    ANALISIS SINERGITAS AKTOR GOOD GOVERNANCE DALAM PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH KOTA PEKANBARU

    Among the environmental issues that are of concern in sustainable development is waste management. This can be done through synergy in the form of good coordination between the government, the private sector and the community so that later it will generate public awareness in the process of reducing, recycling and using environmentally friendly waste processing technologies. The phenomenon of decreasing public awareness in Pekanbaru City regarding waste management that has an impact on health and reducing environmental impacts is an urgency in this research. So this study aims to analyze the synergy of good governance actors in waste management efforts in Pekanbaru City. This study used a qualitative method involving the people of Pekanbaru City as informants in this study. Collecting data in this study using a purposive sampling technique. The use of this technique can help researchers to determine the suitability of informants with the theme of this research. The results of this study are that the synergy between good governance actors has been going well by carrying out their respective functions, especially in waste management. Consistency and awareness of each actor is expected so that there is synergy in cleaning management, especially in waste management in order to create a civilized city of Pekanbaru.Diantara isu lingkungan yang menjadi perhatian dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan ialah pengelolaan sampah. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui sinergitas berbentuk koordinasi yang baik antara pemerintah, swasta dengan masyarakat sehingga nantinya akan menghasilkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam proses pengurangan, daur ulang, dan penggunaan teknologi pengolahan sampah yang ramah lingkungan. Fenomena menurunnya kesadaran masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru dalam pengelolaan sampah yang berdampak terhadap kesehatan dan pengurangan dampak lingkungan hidup menjadi urgensi dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sinergitas aktor good governance dalam upaya pengelolaan sampah di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melibatkan masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru sebagai informan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penggunaan teknik ini dapat membantu peneliti untuk menentukan kesesuaian informan dengan tema penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sinergitas antar aktor good governance sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan menjalankan fungsi masing-masing terutama dalam pengelolaan sampah. Konsistensi serta kesadaran masing-masing aktor diharapkan agar sinergitas dalam pengelolaan kebersihan terkhusus pada pengelolaan sampah agar terwujudnya Kota Pekanbaru yang Madan

    Short Communication: Detection Of The Serotype Of Avibacterium Paragallinarum From Indonesian Poultry Field Isolate Using Hemagglutination Inhibition Test

    Infectious coryza (IC) is an opportunistic and infectious upper respiratory tract disease in poultry, caused by Avibacterium paragallinarum. This disease has high morbidity but low mortality. The major losses caused by IC are the reduced egg production and increased feed conversion ratio (FCR). There are three recognized Avibacterium paragallinarum serovars, which are serovar A, B, and C. Limited reports regarding the serovars of Avibacterium paragallinarum in Indonesia are available. This research was done to detect the serovar of Avibacterium paragallinarum from Indonesian poultry field isolate using hemagglutination inhibiotion (HI) test. Ten field isolates of Avibacterium paragallinarum were re-identified, then processed into antigen solution using sonication, further on used for hemagglutination (HA) test. After the 4HA unit titer was obtained, the antigens were tested with HI using reference antisera (Strain 221 serovar A, strain Spross serovar B, and strain Modesto, serovar C). The results showed that one isolate had the highest titer with antiserum serovar A which was >5120 HI unit and nine isolates had the highest titer with antiserum serovar B which was >5120 HI Unit. Therefore, it can be concluded that one field isolates of Avibacterium paragallinarum from layer chicken is serovar A and nine field isolates of Avibacterium paragallinarum from layer, broiler, free range chicken, quail field isolates are serovar B.Infectious coryza (IC) merupakan penyakit saluran pernapasan atas yang bersifat oportunistik dan menular pada unggas. Penyakit ini disebabkan oleh Avibacterium paragallinarum. Sifat infeksi penyakit ini dikenal memiliki morbiditas yang tinggi namun dengan mortalitas yang rendah. Kerugian utama yang disebabkan oleh IC adalah berkurangnya produksi telur dan peningkatan rasio konversi pakan (FCR). Ada tiga serovarian Avibacterium paragallinarum yang dikenal, yaitu serovarian A, B, dan C. Laporan mengenai serovarian Avibacterium paragallinarum di Indonesia masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi serovaran Avibacterium paragallinarum dari isolat peternakan unggas di Indonesia menggunakan uji hemaglutinasi inhibisi (HI). Sepuluh isolat lapang Avibacterium paragallinarum diidentifikasi ulang untuk kemudian diolah menjadi larutan antigen menggunakan teknik sonikasi yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk uji hemaglutinasi (HA). Setelah titer unit 4HA diperoleh, antigen diuji dengan HI menggunakan antisera referensi (Strain 221 serovar A, strain Spross serovar B, dan regangan Modesto, serovar C). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa satu isolat memiliki titer paling tinggi dengan antiserum serovarian A yaitu >5120 HI unit dan sembilan isolat memiliki titer tertinggi dengan antiserum serovarian B yaitu >5120 HI Unit. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa satu isolat lapang Avibacterium paragallinarum dari ayam petelur adalah serovarian A dan sembilan isolat lapang dari Avibacterium paragallinarum dari ayam petelur, ayam pedaging, ayam kampung, puyuh isolat lapangan merupakan serovarian B

