    Gamificación y redes sociales en China

    [ES] Con el rápido desarrollo de la tecnología electrónica y la inteligencia artificial, las personas de hoy se están convirtiendo cada vez más en ciudadanos digitales. Los juegos en línea se han convertido en un método diario de ocio y entretenimiento para cada vez más jóvenes en el uso cada vez mayor de Internet móvil y terminales inteligentes, liberándolos de la presión de la vida material. Los juegos en línea integran varios medios nuevos y plataformas sociales para lograr un desarrollo social profundo¿de modo que la socialización virtual ha comenzado a expandirse hacia una socialización interpersonal real. La formación espiritual de los ciudadanos modernos mediante la cultura del juego también se ha realizado y profundizado en esta socialización¿y el "juego círculo + círculo social "es ahora mismo una forma de mezcla cultural. En este contexto, este artículo toma a Tencent Games como ejemplo para discutir las manifestaciones específicas, los elementos internos y los medios externos de socialización de los juegos en línea. Partimos de teorías y modelos relevantes, utilizando juegos móviles online como productos culturales para construir un modelo interactivo que pueda expresar plenamente las características de cada vínculo, y proponer los elementos centrales para promover el sano desarrollo de la socialización, con el fin de cumplir con el nivel más alto de valor emocional en el contexto de las actualizaciones de consumo de jugadores de acuerdo con la demanda, explorar el camino del desarrollo innovador de los juegos móviles en línea y realizar una interacción profunda con los jugadores y la conversión de valor. Combinando la historia del desarrollo de los juegos en línea, este documento se centra en la investigación social de los juegos en línea para móviles, combinando el `status quo¿ de la operación del mercado de juegos en línea para móviles de China y la descripción general del desarrollo de la industria. A partir de la definición de socialización y comportamiento social en los juegos en línea móviles, analiza cómo la socialización de los juegos en línea puede mejorar la motivación del juego, proporcionar una experiencia de flujo feliz y transmitir el desempeño específico de los tres aspectos de la energía de red positiva. De acuerdo con las características de la comunidad virtual presentada en la sociedad online durante la socialización de los juegos online, la perspectiva de investigación de las comunidades virtuales se utiliza como referencia para analizar los elementos internos de influencia y obstáculos de la socialización de los juegos móviles online. From the definition of social interaction and social behavior in mobile online games, it analyzes the specific performance of mobile game socialization in three aspects: how to enhance game motivation, provide a happy flow experience, and transmit positive network energy. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the virtual community presented in the online society during the socialization of mobile games, the research perspective of virtual communities is used to analyze the internal elements of the influence and obstacles of the socialization of mobile online games.     Soil water distribution on different number of growing years of alfalfa pasture in the Loess Plateau of Northwest China

    The alfalfa pastureland in the semiarid Loess Plateau region of Northwest China usually has dry soil layers. We studied the soil water variations on alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) grassland with different number of growing years. Seven growing years of alfalfa grassland were chosen in this study: (1) 4-year-old, (2) 6-year-old, (3) 8-year-old, (4) 12-year-old, (5) 14-year-old, (6)18-year-old and (7) 26-year-old. The results showed that the highest soil water content, 12.0 -17.15%, with different number of growing years of alfalfa grassland occurred in 80 -100 cm soil layer, but gradually became stable below 300 cm soil layer. The soil water content with 4, 6 and 8 year alfalfa grassland was in the range of 13.66 - 14.76%, with 12 and 14 year ranged within 11.76 -1 1.87% and with 18 and 26 year within 10.5%. We also found that in 0 - 1000 cm soil layer, the soil water content with different number of growing years of alfalfa grassland had differences due to different soil water conditions and water-supplying capability. The soil water content with 4 and 6 year were 13.85 and 14.22%, respectively, with 8, 12 and 14 year were 12.98, 11.25 and 11.22%, respectively, and with 18 and 26 year were 10.27 and 10.76%, respectively. After alfalfa grew for >18 years, the annual recovery of its soil water at 0 - 200 cm soil depth was 1.49%, whereas the soil water with 18 and 26 year alfalfa pastureland at 200 - 1000 cm soil depth was only 10.10%, dry soil layers occurring in alfalfa pasture. The dry soil layer of alfalfa grassland appears at 160 - 600 cm soil depth in the Loess Plateau. We found that at 250 - 350 cm soil depth, the soil water content with 4 and 6 year alfalfa grassland was in the range of 10.23 - 10.48%, presenting slightly dry soil layer and for more than 8 year, alfalfa was in the range of 7.78 - 8.48%, presenting moderately dry soil layer.     Evolution of the tetragonal to rhombohedral transition in (1 − x)(Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3 − xBaTiO3 (x ≤ 7%)

