Deskripsi Partisipasi Aktif, Dan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Mahasiswa Pada Mata Kuliah Geometri Analitik Bidang Melalui Penerapan Lesson Study
The purpose of this study was to describe the active participation, independent
learning, and mathematical communication skills of students in the field of analytic
geometry courses through the implementation of lesson study. The study consisted of
four cycles, each cycle shall be composed of three stages: plan, do, see. The subjects
were students of first semester 2014 in class A of mathematics education, The
University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The data of this research were through
observation sheets, video recordings, portfolios, and questionnaires. The data were
analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed
that the students' learning motivation can be increased with learning-based lesson
study.

Example And Non-example Learning Model Berbantuan Media Poster untuk Menumbuhkan Kemampuan Koneksi Matematis Mahasiswa
Proses belajar matematika yang dilakukan di program studi Pendidikan Matematika, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, hendaknya mendukung kemampuan mahasiswa untuk mencari konsep dari belajar itu sendiri sebagai proses belajar mereka. Untuk menciptakan suasana belajar dimana mahasiswa dapat mencari ide dan konsep belajar matematika mereka sendiri perlu didukung oleh model pembelajaran yang dapat efektif untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dan media pembelajaran guna alat bantu mahasiswa untuk memaksimalkan kemampuan matematika mereka. Penggunaan Example and Non-Example Learning Model dengan berbantuan media pemelajaran poster diharapkan dapat merubah kondisi belajar yang pasif menjadi aktif dan kreatif, menumbuhkembangkan kemampuan dalam pembelajaran secara umum, dan menciptakan kemampuan matematika secara khusus, seperti kemampuan koneksi matematika, serta mengubah pembelajaran yang teacher oriented ke student oriented. Oleh karena itu, dengan menggunakan Pembelajaran Example and Non-Example berbantuan media pembelajaran poster secara berulang-ulang di mata kuliah Teori Belajar dan Pembelajaran program studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan koneksi matematika mahasiswa
Peningkatan Kemandirian Belajar Dan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematika Melalui Pembelajaran Sq3r
The aim for this research are : 1) increasing the learning independency students, 2) increasing the ability of communication of learning SQ3R Mathematic. SQ3R Learning consist of surveying question, read, recite and review. The subject of this research is student who take Diskrit Mathematic course. This procedure of the research are : (1) Preparing (2) Do (3) Observation and (4) Reflection. Based of the result of this research shows that there is increasing student in how to comunicate of learning mathematic with SQ3R. Especially in The second meeting there is high increasing in their ability and we can say that the ability of student comunication in learning mathematic is quite good
Teachers Awareness of Students' Anxiety in Math Classroom: Teachers' Treatment VS Students' Anxiety
Math anxiety is a common phenomenon which can have a negative impact on numerical and arithmetic performance. However, so far little is known about the underlying neurocognitive mechanisms. This mini review provides an overview of studies investigating the neural correlates of math anxiety which provide several hints regarding its influence on math performance: while behavioral studies mostly observe an influence of math anxiety on difficult math tasks, neurophysiological studies show that processing efficiency is already affected in basic number processing. The purpose of this study is to provide some treatments to overcome students' anxiety in math classroom at The University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, Indonesia especially in Math Department, but before it has attempted to investigate the factors that students' anxiety can possibly stem from, both within the classroom environment and out of classroom in the wilder social context
Teachers' Beliefs, Mathematics Anxiety, and ICT Literacy: a Systematic Review
This paper systematically investigated the relationship between mathematics teachers' beliefs, mathematics anxiety, and ICT literacy for over five years. The study is accordance with the Matrix Method used for reviewing. In addition, the publications were taken as the data, which were databases and references. Twenty-eight (n = 28) publications fulfilled specific inclusion and exclusion criteria and consisted of the final instances. A methodological quality score (MQS) was selected in every research. The correlation between teachers' beliefs and mathematics anxiety, as wella s the ICT literacy obtained in a particular result and was categorized as exhibiting an inverse linear relationship, no statically significant linear relationship, or a positive linear relationship
