Post –graduate Program of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta Background : Preeclampsia is still a main problem for pregnant women due to its morbidity and mortality in both mother and fetus. The prevalence of preeclampsia is 3-5% among pregnant women. It’s been known that proangiogenic factor,Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) and anti-angionenic factor, Soluble FMS-Like Tyrosine Kinase-1 (sFlt-1) can be used for early detection in preeclampsia. Further more it can reduce morbidity and mortality Objective : To analyze Soluble FMS-Like Tyrosine Kinase-1 (sFlt-1) level and VEGF level on pregnant women with the risk of preeclampsia from 8 to 20 weeks gestational age. Material and Method : It is a quantitative observasional research with cross sectional study design. This research is obtained in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department in Moewardi Hospital, Surakarta and Prodia laboratory, Jakarta. The number of samples are 30 women, 15 pregnant women with gestasional age between 8-20 weeks and have the risk of preeclampsia, and the others in normal pregnancy. The data were measured with ELISA method for VEGF and sFlt-1 level on serum. Data were analyzed with t-test in SPSS 17.00 for windows programme. Results : sFlt-1 level in normal pregnancy was 1252,173 + 564,6461 ng/mL, and its level in those with the risk of preeclampsia was 1741,900 + 640,9700 ng/mL (p=0,023). VEGF level in normal pregnancy was 96,8800 + 144,29377 ng/mL,and its mean level in those risk of preeclampsia was 14,2400 + 8,72605 (p= 0,044). Latar Belakang : Preeklampsia saat ini masih merupakan masalah pada ibu hamil yang berhubungan dengan mortalitas dan morbiditas maternal dan neonatal. Prevalensi preeklampsia berkisar 3-5% dari kehamilan. Diketahui jika faktor proangiogenik Vascular Endhothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) dan anti-angiogenik Soluble FMS-Like Tyrosine Kinase-1 (sFLt-1) dapat digunakan sebagai deteksi dini preeklampsia, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi angka morbiditas dan mortalitas. Tujuan penelitian : Untuk analisis kadar sFlt-1 dan VEGF pada serum ibu hamil normal dan ibu hamil dengan risiko preeklampsia pada usia kehamilan 8-20 minggu. Bahan dan Cara Kerja : Kuantitatif observasional dengan metode Cross Sectional yang dilakukan di bagian Obstetri dan Ginekologi, RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta dan Laboratorium Prodia,Jakarta. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah 30 sampel,terdiri dari 15 sampel hamil normal usia gestasi 8-20 mg dan 15 sampel ibu hamil dengan risiko preeklampsia. Masing – masing dianalisis kadar VEGF dan sFlt- 1 pada serumnya dengan metode ELISA dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 17.00 for windows. Hasil : Konsentrasi serum sFlt-1pada kehamilan normal adalah 1252,173 + 564,6461 ng/mL, pada kehamilan dengan risiko preeklampsia adalah 1741,900 + 640,9700 ng/mL(p= 0,023) , VEGF pada kehamilan normal 96,8800 + 144,29377 kelompok kehamilan normal risiko preeklampsia 14,2400 + 8,72605 (p=0,044). Kesimpulan : Kadar sFlt-1 lebih tinggi dan kadar VEGF lebih rendah pada kehamilan risiko preeklampsia dibanding kehamilan normal. Kata kunci : Kehamilan Risiko Preeklampsia, VEGF, sFlt-1

    In arder to have better understanding about small scale fisheries characteristic, the study about reliltionship between moon's cycle and daily dynamic ofblue swimming crab (Portunnus pelilgicus) has conducted in Bandet, Cirebon. The study has carried out by following fishermen fishing activity during 28 days moon's cycle. The result shows that the catch of blue swimming crab (in number) is highest during full moon's cycles than others. However, individual weight of blue swimming crab is highest during new moon's cycles than others. The other result also sJwws that sex-ratio of blue swimming crab is lowest during dark moon's cycles than others.Keywords: blue flying crab, daily catch dynamic, moon's cycle

