Correctional Direction of Kinds of Music Activity Within the Educational Process of Preschoolers with the Decreased Vision

У статті автором показано корекційну спрямованість музичного виховання дошкільників зі зниженим зором через використання таких його видів музичної діяльності як сприймання музики, дитяче виконавство, музично-творча та музично-освітня діяльності. Корекційно-компенсаторний потенціал різних видів музичної діяльності передбачає вплив їх на розвиток музичних здібностей, корекцію психофізичного розвитку та активізацію збережених аналізаторних систем. Включення дитини з порушеннями зору у систематичний та цілеспрямований процес музичного виховання сприятиме подальшої її соціальної адаптації, інтеграції та самореалізації в умовах сьогодення.The given article focuses on author’s opinion about the direction of music education among the preschoolers with the decreased vision through the usage of kinds of music activity (the direction of music, child’s performance, music creative and music educational activities). Correctional compensatory potential of different kinds of music activity describes the impact on the development of music skills, correction of psycho-physical development and the activation of saved analytical systems. The process of music perceiving facilitates hearing development, hearing attention and hearing memory, and also is the link in the connection of hearing and moving as well as space orientation. During singing there are actively developing the main music skills of a child with the decreased vision: emotional response, music hearing, the sense of rhythm, which is considered to be the foundation of the development of compensatory mechanisms on the polysensoric basis. Formation of music rhythmical movements among the preschoolers with the decreased vision is an essential means of orientation in space in the surrounding world and information. With the help of playing the music instruments there are formed all of the components of music hearing, alongside with the powerful influence on the development of fine motor skills of fingers and wrists. Music creative activity effects the development of creative skills of children with the decreased vision and is the guarantee of fully-developed personality formation, who is able to realize himself under the conditions of today. Correctional influence of music educational activity foresees the development of mental processes, formation of active cognitive activity in the direction of mastering of general and special music knowledge. Thus, participation of a child with the decreased vision in the systematic and purposeful process of music education will promote its further adaptation, integration and self-realization under the conditions of the modern world

Становлення та розвиток національної системи дошкільного музичного виховання в Україні

In the article the author made an analysis of heritage of famous Ukrainian artists, public figures and educators, pedagogues and psychologists musicians of eighteenth and twentieth century, different issues concerning the impact of music and music education on the child's personality; organization of musical education in preschool institutions. Formation and development of a national system of preschool music education in Ukraine related to activities and views on music education of famous Ukrainian artists of XVIII-XIX centuries, namely Skovoroda and Shevchenko. The issue of implementation of different kinds of music in kindergartens at the state level has been discussed since the mid-nineteenth century.Artistic, educational and developmental potential of music in training and education of preschool children was recognized. This process was greatly influenced by Soviet public figures and teachers of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries (V. Odoyevskyy, S. Rusova, M. Sventytska, A. Simonovic, E. Tyhyeyeva, K. Ushinsky). Ukrainian musicians and educators of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries (V. Verhovinets, M. Lysenko, J. Steppe, K. Stetsenko, D. Leontovych, B. Jaworski et al.) made significant contribution to developing the national musical education of preschool children, musical development and publication of manuals. The development of theoretical and methodological principles on the national level introduced in the early and mid-twentieth century influenced preschool musical education, as well as musical-rhythmic system of education (N. Alexandrova, N. Rumer, B. Hryner, A. Konorovoyi) and music education (N. Vyetluhinoyi, D. Kabalevskoho, M. Palavandishvili, O. Radynovoyi, M. Rumer, V. Shatskoyi, S. Sholomovych etc.), who studied development of children’s musical perception, psychological and pedagogical means of influence and conditions of the basics of musical culture, contents, methods and forms of musical development, education of preschool children and more. A significant impact on design and development of the concept of musical education of preschool children was made by psychologists (L. Vygotsky, V. Romenets, S. Naumenko, K. Tarasova). They noted that the objectives of musical education of young children is forming their aesthetic attitude to music and musical activities.У статті автором зроблений аналіз спадщини відомих українських митців, громадських діячів і педагогів, педагогів-музикантів і психологів ХVІІІ-ХХ сторіччя, які переймалися проблемою різнобічного впливу музики, музичного виховання на особистість дитини, організацією музичного виховання у дошкільних закладах. Становлення та розвиток національної системи дошкільного музичного виховання в Україні пов’язано з діяльністю та поглядами на музичне виховання відомих українських митців ХVІІІ-ХІХ ст. Г. Сковороди та Т. Шевченка. З середини ХІХ ст. відбувається обговорення на державному рівні питання впровадження різних видів музичної діяльності у дошкільні заклади і визнається необхідність урахування художньо-виховного та розвивального потенціалу музики у процесі навчання і виховання дітей дошкільного віку. У розвиток національної системи музичного виховання дітей дошкільного віку вагомий внесок зробили радянські громадські діячі і педагоги ХІХ-ХХ ст. (В. Одоєвський, С. Русова, М. Свентицька, А. Симонович, Є. Тихєєва, К. Ушинський), українські педагоги-музиканти (В. Верховинець, М. Лисенко, Я. Степовий, К. Стеценко, Д. Леонтович, Б. Яворський та ін. ). На розвиток теоретико-методичних засад національного дошкільного музичного виховання вплинули впроваджені на початку та в середині ХХ ст. системи музично-ритмічного виховання Н. Александрової, Н. Румер, В. Гринер, А. Конорової та музичного виховання Н. Вєтлугіної, Д. Кабалевського, М. Палавандішвілі, О. Радинової, М. Румер, В. Шацької, С. Шоломович та ін. Важливу роль у справі розробки та розвитку концепції музичного виховання дітей дошкільного віку здійснені психологами Л. Виготським, В. Роменець, С. Науменко, К. Тарасової, Б. Тепловим. Наведений матеріал структурований у хронологічному порядку, що дозволяє простежити часовий проміжок у розвитку національної системи дошкільного музичного виховання в Україні

