PERUMUSAN VISI, MISI & VALUE STATEMENT SERTA STANDARISASI PROSES BISNIS PADA PERUSAHAAN BERBASIS BISNIS KELUARGA

Perkembangan bisnis keluarga di Indonesis begitu pesat dan luar biasa. Sayangnya tidak banyak dari perusahaan keluarga yang tumbuh, dapat bertahan lintas generasi untuk mempertahankan masa kejayaannya. Beberapa permasalahan yang menonjol salah satunya adalah ketidakmampuan sebuah perusahaan untuk mengatur arah perkembangan perusahaan. Perumusan visi dan misi perusahaan menjadi salah satu hal yang penting dalam mengatur arah perkembangan perusahaan. Perumusan visi dan misi perusahaan tidaklah cukup dan harus diimbangi dengan adanya value statement dari perusahaan untuk mendukung tercapainya visi dan misi perusahaan yang sudah dirumuskan sebelumnya.Visi, misi dan value statement dalam perusahaan menjadi faktor penting dalam memberikan arah perusahaan berkembang. Beberapa kesulitan lainnya adalah menterjemahkan visi dan misi tersebut, sehingga perlu dilakukan standarisasi proses bisnis yang dapat mencapai terwujudnya visi dan misi perusahaan melalui value yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya

Kejahatan Cyber Berbasis Prostitusi Ditinjau Dari Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informatika Transaksi Dan Elektronik

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas Dalam Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2008 Terhadap Prostitusi Online dan bagaimana sanksi hukum pelaku praktek prostitusi online. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis notmatif disimpulkan: 1. Efektivitas pengaturan hukum tentang prostitusi online belum sepenuhnya diterapkan dalam beberapa aturan yang dapat dikaitkan dengan kasus prostitusi ini yakni: -Undang-undang No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. -KUHPidana pasal 284, 296 dan 506. -Undang-undang No. 44 Tahun 2008 tentang Pornografi. -Undang-undang No. 21 Tahun 2007 tentang Perdagangan Orang. -Undang-undang No. 23 Tahun 2002 jo Undang-undang No. 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. 2. Dalam pengaturan di Indonesia mengenai prostitusi sebenarnya masih kurang dalam hal memberikan sanksi terhadap pelaku praktek prostitusi khususnya client (pengguna jasa) dan Pekerja Seks Komersial (PSK) karena sebenarnya praktek ini tak dapat ditekan perkembangannya jika memberikan efek jera bukan hanya pada mucikari tapi juga kepada client (pengguna jasa). Dalam aturan Undang-undang no 11 No. 11 Tahun 2008 belumlah efektif untuk menjerat client (pengguna jasa) dan Pekerja Seks Komersial (PSK) terkait kasus prostitusi online. Undang-undang tersebut hanya dapat menjerat si mucikari selaku pengelola dan menawarkan jasa yang mengandung unsur kesusilaan

Treatment of Neuroendocrine Tumors (NETs) Using Somatostatin Analogs: Current View, Clinical Achievements and Future Perspectives

Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), previously known as carcinoid tumors, are a heterogeneous group of neoplasms which originate from cells of the endocrine or nervous system with an overall incidence of 1–5 cases per 100,000 individuals per year. Recent studies showed that their incidence has dramatically increased worldwide over the last few years. The majority of NETs overexpress the somatostatin receptors (SSTRs) in tumor cells which are further being used as the important targets for therapy purposes using somatostatin analogs (SSAs) such as octreotide and lanreotide. Like native somatostatin, SSAs bind to SSTRs and induce a range of cellular effects, including antitumor activity. Antitumor activity of SSAs and their high binding properties for the SSTRs have become valuable tools for developing advanced treatment of NETs. Consequently, SSAs have been used widely in routine clinical practice, especially for treatment of various types of NETs. Despite treatment using SSAs have made a positive contribution, recent development suggests that the used of SSAs in combination with chemotherapy or peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) can improve clinical outcome in patients with NETs. The role of girlfriend is the one important thing when dating. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of girlfriend for men. The subjects were college students in University of Surabaya, aged 18 until 25 years, and never dating, in a relationship, or have not been dating. The result shows that there were six factors that contribute to the roles of girlfriend, such as future orientation, social support, the authority of work, sexual intimacy, proximity, and similarity. The emerging adulthood already execute the role as an adult by choose the path of his life according to their thinking, which is visible from the ability to choose a girlfriend. The role of girlfriend for men is  being a matter of consideration for a prospective life partner. This research is expected to benefit the development of psychology, parents, and men about the description of girlfriend’s role for men as an emerging adulthood

A comparative study of Minangkabau architecture in two regions: Bukit Tinggi, Indonesia, and Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia

This research deals with a comparative study of regional architecture between two (2) regions in two (2) countries: Bukit Tinggi, Indonesia, and Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Both regions are said to have very similar regional architecture as some of the people of Minangkabau, a tribe in Indonesia, migrated to Malaysia to look for a greener pasture. Recent visit in Bukit Tinggi has shown that the once glorious regional architecture is slowly disappearing due to growing interest in modern movement of architecture. Even worse, the fading interest on regional architecture among the people of Minangkabau in Negeri Sembilan is growing in a faster rate that it is very rare to see newly built building having the Minangkabau style. This research aims at evaluating the losing interest in regional architecture among the people of Minangkabau, and among architects in both countries, Malaysia and Indonesia. The discussion covers relevant literature of the origin of Minangkabau Architecture, aspects that contribute to its glory and factors that influence its decline. This literature review has the purpose of identifying the advantages and disadvantages of preserving and constructing buildings with Minangkabau style in current world of globalisation, thus, analysing whether promoting for the revival of Minangkabau style in both regions might be worthy or not
