Analisis Faktor Pembentuk Motivasi Bermain Game Online it Girl di Facebook pada Emerging Adulthood
Game online Girl adalah salah satu fitur game online di bidang fashion yang ditawarkan dalam jejaring sosial Facebook. Permainan ini dimainkan tentunya dengan tujuan untuk mencari kesenangan, namun ternyata juga terdapat dampak negatif. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pembentuk motivasi individu untuk memainkan permainan ini, khususnya individu yang berada pada
masa perkembangan emerging adulthood. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 130 orang subjek yang pernah ataupun masih memainkan game online It Girl di Facebook berusia 18-25 tahun dengan teknik incidental sampling. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis faktor eksploratori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 26 faktor yang dirumuskan berdasarkan elisitasi teori dan wawancara responden, diketahui terdapat 6 faktor baru yang terbentuk. Faktor yang tampil dominan sebagai prediktori motivasi bermain game ini pada emerging adulthood adalah kekuasaan dan untuk mendapatkan pengakuan diri, baik itu dari diri sendiri maupun orang lain
SUWUNG: PENCARIAN KESEMPURNAAN HIDUP MASYARAKAT JAWA
Suwung is a concept in Javanese spirituality (Kejawen), which shows the condition when a person experiences what is known as the highest reality. A person who has attained Suwung feels connected to God, feels peace, knows where he came from and will return, knows the meaning and purpose of his life, has self-control and is free from the bonds of the world, accepts all situations with sincerity, shows compassion, and has desires to establish harmony with other people and nature. Spiritual well-being is a psychological theory that describes how a person relates to himself, others, God, and nature as a manifestation of his own rosperous state. This research is a literature study that aims to describe the concept of Suwung in the study of spiritual well-being. The results of this literature study indicate that the concept of spiritual well-being can explain Suwung as a form of spiritual well-being in the context of Javanese society. However, because spirituality is a concept that is close to culture, the description of Suwung and its manifestations in a personâs characteristics and behavior is more specific and in line with local values and wisdom in Javanese culture. 
Review on Makeup Psychological Function: From The Perspective of Occupational Status
The result of research from Korichi, Pelle-de-Queral, Gazano, and Aubert (2008) clearly showed that makeup could support two opposite "up" functions, i.e., "camouflage" versus "seductionâ. This review based on three studies, the objective of the studies are to find the kind of makeup psychological function of sales promotion girl (SPG). prostitute, , and model. All of the participants were emerging adulthood women. Participants of the studies consisted of 45 women which had been rated beautiful by her pimps, 100 SPG, and 46 models.
Results from the prostitute participants showed that 24% participants classified âcamouflageâ, 70.7% participants classified âseductionâ, and 5.3% participants classified âcamouflage-seductionâ combination. Results from the SPG participants showed almost the same with the prostitute participants, 12% participants classified âcamouflageâ, 68% participants classified âseductionâ, and 20% participants classified âcamouflage-seductionâ combination. There are huge difference between results from prostitute and SPG participants, with model participants, which are the 91,3% participants classified âcamouflageâ, 8,7% participants classified âseductionâ. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.

berdasarkan Mobile Phone Addict Index(MPAI) hasil penelitian Leung (2007), antara lain ketakmampuan mengendalikan ketagihan, kecemasan dan perasaan hilang. penarikan diril/pelarian dan kehilangan produktivitas. Pengembangan skala mengadopsi butir-butir hasil
penelitian Leung. Partisipan adalah mahasiswa yang berada pada tahapan perkembangan remaja akhir melalui incidental sampling (N-200). Hasil uji validitas, reliabilita, dan norma skala didiskusikan lebih lanju
PENGEMBANGAN ALAT UKUR BLACKBERRY MESSENGER ADDICT
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan alat ukur Blackberry messenger addict. Alat ukur dikembangkan berdasarkan skala kecanduan telepon genggam penelitian Yuwanto (2012), dengan aspek ketidakmampuan mengontrol penggunaan blackberry messenger, kecemasan dan kehilangan bila tidak menggunakan blackberry messenger, menarik diridari masalah menggunakan blackberry messenger, dan kehilangan produktivitas karena menggunakan blackberry messenger. Jumlah subjek penelitian 317 subjek yang diperoleh melalui incidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat ukur Blackberry messenger addict memiliki 3 aspek yaitu ketidakmampuan mengontrol penggunaan blackberry messenger dan berdampak buruk, kecemasan dan kehilangan bila tidak menggunakan blackberry messenger, dan menarik diri dari masalah menggunakan blackberry messenger. Alat ukur Blackberry messenger addict memenuhi kualitas psikometri alat ukur yaitu validitas dan reliabilitas yang memadai. Academic Flow and Cyberloafing
Academic flow is a motivational process that is important for students in the learning process. Academic flow
causes students to concentrate, enjoy, and intrinsic motivation in the learning process. Conversely, students with
low academic flow will experience cyberloafing. Limitations of research relationship between academic flow and
cyberloafing in academic context so far became the basis of this research. Research subjects were 314 students
through incidental sampling. Result showed a negative significant correlation between academic flow and
cyberloafing (r = -0.312, p = 0.001). There is a negative correlation between cyberloafing and absorption (r =
-0.220, p = 0.011), enjoyment (r = -0.232, p = 0.024), and intrinsic motivation (r = -0.265, p = 0.003). This means
that the higher students academic flow score is, the lower the cyberloafing score will be on students, such as chat,
games, music, and videos that are not related to the learning process. It is necessary to manage the learning process
in achieving flow conditions, especially regarding the expectancy and value as personal resources. The results are
