Post –graduate Program of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta Background : Preeclampsia is still a main problem for pregnant women due to its morbidity and mortality in both mother and fetus. The prevalence of preeclampsia is 3-5% among pregnant women. It’s been known that proangiogenic factor,Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) and anti-angionenic factor, Soluble FMS-Like Tyrosine Kinase-1 (sFlt-1) can be used for early detection in preeclampsia. Further more it can reduce morbidity and mortality Objective : To analyze Soluble FMS-Like Tyrosine Kinase-1 (sFlt-1) level and VEGF level on pregnant women with the risk of preeclampsia from 8 to 20 weeks gestational age. Material and Method : It is a quantitative observasional research with cross sectional study design. This research is obtained in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department in Moewardi Hospital, Surakarta and Prodia laboratory, Jakarta. The number of samples are 30 women, 15 pregnant women with gestasional age between 8-20 weeks and have the risk of preeclampsia, and the others in normal pregnancy. The data were measured with ELISA method for VEGF and sFlt-1 level on serum. Data were analyzed with t-test in SPSS 17.00 for windows programme. Results : sFlt-1 level in normal pregnancy was 1252,173 + 564,6461 ng/mL, and its level in those with the risk of preeclampsia was 1741,900 + 640,9700 ng/mL (p=0,023). VEGF level in normal pregnancy was 96,8800 + 144,29377 ng/mL,and its mean level in those risk of preeclampsia was 14,2400 + 8,72605 (p= 0,044). Diketahui jika faktor proangiogenik Vascular Endhothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) dan anti-angiogenik Soluble FMS-Like Tyrosine Kinase-1 (sFLt-1) dapat digunakan sebagai deteksi dini preeklampsia, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi angka morbiditas dan mortalitas. Tujuan penelitian : Untuk analisis kadar sFlt-1 dan VEGF pada serum ibu hamil normal dan ibu hamil dengan risiko preeklampsia pada usia kehamilan 8-20 minggu. Bahan dan Cara Kerja : Kuantitatif observasional dengan metode Cross Sectional yang dilakukan di bagian Obstetri dan Ginekologi, RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta dan Laboratorium Prodia,Jakarta. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah 30 sampel,terdiri dari 15 sampel hamil normal usia gestasi 8-20 mg dan 15 sampel ibu hamil dengan risiko preeklampsia. Masing – masing dianalisis kadar VEGF dan sFlt- 1 pada serumnya dengan metode ELISA dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 17.00 for windows. Hasil : Konsentrasi serum sFlt-1pada kehamilan normal adalah 1252,173 + 564,6461 ng/mL, pada kehamilan dengan risiko preeklampsia adalah 1741,900 + 640,9700 ng/mL(p= 0,023) , VEGF pada kehamilan normal 96,8800 + 144,29377 kelompok kehamilan normal risiko preeklampsia 14,2400 + 8,72605 (p=0,044). Kesimpulan : Kadar sFlt-1 lebih tinggi dan kadar VEGF lebih rendah pada kehamilan risiko preeklampsia dibanding kehamilan normal. Kata kunci : Kehamilan Risiko Preeklampsia, VEGF, sFlt-1

    Arrangements regarding legal remedies that can be submitted by investigators against the judge's decision regarding investigative actions in the form of terminating the investigation with the issuance of an Investigation Termination Order (SP3) in pretrial cases. Law No. 8/1981 on the Criminal Procedure Code was not expressly enforced. This article aims to identify legal remedies against pretrial decisions regarding the invalidity of the Termination of Investigation Order (SP3) in the future. This paper is normative legal research, namely the process of finding legal rules, legal principles, and legal doctrines to address legal issues at hand. The result of this study is the arrangements regarding extraordinary legal remedies in the form of a judicial review of criminal decisions that have permanent legal force and are not acquitted or released from all previous legal claims before the entry into force of the Criminal Procedure Code that have been regulated can also be submitted by interested parties. Necessary to reconstruct the regulation of legal remedies against pretrial decisions, especially extraordinary legal remedies in the form of reconsideration, especially by investigators as parties who are very interested in the action

    Analysis of the structural relationship emotional regulation, academic procrastination, and academic burnout

    Academic burnout (AB) is a problem that many students are currently facing since the online learning policy was implemented. This research aims to analyze the structural relationship between emotional regulation (ER), academic procrastination (AP), and student AB. This research used ex post facto causal relationship explanatory design. The research subjects were 417 high school students in East Java. The sampling was cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used the Rasch model and structural equation modelling (SEM). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between ER and AP and AB. The implication of findings on the school guidance and counselling program is that the counsellors must pay attention to the factors that contribute to student AB so that counselling services can be designed to prevent student AB