    One for maintenance and rehabilitation of roads damaged is to give a new pavement layer (overlay) on top of the old pavement. However, this method requires so much road materials (aggregates and asphalt) so that make the old pavement to be unused. This research aims to introduce one method of repair pavement that utilizing the recycled materials of the old pavement, that can be use to a new pavement, to get the physical and mechanical properties concrete mixes hot asphalt as a result of recycling of the old pavement and to get the best quality of bitumen on mix hot asphalt and concrete from the recycled of old pavement. The independent variable in this research is a variation of asphalt content 5.0; 5; 5; 6.0; 6.5; and 7%, while the addition of bitumen content variation are 0.0, 0:25, 0:50, 0.75, and 1.0% of the chunks of asphalt concrete. Results of this research, performance of the mixed concrete with the recycled asphalt (RAP) and the standard mixed, indicates that the density, the percentage of voids of the aggregate (VMA), stability, flow, marshall quotient, percentage of voids of mixture (VIM) and percentage of voids that filled with bitumen (VFB) meet the specifications of Bina Marga 2010, the Optimum Asphalt Content obtained from the Marshall test of RAP and the standard mixture each by 6.79% and 6.9%.     This Research is Using Anti Stripping material to add roughness Asphalt Concrete mixture The purpose of this research was to obtain Marshall Properties Values On Asphalt Concrete Mixture, and determine levels of Anti Stripping Material Optimum Asphalt concrete misture based on Bina Marga spesification.Variation Asphalt content to Mixture are 5.0%; 5.5%; 6.0%; 6.5%; and Anti Stripping material variation are 0.2%; 0.3%; 0.4% to Optimum Asphalt Content.Marshall Testing Method Based on SNI 06-2489-1991.The result of Using anti stripping Material for Asphalt concrete mixture showed that with Optimum asphalt content 6% and addition of Wetfix Be 0.3% from the weight of asphalt can increase % voids mineral aggregate,% voids in material, Marshall Quotient and Marshall stability for 1.34%; 2.89%; 3.34% and 6.72%. Besides the addition of anti-stripping materials can also reduce % voids filled with bitumen (VFB), stability and fatigue of 0.82%; 2.85% and 12.72%.With the value of stability Masrshall The remaining 96.90% is a mixture of asphalt concrete has a high resistance to damage caused by the influence of water.For all characteristics confirm to specifications Marshall properties based on Specifications Asphalt concrete RSNI3 mix XXXX-2014

    PENGARUH CUACA TERHADAP POLA MUSIM PENANGKAPAN IKAN PELAGIS DI PERAIRAN TELUK LAMPUNG

    Kelimpahan ikan pelagis untuk beberapa spesies cenderung sensitif terhadap perubahan lingkungan. Jenis-jenis ikan pelagis tersebut merupakan jenis ikan ekonomis penting. Namun saat ini, musim penangkapan ikan tidak menentu, sulit diprediksi, dan mempengaruhi pendapatan nelayan. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan hasil tangkapan dominan beserta alat tangkapnya di PPP Lempasing, menganalisis pola musim penangkapan ikan pelagis tangkapan dominan yang berbasis di PPP Lempasing, dan mengidentifikasi hubungan cuaca terhadap hasil tangkapan yang memengaruhi produktivitas penangkapan di PPP Lempasing. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis indeks musim penangkapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan perhitungan persentase total nilai produksi, hasil tangkapan dominan adalah menggunakan alat tangkap mini purse seine yaitu ikan pelagis (tongkol, kembung, dan cumi-cumi). Pola musim penangkapan ikan pelagis yang dominan berfluktuasi selama 5 tahun dari tahun 2016-2020. Musim penangkapan tongkol terjadi pada bulan Mei-Agustus dengan musim puncak pada bulan Juni, musim penangkapan kembung dari bulan Maret-September dengan musim puncak pada bulan Agustus, dan musim penangkapan cumi-cumi dari bulan Maret dan Mei-September dengan musim puncak pada bulan Juni. Pengaruh cuaca terhadap musim ikan pelagis menunjukkan variabel kecepatan angin berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil tangkapan tongkol, variabel jumlah hari hujan dan jumlah curah hujan yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil tangkapan kembung serta variabel kecepatan angin yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil tangkapan cumi-cumi.     Various policies of fisheries development have been implemented by Indonesian government. However, they have not reached the expected results. Until now the policy/program of empowerment has not been able to significantly increase fishermen income and welfare. Fishermen are still poor and underdeveloped compared to other community groups. Therefore, some corrective measures are needed to improve programs/policies that have been implemented over the years. To get the answer, a study that examines factors affect the success of a fisheries policy is conducted in Indramayu, West Java.