    This research is a study on the establishment of the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC). The problem of corruption must be given a wide attention as it had become a huge problem nowadays. The new establishment of MACC is said to replace the Anti Corruption Agency (ACA). It is said that the MACC is more effective in combating corruption due to it independent and transparent status. MACC is also established in accordance to the successful body of Independent Commission Against Corruption of Hong Kong (ICAC). The reason for this research is to look at the jurisdiction of this newly established commission. It is to see whether the commission is just propaganda. Based on the research done, it was found that MACC is not really independent as it is still depending on the Act and Public Service Commission. For the effectiveness and the impartiality of this commission, it is still early to say as MACC do prosecutes from both governing and opposition party but it is still early to be judged as most are the cases are still not yet being decided

The best arrangement is to join the two, by making an Indonesian cultural game, however education alone is not enough to attract the attention of gamers, since they are worried about ongoing interaction and game storyline, accordingly there should be a decent and designated bundling as a special attraction to players. The research methods used in this research are quantitative. This game was tested on 100 gamer respondents at the Game Prime event in 2019. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it can be concluded that this game is quite interesting both in terms of graphics, mechanics, and cultural content. It will then be published on global platforms.Game adalah salah satu teknologi yang sangat digemari oleh kalangan muda. Masalahnya, dengan adanya game anak muda bahkan orang dewasa sering menyalahgunakan waktu mereka, sehingga game dijadikan sesuatu yang negatif oleh masyarakat. Disisi lain budaya Indonesia saat ini semakin lama semakin dilupakan, salah satu faktornya adalah teknologi seperti game ini. Solusi terbaik adalah dengan menyatukan keduanya, dengan membuat game edukasi budaya Indonesia, tetapi dengan hanya edukasi biasa tidaklah cukup untuk menarik perhatian para pemain game, karena mereka mementingkan gameplay dan jalan cerita game, oleh karena itu perlu adanya pengemasan yang baik dan tepat sasaran sebagai daya tarik tersendiri bagi pemain game. Budaya Indonesia dari segi pengertian sangatlah luas, tidak banyak yang tahu akan cerita-cerita kuno masyarakat dan hal-hal unik seperti dukun, cerita tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai daya tarik untuk pengemasan cerita dalam game, karena sejauh ini belum ada game Indonesia yang mengambil cerita dan pamali Indonesia dengan grafis atau tampilan yang baik. 97% para pemain game di Indonesia memainkan game dari luar negeri, hal tersebut sangat disayangkan karena banyak budaya luar yang masuk melalui platform ini. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Game ini diujikan kepada 100 responden pemain game pada acara Game Prime pada tahun 2019. Berdasarkan dari hasil kuesioner dapat disimpulkan bahwa game ini cukup menarik baik secara grafis, mekanik maupun konten budaya. Selanjutnya akan dipublikasi di platform global
