Software Requirement Specification Pattern Pada Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Registrasi Akademik

Dunia perguruan tinggi telah memanfaatkan informasi untuk mengefisiensikan proses-proses akademik yang ada di dalamnya yang disebut dengan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAK). SIAK dalam kaitannya dengan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak adalah pada tahapan dalam melakukan pembangunan aplikasi SIAK tersebut dimana sebagian besar tahapan pembangunannya dan pengembangannya masih bersifat ad hoc. Jika dicermati, SIAK ini dibangun menurut kebutuhan yang dapat dilihat dari prosesnya. Dari analisis implementasi SIAK, pada beberapa institusi akan diperoleh beberapa proses yang umum. Proses yang umum ini akan merepresentasikan keumuman dalam kebutuhan spesifikasi perangkat lunak. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis pada beberapa aplikasi SIAK yang digunakan pada beberapa institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk dilihat keumuman prosesnya. Fokus penelitian pada registrasi akademik sebagai bagian dari SIAK. Format representasi pattern yang diimplementasikan pada hasil analisis akan mengacu pada penelitian Eko K Budiardjo dengan Software Requirement Specification (SRS) Pattern-nya. SRS pattern yang berhasil diidentifikasi pada penelitian ini adalah Registrasi KRS/IRS Mahasiswa, Perubahan KRS/IRS mahasiswa, dan persetujuan KRS/IRS mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa SRS pattern bisa direpresentasikan dengan memahami proses registrasi akademik yang sudah diimplementasikan untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan software yang spesifik

Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share (Tps) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas VII SMP N 1 Sinaboi Satu Atap Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016

: This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of learning science class VII SMPN 1 Sinaboi Satu Atap in the academic year 2015/2016 with the implementation of cooperative learning model Think Pair Share. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles were conducted in March and April 2016. The subject of this research was the seventh grade students in the academic year 2015/2016 with a total of 25 people consisting of 12 students and 13 female students. The parameters in this study were (1) learning oucomes student consisting of absorption, mastery learning and appreciation of the group, (2) student learning activities and (3) the activities of teachers. The result showed that the absorption of the value of daily tests on the first cycle is 71.6 and increased in the second cycle becomes 73.4. Mastery learning students in the first cycle as many as 14 (56%) of people had increased in the second cycle to 17 (68%). Then the student activity also increased from 88.64% in the first cycle to 98.83% in the second cycle. The activities of teachers in the learning process in the first cycle average is 89.28% with both categories and increased in the second cycle with the average 96.43% and included a very good category. Learning in the Large - An Exploratory Study of Retrospectives in Large-Scale Agile Development

Many see retrospectives as the most important practice of agile software development. Previous studies of retrospectives have focused on pro- cess and outcome at team level. In this article, we study how a large-scale agile development project uses retrospectives through an analysis of retrospective reports identifying a total of 109 issues and 36 action items as a part of a longitudinal case study. A study of the Scrum Master’s role

Scrum is an increasingly common approach to software development adopted by organizations around the world. However, as organizations transition from traditional plan-driven development to agile development with Scrum, the question arises as to which Scrum role (Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Scrum Team Member) corresponds to a Project Manager, or conversely which Scrum role should the Project Managers adopt? In an attempt to answer this question, we adopted a mixed-method research approach comprising a systematic literature review and embedded case study of a commercial software development team. Our research has identified activities that comprise the Scrum Master role, and which additional roles are actually performed by Scrum Masters in practice. We found nine activities that are performed by Scrum Masters. In addition, we found that Scrum Masters also perform other roles, most importantly as Project Managers. This latter situation results in tension and conflict of interest that could have a negative impact on the performance of the team as a whole. These results point to the need to re-assess the role of Project Managers in organizations that adopt Scrum as a development approach. We hypothesize that it might be better for Project Managers to become Product Owners, as aspects of this latter role are more consistent with the traditional responsibilities of a Project Manager

Keputusan untuk membeli suatu produk sangat dipengaruhi oleh penilaian akan bentuk kualitas produk tersebut. Tuntutan permintaan akan sebuah produk barang yang semakin berkualitas membuat Perusahaan yang bergerak diberbagai bidang usaha berlomba-lomba meningkatkan kualitas produk yang mereka miliki demi mepertahankan Brand Image (citra merek) produk yang mereka miliki. Merek mempunyai sifat khas, dan sifat khas inilah yang membedakan produk yang satu berbeda dengan produk yang lainnya.Salah satu industri yang tumbuh pesat sampai saat ini adalah industri otomotif, perkembangannya ditunjang dengan bertambah luasnya sarana jalan, peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat yang meningkat menempatkan mobil bukan lagi untuk golongan menengah keatas.Kenyataan ini merupakan peluang yang dimanfaatkan oleh produsen mobil dengan mengeluarkan berbagai jenis dan merek yang dikeluarkan di Indonesia.dengan sendirinya kendaraan yang dipasarkan mampu menarik minat konsumen.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Auto 2000 Cabang Bandung.Model penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan metode deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan metode analisis regresi linear sederhana, dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis yaitu uji t. Kemudian menggunakan perhitungan korelasi untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dan signifikansi citra merek (brand image)terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Avanza pada Auto 2000 Cabang Bandung.Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa seluruh item pertanyaanmenunjukkan hasil yang valid dimana semua nilai R kritis-nya berada di atas nilai titik kritis yaitu >0.273. Sedangkan hasil uji reliabilitas pada variabel tersebut menunjukkan hasil yang reliabel dimana semua nilai R kritis-nya berada di atas nilai titik kritis yaitu > 0.600 dengan rincian : R kritis variabel citra merek sebesar 0.927 serta R kritis variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 0.722.Koefisien determinasi merupakan koefisien yang digunakan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi variabel citra merek terhadap Perubahan variabel keputusan pembelian, sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan diperoleh 85,4% dengan demikian kontribusi 14,6% merupakan kontribusi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.Citra merek Mobil Toyota Kijang Avanza Pada Auto 2000 Cabang Bandung cukup baik menurut baik menurut persepsi konsumen. Pengaruh Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pada Pembelajaran Terpadu

The problem investigated in this research was the lowness of students learning achievement on the integrated learning subject. The aim of this research was to find out the impact and the difference of use of cooperative learning model type talking stick towards the students learning achievement on the integrated learning subject. The method used in this research was experiment research by utilizing quasi eksperimental design. The design of this research was nonequivalent control group design. The technique for collecting sample was sampling purposive technique. The main instrument used by the researcher was tests and observation sheets. The formula used to analyze the data was simple linier regression, and independent sample t-test score n-gain. From the result of the data analysis score of integrated learning subject obtained by the students who were taught cooperative learning model type talking stick was higher than those who were taught only through conventional learning model or without using cooperative learning model type talking stick.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan perbedaan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe talking stick terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran terpadu. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan quasi eksperimental design. Dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Instrumen utama yang digunakan peneliti adalah tes dan lembar observasi. Data analisis menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana, dan independent sample t-test nilai n-gain. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe talking stick lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional, atau tidak dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe talking stick.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, pembelajaran kooperatif tipe talking stick, pembelajaran terpad
