Get PDF
The purpose of this study was to design and validate a content marketing process model based on the systematic review of the literature. The research approach of the present study was a combination of two stages. Firstly, using the meta-synthesis method, all dimensions of content marketing are identified and the research model is presented. Then, in order to validate the model, the fuzzy Delphi method was conducted in three rounds. The population of the first stage was consisted of 652 documents in this field, of which 55 were selected. The second population includes 16 experts in the field of content marketing who participated in all three rounds of the Delphi. Content marketing process model was achieved in four stages of planning, production, distribution and communication, measurement and optimization. In each stage, the steps and components necessary to implement the marketing content were identified and explained. Considering the use of two methods of meta-synthesis and Fuzzy Delphi, the proposed model is sufficiently valid and can be used as a roadmap for the establishment and implementation of content marketing performance in different companies and industries

Purpose: In the digital age, web applications work as machines that swallow time rapidly. A new generation tendency to use these tools for entertaining and information gathering has changed their habits in type of selected materials and reading practices. In other words, although users currently receive information from the Internet, they have increasingly become superficial readers who have a little interest to read deeply in digital format. This unwillingness not only changes reading habits of young adults, but also transforms their web browsing and information processing. The present study aims to investigate the effect of digital environment on users’ reading habits. Methodology: We used a case study approach and survey method was used. In this research, a questionnaire was used as a data collecting method. The research population included all undergraduate students in all disciplines (=1000) who study in “Toos Institute of Higher Education”. 100 students were selected as a sample study based on the accessibility principle. Findings: The results indicated that participants commonly believed that the Internet increases interactive reading (56%), expanded reading (44%), and superficial reading (49%). In contrast, it reduces concentrated reading (34%) and in-depth reading (28%). In addition, the Internet increases reading in the formats such as news (63 %), general knowledge (85%), special literature (63%), and pornography (42%). In contrast, it has no any significant impact on religious literature (35%) and literary literature (40%). Originality/Value: Value of this research lies in its effort to show altered reading habits, methods and formats in the digital environment. It can be a useful source for accommodation with new interests and find new methods for deepen reading in these new behaviors

Background & Objectives: Hospitals are one of the important components in a health care system and have significant role in health of humans. Organizational justice shows the perception of fairness and equality in the workplace by staff and affects their behavior. This study examines the relationship between organizational justice perception and self-efficacy in employees of a selected hospital of Tabriz/ Iran. Methods: This was a cross-sectional descriptive- analytic study performed on 156 employees of one of the selected hospitals of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. Chen, Gully & Eden Self-efficacy questionnaire and Rego and Cunha organizational justice questionnaire were used as data collection tools. Data analysis was done through SPSS23 and using analytic statistical tests such as Spearman correlation, Chi-Square and regression. Results: There was a significant positive relationship between dimensions of organizational justice and self- efficacy (P<0.01). Also, based on the results of regression analysis, information justice was a stronger predictor of self- efficacy. Eventually, the elements of procedural, interactions and information justice could predict 14% of variations of self- efficacy. Conclusion: Since dimensions of organizational justice affect employees' self- efficacy, hospital managers should find appropriate strategies for improving organizational justice in order to increase self- efficacy and ultimately the performance of their employees. Introduction: Intra-dialysis hypotension occurs in 20- 55% of hemodialysis sessions. We aimed to define the prevalence and impact of pre-dialysis blood pressure, inter-dialysis weight gain, vasodilator agents, and characteristics of dialysis, serum calcium, and adjusted calcium, sodium, and albumin levels on intra-dialysis hypotension.Materials and Methods: In an observational prospective study, 44 hemodialysis cases aged 4.8-25 years were evaluated in 552 dialysis sessions. A decrease in the mean arterial blood pressure ≥ 10 mm Hg was defined as intra-dialysis hypotension. The characteristics of the patients were compared between cases and those without intra-dialysis hypotension. Results: Intra-dialysis hypotension was noted in 61.4% of the cases and 24.6% of the dialysis sessions. The duration of hemodialysis, weight gain between dialysis sessions, using vasodilator medications, serum sodium and adjusted calcium levels were compared between IDH + and IDH – cases. No significant differences were found in these variables between the 2 groups (P> 0.05 for all). Intra-dialysis hypotension was significantly more prevalent in cases with normal versus high systolic and diastolic blood pressure (P=0.014 and P=0.005 respectively). Intra-dialysis hypotension was significantly more frequent in girls, anuric patients, and patients with a history of transplantation (p=0.022, 0.011 and 0.008 respectively). A Significantly lower serum albumin concentration was found in cases with intra –dialysis hypotension (P=0.021).Conclusions: Intra-dialysis hypotension is a common complication of hemodialysis and is more prevalent in girls, normotensive patients, subjects with lower serum albumin concentrations, cases with a history of transplantation, and anuric patients. In recent years, most government agencies and private companies have sought to shape their activities based on projects. They found that by moving toward a project-oriented organization, they will be able to use human and capital resources more effectively and achieve better results in accomplishing their tasks. The state of the organizations in this transition can be examined by the maturity models of the project. One of the most popular of these models is the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3), which consists of several parts. Since this model was created by the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), it has the most coordination with organizations that use the PMBOK standard, including Iranian organizations. Some parts of the OPM3 model, especially the assessment section, has been implemented in Iranian organizations. In this paper, the challenges of implementing the OPM3 maturity model in the Iranian petrochemical industry are discussed by employing relevant experts. Finally, various strategies for these challenges are proposed
