastic matrices is linearly
dependent on the minimum degree of the polynomials. The algorithmic implementation of the
method is shown to build a sequence of the Markov functions class considered, with a given
linear complexity. This work was supported by RFBR Grant 18-01-00120а «Specialized devices for generating and

Применение тест-системы «Лайн-Блот Сифилис» в диагностикесифилиса методом линейного иммуноблотинга
ZAO ECOlab (Russia) developed Line Blot Syphilis, a new test system on the basis of the linear immunoblotting method
using Treponema рallidum recombinant antigens. The article assessed the diagnostic value of the Line Blot Syphilis test
system in the form of a confirmatory test. As a part of the conducted study, the test system demonstrated its absolute
sensitivity and specificity to serum-positive (n = 237) and serum-negative (n = 114) samples, in which the presence
or absence of Т.pallidum antibodies was confirmed by two treponemal tests. As a result of examining 14 samples
attributed to doubtful analytes based on two test results (passive hemagglutination test and immunofluorescence test
with absorption), the data compliance between the Line Blot Syphilis test system and data from INNO-LIA Syphilis Score
amounted to 100% (14/14) or 93% (13/14) for the immune-enzyme assay and 57% (8/14) for the immunofluorescence
test with absorption. It is recommended to use the Line Blot Syphilis test system (ZAO ECOlab) as a confirmatory syphilis
test.
«INNO-LIA Syphilis score» составило 100% (14/14), ИФА - 93% (13/14), РИФабс - 57% (8/14). Рекомендовано
