[The Issue of Humaliation or Insult Towards Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh): Several Commands on Manners in The Surah of Al-Hujurat] Isu Penghinaan Terhadap Nabi Muhammad Saw: Beberapa Perintah Adab Dalam Surah Al-Hujurat
Lately, cases of insults against the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) are quite common in our country, especially on the social media. Why is this happening when Muslims are the majority population in the country? Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to highlight issues of humiliation against the Prophet (PBUH) and to explain some of the commands of Allah in the form of manners of respect for him in the Quran. This study uses content analysis method with reference to thematic interpretations or tafsir mawdhu'i as method of analysis. The Muslim scholars have stated that Rasulullah (PBUH) is the most glorious being of Allah who should be honored based on what had been commanded by Quranic texts and hadiths. Therefore, in accordance with the height of his dignity and glory, Allah has set forth in this Surah al-Hujurat several manners and ethics toward the Prophet (PBUH) for the believers to obey and practice in life. If the ethics toward Prophet Muhammad were respected and practiced by all Muslims, then the incident of contempt against him would not have happened.
demikian kerana beliau hamil tanpa berkahwin.
mendedahkan beberapa kaedah pengurusan emosi mengikut acuan Islam
yang sebenar

Discovery of cold-active protease from psychrophilic bacteria isolated from Antarctic region for bio-prospecting
The Antarctic region is a new frontier as natural sources for bio-prospecting purposes. Its extreme cold temperature may
provide unique enzyme characteristics that have valuable potential for industrial and biotechnological applications. This study
was designed to discover proteases that are activate and can work at very low temperatures. Soil samples from the Antarctic
region were screened for protease activity on skim milk agar at 4°C. Bacteria that showed clear halo zone around the colonies
were selected and identified through 16S rDNA sequencing. Out of 35 bacteria, 10 bacteria that showed rapid halo zone
formation were selected and further analyzed by enzymatic assay. By using azocasein as a substrate, the reaction was measured
using spectrophotometer at OD340 nm. Based on the 16S rDNA sequence, phylogenetic analysis showed that 88% of the
bacteria producing protease were from Pseudomonas sp., 9% from Arthrobacter sp. and 3% from Paenibacillus sp. For
enzymatic assay analysis, sample SC8 showed the highest protease activity compared to other 10 samples. This preliminary
study successfully demonstrated cold active protease producers that can be further investigated for bioprospecting. In future,
purification and characterization of this enzyme is required in order to optimize the enzyme activity
Stereological analysis of heart ventricles during the development of osteoarthritis in Dunkin Hartley Guinea Pigs
Introduction: Osteoarthritis (OA) was attributed to mobility issues which implicate an increased workload of the heart. This imposed greater stress on the ventricular wall, resulting in a maladaptive reaction known as left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Previous studies suggested that OA patients are susceptible to developing cardiovascular diseases, but its association with LVH is not yet established. Therefore, the present study aims to determine changes in nucleus diameter and ventricular cardiomyocytes’ density along with the morphology of the heart ventricles during the development of OA in Dunkin Hartley (DH) guinea pigs. Methods: The histological images of the DH knee joint
were taken at 10, 20 and 30 weeks old and were assessed on the degree of articular cartilage degeneration using Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) scoring. The stereology method was used to determine the nucleus diameter (ND), cardiomyocytes’ density (CD), the ventricles wall’s thickness (VT) and volume of the ventricular chamber (VV). Results: The result showed that the severity of OA increased as DH grew old. Across the time points, ND, CD and VV chamber increase at the left and right ventricles, whereas VT increases only in the left ventricular chamber (p0.05). Conclusion: Since this preliminary study indicates the possibility that LVH is present in OA individuals it is suggested that further investigation should be conducted
Smartphone addiction and loneliness among students
Smartphones are becoming necessary in an individual’s daily life, especially when everything is within the palm. Smartphone becomes problematic when there is uncontrolled usage, which could harm various aspects. Loneliness can occur when an individual is alone and even surrounded by people. In order to further explore the correlation between smartphone addiction and loneliness, this study is conducted to identify the association between smartphone addiction and loneliness among undergraduate students in Malaysia. A total of 308 undergraduate students were involved in this study. The instruments used were Smartphone Addiction Scale Short Version (SAS-SV) and UCLA Loneliness Scale (Version 3). The results indicate that 60.7% of participants reported having a moderate smartphone addiction, and 42.24% had a moderately high level of loneliness. Pearson’s Correlation results show a significantly weak positive relationship between smartphone addiction and loneliness among undergraduate students. This finding can give insight into smartphone addiction and loneliness, contribute data to future studies, and recommend initiatives to improve undergraduate students’ well-being
