    The Losari Coast zone an area located Makassar City has experienced a increase in infrastructure development to support the Makassar City Budget, Revenue and Expenditure (APBD), but density of human activities and the surrounding development has triggered a decline in water quality which is indicated by the entry of organic and inorganic wastes into the water. This study aims to assess the eutrophication potential of the Losari coast, Makassar based on the physical-chemical parameters measurement of aquatic environment. This research is quantitative descriptive with purposive sampling method. In situ and ex situ physical-chemical parameters measurement of the aquatic environment. Phosphate and Nitrate were analyzed ex situ in the laboratory using the Greenan and Olsen method which were then integrated into Indonesian Government regulations through the Ministry of Environment No. 51 of 2004. The Losari Coast zone, Makassar is an area has potential to water eutrophication which is a major threat to the life of biota and the environment around it. This is based on some physical-chemical parameters content in several Losari coastal areas have exceeded the quality standard threshold set by the Republic Indonesia Government.Keywords: Eutrophication, Water Quality, Physical-Chemical Parameters, Losari Coast.     Analisis Ekologis Meiofauna Interstisial di Sekitar Pulau Pannikiang, Kabupaten Barru

    Meiofauna were organisms that live in the interstitial. Synonyms were meiobentos. Meiofauna can also be interpreted as a small group of metazoans that sits between microfauna and macrofauna. This was caused by a very small body size and position was hidden in the sediments and did not provide direct benefits to humans (economic benefits). Meiofauna generally known only by scientists who pursue marine biology and ecology. This study aimed to determine the ecological water quality index based on the island of interstitial meiofauna Pannikiang, Barru district. The results showed that the class was the class that dominates the nematode composition and density of meiofauna in Pannikiang Island. Nematodes were very instrumental in the classroom enrich and enhance the productivity of aquatic ecosystems. Based on the ecological value of the index, the index of diversity (H'), Uniformity (E), and dominance (D) showed that P. Pannikiang have good water quality with the diversity of species and the spread of the number of individuals of each species were equal, a unified community and did not find any species that dominate the surrounding waters. Meiofauna ecology index indicates that the water condition in P. Pannikiang not currently experiencing a very severe ecological pressure, meaning that in a stable community structure, environmental conditions is excellent. Therefore, we need public participation and coordination among agencies in the District. Barru to maintain the condition of these waters

    Model pembelajaran problem posing merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Siswa dapat membiasakan diri dalam hal berpikir kreatif dan menganalisis permasalahan sehingga dapat menemukan solusi atas soal yang telah diberikan. Metode ini dicirikan dengan adanya kegiatan menyusun soal secara individu kemudian merumuskan kembali apa yang telah dibuat siswa itu sendiri dengan beberapa perubahan agar lebih simple atau lebih sederhana serta mudah dimengerti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas SMA Nasional Makassar melalui model pembelajaran problem posing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas atau (Classroom Action Research). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X3 SMA Nasional Makassar yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa. Tes dilakukan setiap akhir siklus  I dan II setelah mengikuti proses belajar mengajar berlangsung. Analsis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran problem posing pada konsep ruang lingkup biologi dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan hasil belajar siswa mengalamai peningkatan dari siklus ke siklus. Niali rata-rata yang diperoleh pada siklus I adalah 68,20 dan siklus II 89,40. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran problem posing

    The coastal zone of Losari Beach is located in a strategic position and rich in potential coastal resources, but the high density of human activities has decreased the quality of the surrounding waters. This study aimed to assesment of the meiofauna ecological index and important value index as a bioindicator of water quality in the coastal zone of Losari, Makassar. The study employed a quantitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling method. The measurement of interstitial meiofauna diversity value it is based on the Shannon-Wiener index from the ecological index results analysis (Diversity Index, Evenness Index, Dominance Index) which was first carried out the identification process using a binocular microscope and refers to the book Higgins & Thiel (1988); Giere (2009). The waters quality in the coastal zone of Losari Beach is categorized as heavily polluted (highly polluted), it is based on the interstitial meiofauna species diversity level which are lowest and mostly inhabited by meiofauna are be able to adapt to polluted aquatic environment. Ostracoda has a high influence on the structure of benthic organism community in the Losari coastal ecosystem, this type of meiofauna has high resources and ecological role in the bottom waters sedimentary environment, such as cleaning of seabed

