Парадоксальность подобного метода проявляется в том, что он являет собой одновременное начертание и стирание, что не способствует обнаружению идентичности, а усугубляет кризисность (The article describes one of the modern methods of finding identity associated with the epatazh behavior as a specific trace. The paradox of this method is that it is a simultaneous inscription and erasure, which does not help detect identity and adds to the crisis

    Баба-Яга, олицетворяющая судьбу русской женщины, несет в себе огромную энергийную силу и мощь, что задает многоплановость и непредсказуемость модуса ее жизни. Несмотря на свою второстепенность, Баба-Яга несет большую ответственность за счастливые судьбы героев, проходящих при ее участии обряд инициации. Именно эта сказочная героиня своими эмоциями, действиями и поступками показывает противоречивость и спонтанность женской натуры, вмещая в себя различные стереотипы характера (любящей женщины, женщины-демона и женщины-героини). Связанная с Великой Матерью, Баба-Яга является «осколком» матриархальных, патриархальных, шаманских, анимистических и тотемистических представлений древнейшего мировидения. Все это делает архетипический образ не только сложным, но и при этом достаточно вуалированным, ввиду того, что в дошедших до нас сказочных историях Баба-Яга показана старухой. (Baba Yaga, a symbol of the fate of the Russian woman carries a huge energetic strength and power that sets the diversity and unpredictability of the mode of her life. Despite its minor, Baba Yaga is a great responsibility for the fate of the characters happy passing with its participation initiation rite. It is this fabulous character emotions, actions and deeds shows inconsistency and spontaneity of female nature, fitted into various stereotypes character (loving female demon and female heroine). Associated with the Great Mother, Baba Yaga is a «splinter» matriarchal, patriarchal, shamanic, animistic and totemic representations of the ancient world view. All this makes the archetypal image of not only complex, but at the same time enough to veil, in view of the fact that in the extant fairy tales Baba Yaga is a old woman.

Жанры рекламы сохраняют особенности жанров-источников, но трансформируют их в зависимости от цели рекламы.     Efficiency of Developing Renewable Energy Market in Russia

    The goal of this study is to systematize and provide a quantitative and qualitative assessment of potential positive economic and non-economic effects of the implementation of a new mechanism for supporting renewable energy in Russia. It should result in achieving the national medium-term objective to increase the share of renewable energy in the wholesale electricity and capacity market to 2.5 % by 2024. The introduction examines the mechanism for supporting the generators of renewable energy by capacity charge in the wholesale electricity and capacity market. It is assumed that the main positive effects from implementing this mechanism will be the replacement of hydrocarbon fuels burned for generating the electricity in traditional coal or gas power plants; improvement in the trade balance; multiplier effects from the development of RES in related industrial sectors, new value added and jobs in the sectors producing the generating and auxiliary equipment for generators; reduction of carbon dioxide emissions; decrease in average prices in the wholesale electricity market; reduction of expenditure on environmental activities and measures to protect the health in the territories with traditional power plants; additional scal charges. As a result, the quantification of these effects amounts to 47.77 billion rubles in 2024. The authors rely on the experience of foreign countries, expert estimates, forecasts by the Russian Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Economic Development, research by the Russian Energy Agency, International Energy Agency, International Renewable Energy Agency, Community for Renewable Energy Policy in the 21st Century (REN21), statistics of Russian Federal State Statistics Service.The article has been supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research as part of the project 14–06–00075 “National Economic and Environmental Security: Threats, Effects, and Scenario for Interaction of Economy and Environment.

    Managing economic climate security: theoretical and applied aspects

    The article proposes to consider climate security as an important factor in the sustainable development of the economy. The problems of climate risk management have been identified. Based on a literature review, a system of national climate regulation objectives have been proposed and logically justified. The main stages of their achievement have been presented. The need for a project-based approach to climate regulation has been justified. The idea of a national project at state level and three federal projects as part of it has been proposed. The author’s model for managing the country’s climate security has been presented. The standard plan for the implementation of this model at the regional level has been developed. The results can be used in national strategic management of country climate security and its constituent entities