Production of Chern-Simons bosons in decays of mesons

We consider the effective interaction of quarks with a new GeV-scale vector particle that couples to electroweak gauge bosons by the so-called effective Chern-Simons interaction. We call this particle the Chern-Simons (CS) boson. We construct an effective Lagrangian of the CS boson interaction with quarks of two different flavors. This interaction is given by a divergent loop diagram, however, it turns out that the divergent part is equal to zero as a consequence of the CKM matrix unitarity in the SM. Therefore, we are able to predict the effective interaction of the CS boson with quarks of different flavors without introducing new unknown parameters to the model, using only parameters of the initial effective Lagrangian. Our result shows that the effective interaction of the CS boson with down-type quarks is sufficiently stronger compared with up-type quarks. Based on our results, we give a prediction for the production of CS bosons in mesons decays. Branching fractions were obtained for the main reactions of the CS production in meson decays. The results obtained will be useful for searching for the long-lived GeV-scale CS boson in intensity frontier experiments.Comment: 35 pages, 4 figure

РОЛЬ І ВПЛИВ ДЕРЖАВНИХ ВАЖЕЛІВ УПРАВЛІННЯ НА СФЕРУ ВІДПОЧИНКУ НАСЕЛЕННЯ В КРИЗОВІЙ СИТУАЦІЇ

The purpose of the article is to determine the consequences of the global pandemic of the coronavirus on the recreational sphere of Ukraine, to determine the role of state institutions and their influence on the formation and activity of the recreational and tourism sphere in the post-quarantine period with the simultaneous study of feedback and analysis of the role of the recreation sphere in crises on the population and economic policy of the state. The methods of theoretical generalization with elements of analysis, synthesis, comparison, and systematization were used in the article. A sociological questionnaire of 410 respondents was conducted to study the place of recreation in the life of the Ukrainian population and the role of local government bodies in organizing recreational spaces in their territorial community. The conclusions and recommendations are based on the method of logical generalization and systematic approach. Results. The article analyzed the problem of providing rest during the pandemic of the coronavirus, which has become a major problem in all world public institutions. The role and influence of state policy on the sphere of recreation in a crisis are revealed. The possible impact of the effects of quarantine measures on the recreation sphere is analyzed. The possibility of developing a quarantine intervention strategy and their impact on the world economy, in particular on the Ukrainian economy through the lens of the recreational and tourism sphere, is considered. The authors surveyed the role of recreation in the lives of Ukrainians and local governments in organizing recreational space in their territorial community. The influence of the institutional environment on the formation and activity of the recreational and tourist sphere of Ukraine has been determined. The algorithm of increasing the investment attractiveness of the recreational and tourist sphere in the system of public administration in a crisis has been analyzed and described. Practical value. To reduce the negative impact of post-quarantine measures on the psycho-emotional state of the population state management instruments were proposed and it was recommended to develop a strategy taking into account the creation of recreational space and the formation of its recreational-tourist product-service in each territorial community of our country. Useful recommendations were provided for local authorities to organize recreational activities on their territory.