Health advocates increasing y use the news media to educate the public. However, little is known about what motivates individuals to pay attention to health news. This study investigated which characteristics of TV health news stories attract viewer interest.|The authors surveyed airport patrons, the audience of a public health symposium, and municipal jurors, asking which attributes of TV heath news stories encouraged interest and which attributes discouraged interest. The authors ranked mean responses and compared them using Spearman rank correlations,|The rankings assigned by the three samples were highly correlated. Respondents reported being most attracted to health stories about personally relevant topics. Interestingly, they also reported that sensational story elements such as "showing a bloody or injured person" and "being action packed" did not substantially influence their attention.|This study suggests that viewers, regardless of their level of health knowledge, value the same attributes in TV health news stories. Emphasizing the personal relevance of health topics appears to be a viable strategy to capture viewer interest. Analisis terhadap Pengelolaan Media Sosial KPP Pratama Padang Satu untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Perpajakan Masyarakat Melalui Instagram

Society needs tax information that they could access in a faster and easier way without being restricted by space and time. Therefore, in the way to fulfill those society’s needs, KPP Pratama Padang Satu takes advantage of using the Instagram platform for publication media and communication media. This research intends to knowledge how the Instagram account of @pajakpadangsatu is being managed. The research method is qualitative with the ways of data collection utilized by interview, observation, and documentation study. This research applies the theory of social media management by Regina Luttrell which calls as The Circular Models of Some. This research then results in 6 (six) categories of content, those are activity content, taxation knowledge content, speech content, announcement content, performance achievement content, and entertainment content. The contents that are going to be shared with the public are packed in the best way dan followed the latest trend. The contents that are being uploaded usually involve a certain figure or public figure that already has performed tax obligations. This research found that several activities have not been done particularly at the optimization stage and the stage of managing media monitoring

ANALISIS PEMANFAATAN AKUN MEDIA SOSIAL INSTAGRAM DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA SEMARANG @DKKSEMARANG SEBAGAI MEDIA PENYEBARAN INFORMASI

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) bagaimana pemanfaatan akun media sosial Instagram Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang @dkksemarang sebagai media penyebaran informasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam melakukan wawancara, penulis menggunakan jenis wawancara in-depth interview, dimana wawancara dilakukan dengan cara melemparkan pertanyaan yang semi terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan yaitu Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang melalui akun media sosial Instagram telah memanfaatkan penggunaan media sosial sesuai dengan Pedoman Pemanfaatan Media Sosial. Impact of dealcoholization by osmotic distillation on metabolic profile, phenolic content, and antioxidant capacity of low alcoholic craft beers with different malt compositions

Beer antioxidants originate mainly from malts, classified as colored, caramel, and roasted, according to the malting process. This study aimed to characterize, in terms of phenolic antioxidants, three types of Pale Ale craft beers brewed using increasing percentage of dark malt (0, 5, and 15% Caraamber malt, called PA100, PA95, PA85, respectively) and to evaluate the impact of dealcoholization by osmotic distillation (OD) on the same antioxidants. All the alcoholic (PA, 6.2-6.8 vol %) and low alcoholic (LA-PA, 1 vol %) beers were analyzed by HPLC-ESI-MS/MS, total phenolic content (TPC), and antioxidant activity (AA): similar phenolic profiles were evidenced and 43 compounds identified or tentatively identified. Some differences were found among PA100, PA95, and PA85: PA85 was richer in free phenolic compounds (10.55 mg/L) and had a higher TPC (463.7 GAE mg/L) and AA (852.1 TE mg/L). LA-PA beers showed the same phenolic profile and similar TPC and AA compared to PA beers; however, there were some differences regarding LA-PA85 (5.91 mg/L). Dealcoholization by OD seemed to weakly affect the phenolic fraction. ESI-MS/MS infusion experiments evidenced oligosaccharides, small organic acids, and amino acids, whose presence was confirmed and quantitated by NMR: besides ethanol and other alcohols, weak to strong loss of low-molecular-weight metabolites was evidenced in LA-PA beers

Space propulsion systems. Present performance limits and application and development trends

Typical spaceflight programs and their propulsion requirements as a comparison for possible propulsion systems are summarized. Chemical propulsion systems, solar, nuclear, or even laser propelled rockets with electrical or direct thermal fuel acceleration, nonrockets with air breathing devices and solar cells are considered. The chemical launch vehicles have similar technical characteristics and transportation costs. A possible improvement of payload by using air breathing lower stages is discussed. The electrical energy supply installations which give performance limits of electrical propulsion and the electrostatic ion propulsion systems are described. The development possibilities of thermal, magnetic, and electrostatic rocket engines and the state of development of the nuclear thermal rocket and propulsion concepts are addressed

Akhlak Pelajar Perspektif Al-Zarnuji: Telaah Isi Kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim dan Implementasinya di Pendidikan Kontemporer

