Teplota je považována za základní veličinu v oblasti průmyslového měřeni, protože na její hodnotě je závislá řada výrobních procesů a regulaci Práce je zaměřena na vlivy, působící negativně na přesnost výsledku měření teploty. Uvádí přehled těchto chyb a jejich možných kompenzací a korekcí s důrazem na časté chyby dynamické. Dynamické vlastnosti je nutné znát pro analýzu a syntézu měřících a regulačních systémů. Součástí je rovněž jednodušší model pro automatické řešení některých vybraných korekcí.The temperature belongs to the one of the basic values for a commercial measuring processes. The exact measuring of the temperature is the essential for a multitude manufacturing procedures and their regulations. This study is mainly focused to determine what influences can take the negative effect to exact temperature measurement. Content: List of of possible mistakes and their compensation wit the special focus on a notorious and frequent dynamic errors. Characteristic of those dynamic properties are important to analyze all the possibilities to correct different measuring systems. Proposal to Increase Employee Work Satisfaction in a Selected Organisation

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout kroky vedoucí ke zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Obsahem teoretické části je definování pracovní spokojenosti, poté vysvětlení vzájemné souvislosti mezi pracovní spokojeností, motivací, angažovaností a oddaností. Následuje popis vybraných teorií pracovní spokojenosti, na jejichž základě jsou vybrány vhodné faktory pracovní spokojenosti. V rámci praktické části je popsána organizace, ve které je výzkum uskutečněn. V další kapitole je provedena analýza pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců společnosti na základě dotazníkového šetření, rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a rovněž je zde obsahová analýza kolektivní smlouvy. Na základě získaných dat následují návrhy a doporučení jednotlivých kroků pro danou společnost, jež by měly vést ke zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti jejich zaměstnanců.The aim of this thesis is to propose steps to increase employee job satisfaction in a selected organization. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The content of the theoretical part is defining job satisfaction, then explaining the correlation between job satisfaction, motivation, engagement and commitment. This is followed by a description of selected theories of job satisfaction, on the basis of which appropriate job satisfaction factors are selected. The practical section describes the organization in which the research is conducted. In the next chapter, an analysis of the job satisfaction of the company's employees is made based on a questionnaire survey, interviews with employees and also a content analysis of the collective agreement. K metaforám v Babičce po pitvě z hlediska kognitivní lingvistiky

The author examined metaphorical concepts in this Czech parody of the famous work by Božena Němcová (The Grandmother). Based on excerpts, an analysis of metaphorical concepts was conducted. Whenever possible, the author took etymology into account during the research. „Babička po pitvě” (BPP) is a parody, as indicated already by its very title. Assurance comes with the finding of a mirrored condensed morphology of BPP with respect to the original. Both BPP and The Grandmother contain 18 chapters and four identical plot lines. To parody the original, Hynek uses formal sentence structures, simple syntax prevails, often exacerbated to the extreme, thus giving a simplified and scholarly limited impression. The characters in BPP are exposed as: ethnocentric, naive, limited, religious, belonging to a foreign language affiliation, vulgar, capricious, altruistic, sexually unsatisfied or only temporarily satisfied. The image of the world in Staré bělidlo (Old BleachingGround) is: prejudiced, superstitious, anthropocentric, subjective, superficial, limited, firmly grounded in the natural cycle and traditions associated with it. Procedures and traditional findings of cognitive linguistics/ language picture of the world have been positively verified. The morbid, Erotic, socially incorrect, cynical, dissonant as well as poetic and gentle satire of BPP thus represents an eccentric and rich foam of comedy, however, under its thick surface we find more serious content, raising social, moral and value issues; using parody, BPP thus fundamentally challenges the traditional values demonstrated in The Grandmother

Preparing of Survey to Building Documentation

Cílem této práce je vyhotovení účelové mapy zaměřenou výškopisně a polohopisně tachymetrickou metodou v obci Vsetín, v katastrálním území Rokytnice u Vsetína. Teoretická část práce poskytuje základní východiska k pochopení tématu a popisuje důležité body týkající se dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby, metody měření a systémů GNSS. Druhá část se zabývá samotnými terénními pracemi, následným zpracováním naměřených dat a tvorbou účelové mapy.The main objective of this work is the creation of a purpose map with measured mapping survey data by tacheometry method in the town of Vsetín, located in the cadastral area of Rokytnice u Vsetína. Implementation of the Establishment of a Fictitious Family Firm

Cílem této práce byla realizace založení fiktivního rodinného podniku. Pro tento podnik byla zvolena právní forma společnosti s ručením omezeným. V první částí této bakalářské práce byly popsány důležité pojmy spojené s podnikáním. V druhé části byly popsány jednotlivé kroky, které vedly k založení společnosti. Byly také vypsány všechny potřebné dokumenty. Dalším krokem bylo vypracování podnikatelského plánu, kde byl fiktivní rodinný podnik popsán. Byl zde také uveden předmět podnikání, důvod zvolení místa podnikání a dále byl vypracován finanční plán s odhadovanými náklady a výnosy pro první tři roky. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jednalo o rodinný podnik musel být zajištěn soulad mezi rodinou a podnikem. K tomu sloužil rodinný protokol, kde byly popsány otázky vedení firmy, nástupnictví a způsob řešení možných konfliktů.Main goal of this thesis was implementation of the establishment of a fictitious family firm. The chosen form was limited liability company. First part of this thesis included a description of all key concepts related to creation of a company. Next part described detailed steps that led to the founding of the company and included all the necessary documents. Next step was the creation of a business plan, where the company was described. The subject of business, the reason for choosing the place of business and a financial plan with estimated costs and revenues in the first three years were also stated here. Since it was a family business, it was important to ensure harmony between the family and the business. Micromechanical testing of Mo‐B‐C layers prepared by magnetron sputtering

Based on attractive mechanical properties of transition metal diborides the group of X2BC ternary compounds (X = Ti, V, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, Ta and W) became subject of theoretical calculations [1-3] and lately proved their applicability experimentally [4]. X2BC with X = Mo, Ta and W are the most promising candidates for protection of cutting and forming tools due to their unusually stiffness and moderately ductility. These properties can be understood by considering the electronic structure and particularly the extreme anisotropy (orthorhombic crystal lattice with a=0.309nm, b=1.735nm, c=0.305nm).