    (1 − x)(Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3 − xBaTiO3 has been the most studied Pb-free piezoelectric material in the last decade; however, puzzles still remain about its phase transitions, especially around the important morphotropic phase boundary (MPB). By introducing the strain glass transition concept from the ferroelastic field, it was found that the phase transition from tetragonal (T, P4bm) to rhombohedral (R, R3c) was affected by a strain glass transition at higher temperature for x ≥ 4%. In these compositions, the T–R transition was delayed or even totally suppressed and displayed huge thermal hysteresis upon cooling and heating. Also, isothermal phase transitions were predicted and realized successfully in the crossover region, where the interaction between the T–R transition and the strain glass transition was strong. Our results revealed the strain glass nature in compositions around the MPB in this important material, and also provide new clues for understanding the transition complexity in other (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3-based Pb-free piezoelectric materials

    Security feature measurement for frequent dynamic execution paths in software system

    © 2018 Qian Wang et al. The scale and complexity of software systems are constantly increasing, imposing new challenges for software fault location and daily maintenance. In this paper, the Security Feature measurement algorithm of Frequent dynamic execution Paths in Software, SFFPS, is proposed to provide a basis for improving the security and reliability of software. First, the dynamic execution of a complex software system is mapped onto a complex network model and sequence model. This, combined with the invocation and dependency relationships between function nodes, fault cumulative effect, and spread effect, can be analyzed. The function node security features of the software complex network are defined and measured according to the degree distribution and global step attenuation factor. Finally, frequent software execution paths are mined and weighted, and security metrics of the frequent paths are obtained and sorted. The experimental results show that SFFPS has good time performance and scalability, and the security features of the important paths in the software can be effectively measured. This study provides a guide for the research of defect propagation, software reliability, and software integration testing

    Abstract: The performance of shaking tables and their control systems are key elements to achieve the objects of a seismic vibration test simulation. In this paper, the methodology of a vibration test on reduced scale test specimens with a small scale electromagnetic shaking table has been proposed. For the influence of test specimens and table structure over the table output signal, this method optimizing the non-linear correction of signals driven by the shaking table so as to reduce the distortion degree of the table output excitation parameters has been discussed. The solutions of the preprocessing of input signals, post-processing of output signals, and analyzing test data targeted at the structural features of reduced-scaled test specimens has also been put forward

    Oridonin nanosuspension was more effective than free oridonin on G2/M cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in the human pancreatic cancer PANC-1 cell line

    Oridonin, a diterpenoid isolated from Rabdosia rubescencs, has been reported to have antitumor effects. However, low solubility has limited its clinical applications. Preparation of drugs in the form of nanosuspensions is an extensively utilized protocol. In this study, we investigated the anticancer activity of oridonin and oridonin nanosuspension on human pancreatic carcinoma PANC-1 cells. 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay was performed to investigate the effect of oridonin on cell growth. Propidium iodide and Hoechst 33342 staining were used to detect morphologic changes. The percentage of apoptosis and cell cycle progression was determined by flow cytometric method staining with propidium iodide. Annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)/PI staining was used to evaluate cell apoptosis by flow cytometry. Caspase-3 activity was measured by spectrophotometry. The apoptotic and cell cycle protein expression were determined by Western blot analysis. Both oridonin and oridonin nanosuspension induced apoptosis and G2/M phase cell cycle arrest, and the latter had a more significant cytotoxic effect. The ratio of Bcl-2/Bax protein expression was decreased and caspase- 3 activity was stimulated. The expression of cyclin B1 and p-cdc2 (T161) was suppressed.     High pressure study on LaFeAsO with different Tc

    We report studies on pressure dependence of superconducting transition temperature (Tc) of LaFeAsO, LaFeAs(O0.5F0.5) and LaFeAs(O0.89F0.11) samples. In-situ resistance measurements under high pressure showed that the Tc of these three compounds increases with pressure initially, reaches a maximum value and then decreases with further increasing pressure, although the Tc at ambient pressure are different. The onset Tc of LaFeAsO is ~50 K at 1.5 GPa, which is the highest record in La-based oxypnicited system. The significant change in Tc induced by pressure is attributed to the orbital degeneracy and the electron density of state at the Fermi level.Comment: 13 pages, 4 figure

    A versatile hybrid polyphenylsilane host for highly efficient solution-processed blue and deep blue electrophosphorescence

    A universal hybrid polymeric host (PCzSiPh) for blue and deep blue phosphors has been designed and synthesized by incorporating electron-donating carbazole as pendants on a polytetraphenylsilane main chain. The polymer PCzSiPh (4) has a wide bandgap and high triplet energy (ET) because of the tetrahedral geometry of the silicon atom in the tetraphenylsilane backbone. The distinct physical properties of good solubility, combined with high thermal and morphological stability give amorphous and homogenous PCzSiPh films by solution processing. As a result, using PCzSiPh as host with the guest iridium complex TMP-FIrpic gives blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PhOLEDs) with overall performance which far exceeds that of a control device with poly(vinylcarbazole) (PVK) host. Notably, FIrpic-based devices exhibit a maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 14.3% (29.3 cd A−1, 10.4 lm W−1) which are comparable to state-of-the-art literature data using polymer hosts for a blue dopant emitter. Moreover, the versatility of PCzSiPh extends to deep blue PhOLEDs using FIr6 and FCNIrpic as dopants, with high efficiencies of 11.3 cd A−1 and 8.6 cd A−1, respectively
