PENGARUH KEBERAGAMAN MENU TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA HOTEL ASTON KUPANG

Hotel Aston Kupang is a four-star hotel with 179 rooms on 18 floors that is responsible for all the quality of services offered including menu diversity that makes guests satisfied. In this study using descriptive statistical research methods and inferential statistics with 80 respondents by determining the number of samples using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, irregular interviews and literature studies. This research uses data analysis techniques including: validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test and the coefficient of determination. Based on simple linear regression analysis, the t value of 4.189 is more than t table 1.679, indicating that menu diversity has an effect on consumer satisfaction. The coefficient results obtained r squared value of 0.34 which means the effect of menu diversity on customer satisfaction at the Aston Kupang hotel is 34%

PERSEPSI KONSUMEN TERHADAP HIGIENE DAN SANITASI KAMAR PADA HOTEL ASTON KUPANG

This study aims to determine consumer perceptions of room hygiene and sanitation at Hotel Aston Kupang. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey approach. The research sample is 83 consumers who stay at Hotel Aston Kupang. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, literature and documentation. The validity test uses the product moment correlation formula, while the reliability test uses the Cronbach Alpha formula with the reliability coefficient values ​​0.817 and 0.926. After describing the value with a Likert scale, the data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques, namely methods that describe some data logically so that conclusions can be drawn and supported by average analysis to answer the problem formulation. Based on the results of the discussion and analysis of previous data, it can be concluded that consumer perceptions of hygiene are good, while consumer perceptions of room sanitation at Aston Hotel Kupang are very good

HoPLLS (Hierarchy of protein loop-lock structures) (http://leah.haifa.ac.il/~skogan/Apache/mydata1/main.html) is a web server that identifies closed loops - a structural basis for protein domain hierarchy. The server is based on the loop-and-lock theory for structural organisation of natural proteins. We describe this web server, the algorithms for the decomposition of a 3D protein into loops and the results of scientific investigations into a structural "alphabet" of loops and locks.Comment: 11 pages, 4 figure

The problem with the PO Logos company is that the schedule for the driver or bus driver is still done manually which results in the old operator determining the bus driver who will depart. And the distribution of the driver's departure schedule is not evenly distributed so that the bus driver who has just departed is scheduled to leave again the next day which causes the driver to contact the operator to report this in order to get a replacement driver, because the rules for drivers at PO Logos company are once every three days. From these problems raised the idea to create a driver scheduling information system for PO Logos. This was built using the Waterfall methodology which consists of 5 stages, namely Requirement Analysis and Definition of the old system analysis and the new system of scheduling using genetic algorithms which are described by flowcharts, System and Software Design using Unifed Modeling Language (UML), Implementation and Unit Testing using programming languages PHP and MySQL, Integration and System Testing Testing is done by black-box testing. The results of making a bus driver scheduling information system in making a driver schedule using a genetic algorithm through stages, namely the formation of the initial population, evaluating the fitness value, finding the two best fitness values ??using tournament selection, crossover using one-point crossover, mutation and fitness evaluation again for looking for the best value

Ordinary Solidarities: Re-Reading Refugee Education Response Through an Anticolonial Discursive Framework

Growing attention to longstanding issues linked to racism and coloniality in humanitarian assistance has impelled important conversations about power inequities in global education spaces and their related scholarly fields. This paper contributes to these conversations by advancing an anticolonial discursive framework for rights-based interventions in and through education. Drawing on a three-year case study of one faith-based school in Lebanon, this paper explores how one ordinary school in a refugee hostile transit country secured and protected the right to education for refugee children from Syria, within a significant broader context of multiple compounding crises. The notion of “ordinary solidarities” is used to describe how this refugee education response sustained engagement in learning, despite tremendous community opposition and against a deteriorating sociopolitical, economic, and pandemic backdrop. Through organic responsiveness, upholding of equitable relationships, and the principles of inclusion and anti-discrimination, ordinary solidarity embodies an anticolonial mandate for rights-based interventions and demands a shift in orientation from saviorism to care. By intertwining humanitarian discourse and one school’s practices, the paper draws out implications for ongoing efforts to reconfigure humanitarian relations and structures
