    The Countermeasures of Training Interest of Chinese Normal University Students in Learning Public Pedagogy

    For a long time, the phenomenon like “take notes in class, recites the notes before the exam and forgets all of it after the exam” has been the reality of studying public pedagogy in Chinese normal university. So how to stimulate the students’ learning interest is one of the urgent issues. The constructivism learning theory considers that the student should be proactive constructor of the meaningful information when they are learning. So this article considers that the teacher could stimulate the normal university students’ learning motivation of public pedagogy by following aspects: First, develop case teaching to stimulate the reconstruction of students’ cognitive structures; second, organize group rehearsal to accumulate the students’ practical knowledge of education; third, carry out survey to strengthen the students’ perception about the worth of education; fourth, watch education video to motivate the students’ educational emotion; fifth, build dynamic learning contents to strength students’ learning passion

    Mapping the scientific research on integrated care: a bibliometric and social network analysis

    BackgroundIntegrated care (IC) is the cornerstone of the sustainable development of the medical and health system. A thorough examination of the existing scientific literature on IC is essential for assessing the present state of knowledge on this subject. This review seeks to offer an overview of evidence-based knowledge, pinpoint existing knowledge gaps related to IC, and identify areas requiring further research.MethodsData were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection, from 2010 to 2020. Bibliometrics and social network analysis were used to explore and map the knowledge structure, research hotspots, development status, academic groups and future development trends of IC.ResultsA total of 7,501 articles were obtained. The number of publications on IC was rising in general. Healthcare science services were the most common topics. The United States contributed the highest number of articles. The level of collaboration between countries and between authors was found to be relatively low. The keywords were stratified into four clusters: IC, depression, integrative medicine, and primary health care. In recent years, complementary medicine has become a hotspot and will continue to be a focus.ConclusionThe study provides a comprehensive analysis of global research hotspots and trends in IC, and highlights the characteristics, challenges, and potential solutions of IC. To address resource fragmentation, collaboration difficulties, insufficient financial incentives, and poor information sharing, international collaboration needs to be strengthened to promote value co-creation and model innovation in IC. The contribution of this study lies in enhancing people’s understanding of the current state of IC research, guiding scholars to discover new research perspectives, and providing valuable references for researchers and policymakers in designing and implementing effective IC strategies

    Rapid and Visual Detection of Monkey B Virus Based on Recombinase Polymerase Amplification

    Monkey B virus (BV) infection in humans and other macaque species has a mortality rate of approximately 80%. Because BV infects humans through bites, scratches, and other injuries inflicted by macaques, the simple and rapid diagnosis of BV in field laboratories is of great importance to protect veterinarians, laboratory researchers, and support personnels from the threat of infection. Two recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) assays with a closed vertical flow (VF) visualization strip (RPA-VF-UL27 and RPA-VF-US6) were developed that target two conserved genes combined with a one-off, closed visualization strip device. We compared the sensitivities and specificities of the two assays after optimization of the reaction conditions. The performance of RPA-VF-US6 at room temperature was determined to evaluate its potential in point-of-care (POC) testing. RPA-VF-US6 specifically detected the positive plasmid control (rather than nucleic acids of herpesviruses) with a detection limit of 28 copies, while RPA-VF-UL27 had cross-reactivity with HSV-1, but even 3.4 copies of plasmid standards were readout by this assay. Moreover, RPA-VF-US6 had excellent performance at room temperature (the detection limit was 2,800 plasmid copies), indicating the potential of RPA-VF-US6 in POC testing. We developed two RPA assays for BV visualization diagnosis. RPA-VF-US6 is a simple, rapid, and specific detection method for BV. The entire reaction can be performed at a constant temperature within 30 min, suggesting the potential of RPA-VF-US6 for POC testing in field laboratories without sophisticated instruments

    Adding power of artificial intelligence to situational awareness of large interconnections dominated by inverter‐based resources

    Large-scale power systems exhibit more complex dynamics due to the increasing integration of inverter-based resources (IBRs). Therefore, there is an urgent need to enhance the situational awareness capability for better monitoring and control of power grids dominated by IBRs. As a pioneering Wide-Area Measurement System, FNET/GridEye has developed and implemented various advanced applications based on the collected synchrophasor measurements to enhance the situational awareness capability of large-scale power grids. This study provides an overview of the latest progress of FNET/GridEye. The sensors, communication, and data servers are upgraded to handle ultra-high density synchrophasor and point-on-wave data to monitor system dynamics with more details. More importantly, several artificial intelligence (AI)-based advanced applications are introduced, including AI-based inertia estimation, AI-based disturbance size and location estimation, AI-based system stability assessment, and AI-based data authentication

    The transition metal surface dependent methane decomposition in graphene chemical vapor deposition growth

    By using density-functional theory (DFT) calculations, the dissociation of CH4 on various metal surfaces, including Ni, Cu, Ru, Pd, Pt, Ir, Co, Au, and Rh, is systematically explored. For all the explored facecentered cubic (fcc) metal substrates, the (100) surface is found to be more active than the (111) surface, which explains the higher activity of the (100) surface in graphene chemical vapor deposition (CVD) growth. The catalytic activity order of these metals is found to be Ni approximate to Rh approximate to Co approximate to Ru > Pd approximate to Pt approximate to Ir > Cu > Au, which explained the catalyst type dependent growth behavior of graphene. It was found that the main dissociation product of CH4 on Ni, Pd, Pt, Ir, Rh, Co, and Ru substrates is a carbon monomer and a very high rate of dissociation is expected, but a low rate of dissociation and the dissociation products of CHi (i = 1, 2, 3) are expected on Cu and Au surfaces, which explained the diffusion-limited growth of graphene on Cu and Au surfaces and attachment limited growth on other active metal surfaces. Furthermore, our study shows that the dissociation of CH4 on all these metal substrates follows the well-known Bronsted-Evans-Polanyi (BEP) principles, or the reaction barrier is roughly linear to the reaction energy

    Coupling coordination evaluation and driving path of digital economy and carbon emission efficiency in China: A fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis based on 30 provinces.

    Enhancing the level of coupling coordination between the digital economy (DIE) and carbon emission efficiency (CEE) is not only an inevitable choice for achieving the goals of energy conservation and emission reduction and promoting green development in China, but also a key path to implementing China's "Double Carbon" strategy. Based on the relevant statistical data of 30 provincial-level regions in China from the period covering 2011 to 2019, this paper empirically analyzed the coupling coordination between the DIE and CEE and its influencing factors. In this study, an improved coupling coordination degree (CCD) model was used to evaluate the degree of the coupling and coordinated development of the DIE and CEE in provincial regions of China. Finally, based on the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, a fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method was employed to identify the realization path of the coupling and coordinated development of the DIE and CEE from the perspective of configuration. The results demonstrated that the coupling coordination between the DIE and CCE in China demonstrated a gradual upward trend, and exhibited regional differences, showing a decreasing trend of east > middle > west. Regarding the influencing factors, no single influencing factor could act as a necessary condition for the high CCD, the coupling and coordinated development of the DIE and CEE is a multifactorial synergy. There were five paths for the high degree of coupling coordination between the DIE and CEE, which were divided into three types: organization-environment-led type, environment-led type, and technology-organization-led type. Furthermore, technological innovation level and industrial structure could substitute for one another in some conditions, and environmental regulation and economic development level were synchronized. These conclusions provide a theoretical basis for countries to formulate policies to promote the coupling and coordinated development of their DIE and CEE