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas atau (Classroom Action Research). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIA SMP Katholik Frater Maumere 46 orang siswa. Tes dilakukan setiap akhir siklus  I dan II setelah mengikuti proses belajar mengajar berlangsung. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran The power of two pada konsep struktur dan fungsi tubuh tumbuhan dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan motivasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus ke siklus.     The picture and picture learning model is a learning strategy through the use of image media as learning media which are paired and sequenced logically. This learning model involves students to participate in learning activities that are innovative, creative, and fun. In addition, the picture and picture learning model is to organize the learning experience so that it can be used as a reference or guide for learning designers and teachers in planning teaching and learning activities. This research is an experimental and non PTK research. The data from this study were analyzed through descriptive statistical analysis and independent T-test which were first carried out by the process of normalization and homogenization of data. This study aims to examine the effect of the picture and picture learning model in improving learning outcomes at Madani Junior High School Makassar. The results showed that the picture and picture learning model had a significant influence on the learning outcomes of class VII Junior High School Madani Makassar. Kolaka Utara, Sulawesi Tenggara. Mayoritas penduduk desa memiliki pekarangan dan kebun yang luas dikarenakan penduduk desa umumnya adalah petani. Pekarangan sebagai lingkungan hidup menyediakan berbagai sumber daya alam yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, salah satunya adalah pemanfaatan tumbuhan sekitar. Banyak tumbuhan yang belum diketahui peranannya sebagai obat tradisional. Hal ini menyebabkan penduduk sangat tergantung pada obat-obatan kimia meskipun hanya untuk menangani penyakit ringan saja. Selain itu, tumbuhan tersebut dianggap gulma sehingga acapkali dimusnahkan, baik dengan penyemprotan herbisida ataupun dengan pembabatan. Hal ini tentu akan mengganggu ekosistem serta diversitas tumbuhan di lingkungan ini. Kondisi ketidaktahuan masyarakat Desa Puundoho, menjadi alasan dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakat ini. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan peranan tumbuhan yang ada disekitar sebagai upaya pengobatan mandiri serta untuk mendukung animo masyarakat “bact to nature”. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah menggunakan ceramah yang sifatnya mengedukasi para peserta yang terdiri dari beberapa warga desa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat desa yang hadir pada saat kegiatan pengabdian tentang pemanfaatan tumbuhan sekitar sebagai obat tradisional.     Abstract.  The research aims to analyze ecological value of meiofauna as bioindicator in Losari Coast, Makassar. The total meiofauna abundance was 66791 indv/m2, consisted of 12 phylum and 91 species/genus. The stations located at the mouth of the Jeneberang River, Tanjung Merdeka, and the Tallo River  are research sites with high levels of abundance, due to the presence of organic contaminants produced by surrounding anthropogenic activity that trigger high growth of meiofauna.  ostracoda, oligochaeta, tunicata and ciliophora are the phylum with high levels of abundance compared to other meiofauna, as it that phylum has a high adaptability to the entry of pollutant material in the water. Diversity index and evenness indicates  the meioufauna in the Losari Coast categorized by a high level of diversity and evenly distributed. While  dominance index indicated that no dominant meifauna species, except at research stations located around the Losari Beach reclamation project.     Telah dilakukan penelitian yang berjudul Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Somatic, Auditory, Visualization,  Intelectual (SAVI) Terhadap Minat untuk Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu melihat pengaruhi model pembelajaran tipe SAVI terhadap minat dan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa/i SMK Negeri 1 Palopo kelas XI Akuntansi 1. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Desain penelitian Yang digunakan yaitu one group Pretest-Postest design. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa angket minat belajar siswa, Pretest-Postest, dan lembar observasi keterlaksaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran tipe SAVI, nilai rata-rata dari minat belajar matematika siswa yaitu 115,32 dan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar matematika yaitu  23,80. setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SAVI, nilai rata-rata minat belajar matematika siswa menjadi 123,32 dan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa adalah 82,65. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI Akuntansi 1 SMK Negeri 1 Palopo mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intelectual (SAVI) pada materi peluang dari kategori sangat rendah menjadi kategori tingg

The determination of the research location was also based on previous research which described the coastal location of Losari Beach as being polluted by chemicals and dangerous metals. The research data were then analyzed statistically to calculate meiobenthos density, diversity index, and uniformity index. The research results showed that the abundance of meiobenthos found during the research was 66946 indv/m2, consisting of 12 phyla and 91 species/genus. The stations at the mouth of the Tallo River, Jeneberang River, and Tanjung Merdeka are research stations that have high abundance. The phylum oligochaeta, ostracoda, tunicata, and ciliophora are phyla with high abundance compared to other phyla. Based on the research results, it was concluded that this phylum has a high level of adaptation to the entry of various pollutants into water bodies.
