Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share (Tps) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas VII SMP N 1 Sinaboi Satu Atap Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016

Abstract

: This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of learning science class VII SMPN 1 Sinaboi Satu Atap in the academic year 2015/2016 with the implementation of cooperative learning model Think Pair Share. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles were conducted in March and April 2016. The subject of this research was the seventh grade students in the academic year 2015/2016 with a total of 25 people consisting of 12 students and 13 female students. The parameters in this study were (1) learning oucomes student consisting of absorption, mastery learning and appreciation of the group, (2) student learning activities and (3) the activities of teachers. The result showed that the absorption of the value of daily tests on the first cycle is 71.6 and increased in the second cycle becomes 73.4. Mastery learning students in the first cycle as many as 14 (56%) of people had increased in the second cycle to 17 (68%). Then the student activity also increased from 88.64% in the first cycle to 98.83% in the second cycle. The activities of teachers in the learning process in the first cycle average is 89.28% with both categories and increased in the second cycle with the average 96.43% and included a very good category.