    ABSTRACTIn recent years, the capture fishery agroindustry has been facing serious problems on various dimensions. Those problems will threat its sustainability in the future. This study aimed to design a model for prediction of resource and economic sustainability for chirimen agroindustry and developed policies to improve its sustainability. This model was developed by using dynamic system modeling and implemented on chirimen agroindustry at coastal area of Tuban, Lamongan, and Gresik. The result of simulation showed that the resource and economic  sustainability indexes of chirimen agroindustries will not  sustain in 2016. To improve those condition,  synergetic policy that involved government and agroindustry was required. Government should regulate fishing effort, while agroindustry should establish some policies, i.e. 1) reduce production cost; 2) increase product differentiation; 3) improve human resource skill; and 4) increase volume of the semi finished good. Anti-angiogenic Soluble FMS-Like Tyrosine Kinase-1 (sFlt-1) and proangiogenic Endhothelial Vascular Growth Factor (VEGF) factors can be used as an early detection of preeclampsia due to itsrole in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia, so it can be used as one effort to reduce maternal or perinatal morbidity and mortality.Objective: To analyze sFlt-1 and VEGF levels in the serum of normal pregnancy and pregnancy with preeclampsia risk in 8 – 20 weeks gestation.Method: Observational analytic with cross sectional method performed at the Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Moewardi Hospital/ Medical Faculty Sebelas Maret University Surakarta and Prodia laboratory since November – December 2013. Number of samples studied was 30 samples, comprising 15 samples of normal pregnancy and pregnancy with preeclampsia risk with 8 – 20 weeks of gestational age. The sFlt-1 and VEGF serum levels was assessed using ELISA and analyzed using t-test.Result & Discussion: Serum level of sFlt-1 in normal pregnancy is (1252,17±564,65 ng/ml), and in pregnancy with preeclampsia risk is (1741,90±640,97 ng/ml) with p=0,023 serum level of VEGF in normal pregnancy was 96,88±144,29 ng/ml and in pregnancy with preeclampsia risk was 14,24±8,73 ng/ ml with p=0,044.Conclusion: sFlt-1 level is higher and VEGF level is lower in pregnant women with preeclampsia risk than normal pregnancy on 8 – 20 weeks gestational age.Keywords: Pregnancy, Preeclampsia Risk, sFlt-1, VEGF.ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Preeklampsia saat ini masih merupakan masalah pada ibu hamil yang berhubungan dengan mortalitas dan morbiditas maternal dan perinatal.     KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL USAHA PERIKANAN TANGKAP DI SELAT BALI

    Usaha perikanan tangkap menjadi tumpuan dominan (sekitar 80 %) dari ekonomi nelayan dan masyarakat di kawasan Selat Bali. Namun hal ini tidak akan bertahan lama bila usaha perikanan tangkap tersebut tidak dikelola dengan baik dan tidak ada perimbangan dalam hal finansial. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji kondisi investasi, operasional, dan kelayakan finansial dari usaha perikanan tangkap tersebut terutama. Metode yang digunakan terdiri analisis investasi, NPV, IRR, ROI dan BCR. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kebutuhan investasi purse seine OBS, purse seine TBS, gill net dan payang berturut-turut adalah Rp 287,750.000, Rp 476.250.000, Rp 313.250.000, dan Rp 261.150.000. Kebutuhan operasional tahunan purse seine OBS, purse seine TBS, gill net dan payang berturut-turut adalah Rp 261.965.000, Rp 408.870.000, Rp 234.550.000, dan Rp 188.717.500. Sedangkan penerimaan tahunan purse seine OBS, purse seine TBS, gill net dan payang berturut-turut adalahRp 992.928.000, Rp 1.998.132.000, Rp 673.292.000, dan Rp 636.290.000. Keempat usaha perikanan tersebut termasuk ‘sangat layak’ dikembangkan di kawasan Selat Bali, karena mempunyai nilai NPV, IRR, ROI, maupun B/C Ratio yang lebih baik dari yang dipersyaratkan. Purse seine OBS mempunyai NPV sekitar Rp 1.755.080.046,41, IRR sekitar 102,55 %, ROI sekitar 21,22, dan R/C ratio sekitar 1,40. Purse seine TBS mempunyai NPV sekitar Rp 4.070.067.018,54, IRR sekitar 140,15 %, ROI sekitar 25,80, dan R/C ratio sekitar 1,50. Gill net mempunyai NPV sekitar Rp 918.548.267,25, IRR sekitar 53,08 %, ROI sekitar 13,66, dan R/C ratio sekitar 1,27, dan payang mempunyai NPV sekitar Rp 982.670.737,88, IRR sekitar 66,25 %, ROI sekitar 14,98, dan R/C ratio sekitar 1,3

    Prospek Pengembangan Usaha Handline Tuna di Perairan D.I. Yogyakarta: Tinjauan Sumber Daya dan Investasi

    In 2018, tuna production in D.I. Yogyakarta reached 371.66 tons, of which 75-82% were captured using the handline. The dominance of the tuna caught has led to the development of the handline that highly dependent on the potential of tuna resources. Investment prospects are also important because they become a reference for investors in investing in the tuna handline busineses. This study aims to analyze the potential of tuna fish resources including the spread of its fishing ground and analyze the feasibility of developing tuna handline buseneses in the waters of D.I. Yogyakarta. The data of this study were analyzed using the Schaefer model, mapping using geographic information system (GIS), and investment feasibility analysis. The potential of tuna fish production in the waters of D.I. Yogyakarta reached 628,53 tons/year, while the average production was 427,32 tons/year, so it is still prospective to be developed. Potential fishing ground for tuna handline was spreaded in the waters of Bantul Regency until the western border waters of Gunung Kidul Regency, and in the eastern waters of Gunung Kidul Regency. The tuna handline was also prospective to be developed its investment in D.I. Yogyakarta. The value of NPV, IRR, ROI, and B/C ratio of tuna handline were very good, i.e., IDR 425,121,064; 36.49%; 9,36; and 1.22 respectively.   Keywords: fish resource, geographic information system, investment, the waters of D.I.
