Potentiometric Sensors for the Determination of Analgin in Pharmaceuticals.

Створено пластифікований I3 - та I2Br- сенсор, що містить як електродоактивну речовину іонний асоціат трийодиду та йодброміду бутилродаміну. Робочий інтервал рН трийодидного сенсора 2–12, а для йодбромідного – рН 2–10. Інтервал лінійності електродної функції знаходиться в межах 9×10-6 – 1×10-1 моль/л, крутизна – 65 мВ/pC для трийодидного, а для йодбромідного лінійність – 1×10-5. The І3 - and I2Brsensor with a PVC membrane containing ionic associates of butyl rhodamin triiodide and iodbromide as electrode-active substance were developed. The рН working range triiodide sensor is 2–12 and iodbromide sensor is 2–10. The linearity ranges of triiodide sensor function are 9×10-6–1×10-1 mol/L, the sensor function slopes are – 65 mV/decade. The linearity ranges of iodbromide sensor function are – 1×10-5–1×10-1 mol/L, the sensor functionine slopes are – 68 mV/decade. The efficiency of the use of sensor for the analgin determination in pharmaceutical preparations was shown by potentiometric titration methods – 1×10-1 моль/л, крутизна – 68 мВ/pC. Inverse spectral problems for Sturm-Liouville operators with singular potentials

The inverse spectral problem is solved for the class of Sturm-Liouville operators with singular real-valued potentials from the space $W^{-1}_2(0,1)$. The potential is recovered via the eigenvalues and the corresponding norming constants. The reconstruction algorithm is presented and its stability proved. Also, the set of all possible spectral data is explicitly described and the isospectral sets are characterized.Comment: Submitted to Inverse Problem

A priori estimates for the Hill and Dirac operators

Consider the Hill operator $Ty=-y''+q'(t)y$ in $L^2(\R)$, where $q\in L^2(0,1)$ is a 1-periodic real potential. The spectrum of $T$ is is absolutely continuous and consists of bands separated by gaps \g_n,n\ge 1 with length |\g_n|\ge 0. We obtain a priori estimates of the gap lengths, effective masses, action variables for the KDV. For example, if \m_n^\pm are the effective masses associated with the gap \g_n=(\l_n^-,\l_n^+), then |\m_n^-+\m_n^+|\le C|\g_n|^2n^{-4} for some constant $C=C(q)$ and any $n\ge 1$. In order prove these results we use the analysis of a conformal mapping corresponding to quasimomentum of the Hill operator. That makes possible to reformulate the problems for the differential operator as the problems of the conformal mapping theory. Then the proof is based on the analysis of the conformal mapping and the identities. Moreover, we obtain the similar estimates for the Dirac operator

Розроблений сенсор апробовано при потенціометричному титруванні йодидів у фармацевтичних препаратах. The linearity ranges of the electrode function are 9 ×10-5 –1×10-1 mol/l, the electrode function slopes are 50–59 mV/decade. New monomers for (bi)pyridine-containing polymers

Two mutually complementary synthetic approaches towards 3‑substituted 3,4‑disubstituted and 1-(2‑pyridyl)-substituted isoquinolines

The aryne-based method was successfully used for the obtaining of the corresponding the 3‑cyano-1-(2‑pyridyl) isoquinolines in one step / pot reaction, while it is unacceptable for the obtaining of other 1-(2‑pyridyl)isoquinolines. The enamine-based approach was successfully applied for the synthesis of other 1-(2‑pyridyl)isoquinolines, while it was unacceptable for the obtaining of 3‑cyano-1-(2‑pyridyl)isoquinolines.This work was supported by the Russian Science Foundation (Reference № 18‑13‑00365)

Використання низькоінтенсивного лазерного випромінення та імуномодуляторів в комплексному лікуванні хронічного тонзиліту

При лечении хронического тонзиллита во время обострения использовали комплексную терапию, включающую использование иммуномодуляторов «Имупрет» и «Лимфомиозот», а также лазерного облучения миндалин и подчелюстных лимфоузлов. Применение комплексной терапии позволило уменьшить частоту осложнений и достичь быстрого обратного регресса симптомов заболевания.Complex therapy was used in treatment of chronic tonsillitis in worsening. The therapy included laser radiation low intensity and immunomodulator medications such as “Imupret”® and “Limphomyosot”®. Using of complex therapy reduced quantity of complications and brought to quick regress of the clinical manifestations.При лікуванні хронічного тонзиліту під час загострення використовувалась комплексна терапія, що включала використання імуномодуляторів «Імупрет» та «Лімфоміозот», а також лазерного опромінення мигдаликів та підщелепних лімфовузлів. Застосування комплексної терапії дозволило зменшити частоту ускладнень та досягти швидкого зворотнього регресу симптомів захворювання