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akhlak pelajar yang terdapat dalam kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim karya al-Zarnuji serta bagaimana implementasi akhlak tersebut dalam dunia pendidikan kontemporer. Penelitian ini bersifat library risearch dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan tertulis yang telah dipublikasikan dalam bentuk buku. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan filosofis, historis, dan sosiologis. Hal ini dilakukan mengingat penelitian ini berkenaan dengan konsep akhlak dari seorang tokoh yang hidup dalam kurun waktu dan keadaan tertentu. Oleh karena itu, penulis menganalisis konsep akhlak perspektif Islam kemudian mengerucut kepada kajian internalisasi akhlak pelajar melalui pendidikan karakter. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menelaah konsep akhlak pelajar perspektif al-Zarnuji  dengan akhlak pelajar dalam pendidikan masa kini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama: konsep akhlak pelajar yang terdapat dalam  kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim berparadigma moral spiritual. Karena di dalam kitab tersebut membicarakan segala aspek akhlak pelajar yang berhubungan dengan Tuhan dan tingkah laku yang baik, dan lain sebagainya dengan berlandaskan Al-Qur’an dan Hadits berdasarkan pada moral religius (akhlak). Tentang akhlak pelajar, al-Zarnuji menerangkan tentang berbagai akhlak, seperti: sabar dan tabah dalam menuntut ilmu, mengagungkan ilmu dan ulama, bersyukur, tawakal, dermawan, ikhlas, zuhud, kasih sayang, sabar, h}usnudhan, wara’, tawadhu’, menghadap kiblat, memegang teguh agama dan sunah, serta menjaga lisan. Kedua, konsep akhlak pelajar yang terdapat dalam  kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim masih dapat diimplementasikan dalam pendidikan masa kini mengingat masyarakat Indonesia adalah masyarakat yang religius walaupun kendala dan hambatan terus menghadang. Hambatan tersebut datang dari kurangnya sikap selektif dalam menerima arus modernisasi dan globalisasi. Di sisi lain kurangnya kontrol orang tua dan berubahnya paradigma model pembelajaran yang student oriented, yaitu model pembelajaran yang menitikberatkan peserta didik aktif dan kreatif dalam proses pembelajaran dengan guru sebagai fasilitator dan evaluator, menjadikan fungsi dan peran guru sebagai figur panutan dan suri tauladan semakin hilang. Namun demikian, aspek akhlak yang banyak dipaparkan oleh al-Zarnu>ji> dalam kitabnya merupakan terapi ampuh untuk menghalau demoralisasi remaja yang semakin hebat akibat modernisasi dan globalisasi. &nbsp

Biberiye ve Kekik Yağı İlavesinin Marine Edilen Gökkuşağı Alabalıklarının (Oncorhynchus Mykiss Walbaum 1972) Buzdolabında Depolanması üzerine Etkisi

Bu çalışmada, biberiye ve kekik yağı ekstraktları kullanılarak elde edilen alabalık (Oncorhynchus mykiss) marinatlarının depolanması sırasında meydana gelen kimyasal değişimler araştırılmış ve kullanılan bitkisel yağ ekstraktlarının ürünün yağ asidi kompozisyonu üzerine etkisi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Fileto haline getirilmiş balıklar üç farklı formülasyon kullanılarak (M grubu: %4 asetik asit-%10 NaCl, B grubu: %4 asetik asit-%10 NaCl-%0,1 biberiye yağı ekstraktı, K grubu: %4 asetik asit-%10 NaCl- %0,1 kekik yağı ekstraktı) marine edilmiş, olgunlaşma aşamasından sonra vakum paketlenerek +4°C’ deki buzdolabı koşullarında depolanmışlardır. Numunelerin 0. gün, 1., 2., 3., 4. ve 5. ayın sonunda kimyasal analizleri (pH, TBA, Peroksit Sayısı, TVB-N, Serbest yağ asitleri, yağ asitleri kompozisyonu) yapılmıştır. Deneysel örnekler TVB-N açısından değerlendirildiğinde depolamanın 3. ayında K grubu örneklerinde 14,12 mg/100 g, B grubu örneklerinde 19,2 mg/100 g ve M grubu örneklerinde ise 28,9 mg/100 g olarak tespit edilmiştir. M grubu örnekleri TBA sayısı bakımından değerlendirildiğinde muhafazanın 3. ayında 5,84 mg MDA/ kg olup, diğer gruplar ile istatistiki fark önemli bulunmuştur. Kontrol grubu (M grubu) örneklerinin 4 ve 5. aylarda duyusal olarak bozulduğu için analizleri yapılamamıştır. Kontrol grubu ve K grubu örneklerinde marinasyon işlemi sonrasında, muhafaza periyodu boyunca EPA ve DHA değerlerinde düşüş şekillenmiş olup, istatistikî açıdan fark önemli bulunmuştur. Biberiye ilave edilen gruba ait örneklerin yağ asidi değerleri incelendiğinde, kaproik, miristik ve palmitik asit miktarları marinasyon işleminden sonra artmıştır ve fark istatistiki açıdan önemli bulunmuştur

Probabilistic Assessment of Lightning Related Risk of Transmission Lines Based on Frequency Dependent Modeling of Tower-Footing Grounding System

This paper presents a probabilistic evaluation, based on Monte-Carlo method, for the estimation of insulation risk of failure of overhead transmission lines (TLs). The proposed method takes into account the wide-band model of tower-footing grounding system. The wide-band model of grounding system in frequency domain is obtained by the method of moment solution to the governing electrical field integral equations. The electrical parameters of soil are considered to be either constant or frequency dependent. The time-domain representation of the grounding system is inferred through pole-zero characterization of its associated frequency response. The case of a typical 400-kV transmission line is modelled in EMTP_RV with the tower-footing grounding system integrated with the transmission line (TL) system. The results of the paper show that the failure risk of transmission lines is affected by the grounding system model. This effect is more pronounced when the soil electrical parameters are assumed to be frequency dependent