Мета. Визначення впливу наслідків світової пандемії коронавірусу на відпочинкову сферу України, визначення ролі державних інституцій і їх впливу на формування і діяльність рекреаційно-туристичної сфери в посткарантинний період з проведенням одночасного дослідження зворотного зв’язку й аналізування ролі сфери відпочинку у кризовій ситуації та її вплив на населення та економічну політику держави. Методика. У статті використано методи теоретичного узагальнення із використанням елементів аналізу, синтезу, порівняння і систематизації. Для дослідження місця рекреації у житті населення України і ролі місцевих органів управління в організації відпочинкового простору у своїй територіальній громаді проведено соціологічне анкетне опитування 410 респондентів. Для формування висновків та рекомендацій застосовано метод логічного узагальнення та системного підходу. Результати. У статті аналізується актуальна проблема забезпечення відпочинку під час пандемії коронавірусу, яка стала основною проблемою усіх світових державних інституцій. Розкривається роль і вплив державної політики на сферу відпочинку у кризовій ситуації. Проаналізовано можливий вплив наслідків карантинних заходів на сферу відпочинку. Розглянуто можливість розроблення стратегії виходу з вимушених карантинних заходів і їх вплив на світову економіку, зокрема на економіку України через призму рекреаційно-туристичної сфери. Проведено опитування щодо місця рекреації у житті населення України і роль місцевих органів управління в організації відпочинкового простору у своїй територіальній громаді. Визначено вплив інституційного середовища на формування і діяльність рекреаційно-туристичної сфери України. Проаналізовано і описано алгоритм послідовного підвищення інвестиційної привабливості рекреаційно-туристичної сфери у системі державного управління в умовах кризової ситуації. Практична значимість. Запропоновано державні важелі управління щодо зменшення негативного впливу посткарантинних заходів на психоемоційний стан населення та рекомендовано розробляти стратегію з врахуванням створення рекреаційного простору та формування власного рекреаційно-туристичного продукту-послуги у кожній територіальній громаді нашої держави. Наведено рекомендації, які будуть корисними місцевим органам влади щодо організації рекреаційної діяльності у власній територіальній одиниці

Contest and Structure of Programme-Methodological Complex of Knowledge Correction Block of Music Education for Preschool Educational Establishments for Children with Vision Disturbances

У статті подано опис розробленого автором програмно-методичного комплексу корекційного блоку занять з музичного виховання для дошкільних навчальних закладів (груп) компенсуючого типу для дітей з порушеннями зору, який містить чотири програми, а саме: корекційну ритміку, логоритміку, горизонтальну пластику, музикотерапію. Зміст програм представлений по роках опанування дітьми зі зниженим зором програмовим змістом. Використання в практиці роботи спеціальних дошкільних закладів зазначеного комплексу дозволить суттєво посилити корекційне спрямування процесу музичного виховання дошкільників зі зниженим зором.В статье представлено описание разработанного автором программно-методического комплекса коррекционного блока занятий по музыкальному воспитанию для дошкольных учебных заведений (групп) компенсирующего типа для детей с нарушениями зрения, содержащий четыре программы, а именно: коррекционную ритмику, логоритмику, горизонтальную пластику, музыкотерапию. Содержание программ представлено по годам освоения детьми с пониженным зрением программным содержанием. Использование в практике работы специальных дошкольных учреждений указанного комплекса позволит существенно усилить коррекционное направление процесса музыкального воспитания дошкольников с пониженным зрением.The given article gives an outline of the characteristics, developed by the author and covers the topic of a programme-methodological complex of the correctional layer of knowledge of the music education for school educational establishments (groups) of a correctional type for children with the sight disorders, which contains four ptogrammes: correctional rhythmics, logorhythmics, horizontal plastics, music therapy. The content of the programmes is given according to the age of the children with sight disorders in the process of the programmes acquiring. Every programme contains and explanation note, oriented to the content. The appendix contains a wide range of practical methodological materials, which are mentioned in the programmes, which is good as it is not necessary to look for them in other sources and it, in its turn, simplifies the usage of the programmes and their realization in practice. Using of the mentioned complex in practice will let significantly intensify the correctional direction of music educational process of the preschoolers with the decreased sight
