RANCANG BANGUN ALAT BANTU KURSI RODA YANG MENGGUNAKAN GIGI TRANSMISI

Pada awalnya bentuk dari kursi roda sangat sederhana. Rancangan yang digunakan masih menggunakan kemampuan dan tenaga dari pengguna kursi roda itu sendiri. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada pengguna adalah kesulitan dalam menggerakkan kursi roda, pengguna memerlukan tenaga yang besar untuk menggerakkannya. Secara umum kursi roda biasanya digerakkan dengan cara manual atau memutar roda pada kursi roda tersebut. Dengan mengubah cara kerja untuk menggerakkan kursi roda dengan penambahan gigi transmisi sebagai tenaga dapat memperingan daya kerja bagi penggunanya. Pada penelitian ini berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh torsi yang terjadi pada kursi roda sebesar 1656,2 kg.mm dan total waktu perencanaan pengerjaan dari rancang bangun adalah 16,45 jam

EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING, BRAND TRUST DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMEN DENGAN KEPUASAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

Consumers satisfaction become the target and goal of every business that is done, the highest form of satisfaction is customer loyalty. To increase customer satisfaction the company required to create a marketing strategy and build brand trust with consumers. This study is aimed to analyze the influence of experiential marketing of sense, feel, think, act, and relate to customer satisfaction and loyalty, analyze the influence of brand trust on customer satisfaction and loyalty, and analyze the effect of satisfaction on consumer loyalty. The population of this study was smartphone users in plaza Marina Surabaya, a questionnaire instrument is used and the samples that is used by 120 respondents in this research. Data analysis techniques with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the help of smart software PLS. The results showed that experiential marketing of sense, think, and act has no significant effect on satisfaction, whereas feel and relate has a significant effect on satisfaction; Brand trust has a significant effect on satisfaction; Experiential marketing of sense and feel has a significant effect on consumer loyalty, and variables think, act and relate have no significant effect on consumer loyalty; Brand trust has a significant effect on consumer loyalty; and satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. &nbsp

ANALISIS KUALITAS LAYANAN JASA PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA PADA POLITEKNIK NEGERI SRIWIJAYA

 The objective of the research was to examine the impact of education’s service quality toward student’s satisfaction of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang. Primary data was collected through survey technique from 96 samples, respondents taken by random sampling method and was analysed by using technique of multiple regression. The result indicated that service quality which was implemented had been running well of which caused the student’s satisfaction was quiet enough. Through statistical analysis, service quality which consisted of: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangibles variables had a positive influence toward student’s satisfaction. But in partial reliability, responsiveness, and emphaty had not a positive influence. Those above results of analysis indicated that management of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya have to improve the assurance, and tangibles. Mean while of reliability, responsiveness, and emphaty have to be restrained and more over to be raised in the futur

Analytical Expression for Sound Transmission Loss Calculation: An Improvement to the Existing Method after Singh and Katra

An analytical expression for measuring of sound transmission loss (TL) has been developed by using two microphones, an impedance tube and an impulse sound source as a proposed improvement to the existing procedure after Singh and Katra (1978). The calculation procedure is based on the autospectrum of short-time signals captured by the two microphones placed on two opposite positions from test sample while the sound source is on its surface. No spectral decomposition is required and the TL is calculated directly from the autospectrums of captured signals

Persepsi Mahasiswa Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Politeknik Darussalam Palembang

Tulisan ilmiah ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui tentang sejauhmana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang telah dirasakan, khususnya pada Politeknik Darussalam Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini responden yang menjadi sampel adalah mahasiswa yang aktif sebanyak seratus orang, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian dan pengambilan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling, didapat hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 89,3 persen, yang berarti bahwa delapan puluh sembilan persen lebih kualitas pelayanan memberikan kontribusi yang sangat kuat terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor diluar model
