Reconstruction of the Neutrino Mixing Matrix and Leptonic Unitarity Triangles from Long-baseline Neutrino Oscillations
We derive a new set of sum rules between the neutrino mass and mixing
parameters in vacuum and their effective counterparts in matter. The moduli of
nine genuine lepton mixing matrix elements can then be calculated in terms of
the matter-corrected ones, and the latter can directly be determined from a
variety of long-baseline neutrino oscillations. We show that it is possible to
reconstruct the leptonic unitarity triangles and CP violation in a similar

Higher absorbed solar radiation partly offset the negative effects of water stress on the photosynthesis of Amazon forests during the 2015 drought
Amazon forests play an important role in the global carbon cycle and Earth\u27s climate. The vulnerability of Amazon forests to drought remains highly controversial. Here we examine the impacts of the 2015 drought on the photosynthesis of Amazon forests to understand how solar radiation and precipitation jointly control forest photosynthesis during the severe drought. We use a variety of gridded vegetation and climate datasets, including solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF), photosynthetic active radiation (PAR), the fraction of absorbed PAR (APAR), leaf area index (LAI), precipitation, soil moisture, cloud cover, and vapor pressure deficit (VPD) in our analysis. Satellite-derived SIF observations provide a direct diagnosis of plant photosynthesis from space. The decomposition of SIF to SIF yield (SIFyield) and APAR (the product of PAR and fPAR) reveals the relative effects of precipitation and solar radiation on photosynthesis. We found that the drought significantly reduced SIFyield, the emitted SIF per photon absorbed. The higher APAR resulting from lower cloud cover and higher LAI partly offset the negative effects of water stress on the photosynthesis of Amazon forests, leading to a smaller reduction in SIF than in SIFyield and precipitation. We further found that SIFyield anomalies were more sensitive to precipitation and VPD anomalies in the southern regions of the Amazon than in the central and northern regions. Our findings shed light on the relative and combined effects of precipitation and solar radiation on photosynthesis, and can improve our understanding of the responses of Amazon forests to drought
检验报告修改率统计与分析
Objective: Accordingto the statistics and regulatory inspection reports modification rate, incorporated in the hospital quality control target,together withthe strictly control and management makethe inspection results change rate up to the hospital quality management requirements. Methods: Counted upevery kind of biochemical items which were monitored by machine 7180 in the biochemical laboratory from April to October 2013, and strengthen the inspector´s sense of responsibility by the modification rate of timely rectification. Results: Every kind of biochemical items which were monitored by the machine 7180 including 62022 persons in the biochemical laboratory from April to October 2013, 896 persons´ inspection results were altered before printing ,which was 1.45 percent ;75 persons´ inspection results were altered by upper administrator after printing, which was 0.12 percent of the total and 8.37 percent of the altered people. Conclusion: Our inspection report modification rate decreased from 27.77 percent in April to 1.88 percent in October ,the percentage decreased obviously. It proved that the PDCA model was successful in inspection report modification rate of Lis in our hospital, which achieved our quality management target.目的 通过检验报告修改率的统计与监管,纳入医院质控目标,经过严格把关、严格管理,使检验结果修改率达到本院质控管理要求。方法 统计兴义市人民医院2013年4月—10月生化室7180仪器监测的各种生化项目,根据修改率统计及时整改,增强检验人员责任心。结果 兴义市人民医院生化室7180仪器自2013年4月—10月各种生化项目共监测62022人次,其中未打印报告前修改的896人次,占1.45%;打印报告后由上层管理人员强制修改的75人次,占总人次的0.12%,占修改人次的8.37%。结论 本院的检验报告修改率从4月份的27.27%降至10月份的1.88%,下降明显,证明兴义市人民医院经PDCA环模式对Lis检验报告修改率管理是成功的,达到本院质控管理目标
Nearly Tri-bimaximal Neutrino Mixing and CP Violation from mu-tau Symmetry Breaking
Assuming the Majorana nature of massive neutrinos, we generalize the
Friedberg-Lee neutrino mass model to include CP violation in the neutrino mass
matrix . We show that a favorable neutrino mixing pattern (with
, ,
and ) can naturally be derived
from , if it has an approximate or softly-broken -
symmetry. We point out a different way to obtain the nearly tri-bimaximal
neutrino mixing with and non-vanishing Majorana phases. The
most general case, in which all the free parameters of are complex
and the resultant neutrino mixing matrix contains both Dirac and Majorana
