Efeito do rótulo Halal nos alimentos sobre o comportamento de compra com o papel moderador do país de origem
This research studies the effects of halal label on frozen food products on the behavior of purchases with the moderating role of the image of the country of origin. This is a descriptive survey based on the purpose of the application. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The statistical society of the research is Malaysian Muslim citizens. A sample of 384 people was estimated using the Cochran formula. According to the prediction of failure to return a number of questionnaires, 400 questionnaires were distributed, of which 16 were incomplete and incomplete, and 384 healthy questionnaires were returned. To test the hypotheses, structural equation modeling and PLS and spss software were used. The results of the research showed.Esta investigación estudia los efectos de la etiqueta halal en los productos de alimentos congelados en el comportamiento de las compras con el papel moderador de la imagen del país de origen. Lacan as a Reader of Angela Carter’s The Bloody Chamber
In her modern classic Bloody Chamber Angela Carter has reworked many classic tales of western culture, covering tales from Charles Perrault to Grimm brothers. In her rewriting of these tale Carter does not merely reproduce these texts for a modern audience but she adds a political, sexual, and psychological edge to them. This article looks at three selected tales from this collection (The Tiger’s Bride, The Bloody Chamber, and The Lady of the House of Love) through the lens of Lacanian psychoanalytic theory in order to unveil their hidden psychological significance. By drawing on Lacanian key concepts such as “symbolic castration” and “dimension of ate” this paper aims to shed light on the disavowed and unconscious beliefs that constitute the psychological subtext of these narratives and regulate the actions of their characters.
Contraction of cold neutron star due to in the presence a quark core
Motivated by importance of the existence of quark matter on structure of
neutron star. For this purpose, we use a suitable equation of state (EoS) which
include three different parts: i) a layer of hadronic matter, ii) a mixed phase
of quarks and hadrons, and, iii) a strange quark matter in the core. For this
system, in order to do more investigation of the EoS, we evaluate energy, Le
Chatelier's principle and stability conditions. Our results show that the EoS
satisfies these conditions. Considering this EoS, we study the effect of quark
matter on the structure of neutron stars such as maximum mass and the
corresponding radius, average density, compactness, Kretschmann scalar,
Schwarzschild radius, gravitational redshift and dynamical stability. Also,
considering the mentioned EoS in this paper, we find that the maximum mass of
hybrid stars is a little smaller than that of the corresponding pure neutron
star. Indeed the maximum mass of hybrid stars can be quite close to the pure
neutron stars. Our calculations about the dynamical stability show that these
stars are stable against the radial adiabatic infinitesimal perturbations. In
addition, our analyze indicates that neutron stars are under a contraction due
to the existence of quark core.Comment: 10 pages, 3 figures, 4 table
The Catch of the Hyperreal: Yossarian and the Ideological Vicissitudes of Hyperreality
Hyperreality is a key term in Jean Baudrillard’s cultural theory, designating a phase in the development of image where it “masks the absence of a profound reality.” The ambiance of Joseph Heller’s Catch-22 (1961) closely corresponds to Baudrillard’s notion of the hyperreal as images persist to precede reality in the fictional world of the novel. Since for Baudrillard each order of simulacra produces a certain mode of ideological discourse that impacts the perception of reality, it is plausible that the characters of this fictional context should be ideologically impacted by the hyperreal discourse. From this vantage point it is possible to have a new critical assessment of Yossarian’s (protagonist) antiheroic stance and study the role of the “business of illusion,” whose ideological edifice is based on the discourse of the hyperreal, on his antiheroic stance and actions. By drawing on Baudrillard’s cultural theory this paper aims to read Heller’s novel as a postmodern allegory of rebellion against the hyperreality of the twentieth-century American life and trace its relevance to modern-day U.S
